WESH is reporting,

"Formal charges are expected to filed against the mother of missing toddler Caylee Anthony by the State Attorney's Office on Tuesday.Casey Antony will likely be charges with one felony and one misdemeanor charge, and the child neglect charge she was originally booked on is explected to be to included, WESH 2 News reported."

I looked up the definition of a felony:

"Crimes commonly considered to be felonies include, but are not limited to: aggravated assault and/or battery, arson, burglary, illegal drug abuse/sales, embezzlement, grand theft, treason, espionage, racketeering, robbery, murder, rape, kidnapping and fraud."

I'm hoping it's fraud....and NOT murder.

I've been listening to this scanner now - I believe this to be Orlando PD - Orange County sheriff is handling this case - we probably won't hear any traffic regarding this search coming out of Orlando PD - anyone else? Is there a link to Orange County sheriff? I know down here you can get the local cities PD scanners but you can't hook up with BSO (Broward Sheriff's Office)

There is no way to tell when that tape was taken. The next clip shows the house w/ yellow tape and a bunch of DSs hanging around. Like the reporter said, his moves have been taped for 3 weeks. I have a feeling if that little girl was murdered her room will be a shrine for years to come.

Meanwhile, investigators are trying to determine who the biological father of Caylee is. It was recently revealed that a University of Central Florida student who died on May 8, 2007, is a potential candidate; however both his family and Anthony's are denying the rumors. Yesterday, the medical examiner's office revealed that they still have a sample of the young man's blood, which could be used for a paternity test.

Sorry if I missed this part, but did George put the bags presumed to be stuffed animals in trash cans, the side of the road, or in the car or garage? Just trying to see if he's maybe putting the stuffed animals away because they're painful to look at because of something they now know, or if he is actually throwing them away. Either option doesn't sound good though.

Hi all, newbie here. I'm relieved in a strange way that there are so many others following this case so closely...

A few things to note:
"bella vida" - spelled with a "d" makes it Spanish, where "bella" would sound like "beyya" or "bezha" depending on the dialect of spanish spoken.
"bella vita" - spelled with a "t" makes it Italian.
Do we know for sure which one Casey has?
Just something to note, since Casey seems to have some connection with people who come from/travel to Puerto Rico. Also, the Italian connection could be of note since some posters are discussing a connection with the Mafia.

One more thing - I apologize if this was already posted...I looked all over because I did not want to be redundant, and couldn't find anything, so...

The threads with them sometimes get deleted. But I did want to welcome you.
