I was surprised that Cindy said today she is glad that Casey had charges for what she did because Cindy thinks it means they don't have anything on Casey (which they probably don't) and NOW THEY CAN'T CHARGE HER WITH ANYTHING ELSE.

I think thats a total falsehood, isn't it? Casey can still be charged with other crimes, can't she? I think Cindy will be mighty surprised if Casey is brought up on new charges!

I think that was one of the dopier things Cindy has said & she's said some pretty dumb things...

Can she really believe that since they didn't charge Casey with murder YET that it's because LE has no case?

Isn't George explaining ANYTHING to her????

LE is going to build a SOLID CASE & their ONLY concern is not missing any legal deadlines for filing. They must be working very closely with the DA.

Along those same lines, what is Casey's gameplan now? The formal charges today do anything to prod her towards talking ya think? With the new official charges, does she get another bond/bail hearing? What about the preliminary results coming back but not being released? Do you feel they were damaging to Casey's defense or not? I'm leaning to them being inconclusive and thus we had no harsher charges today for Casey. But who knows. As someone reminded us earlier...never safe to assume.

AGREE 150%...honestly, I too get annoyed when someone brings up something that seems like "old news" but I just figure they are a newbie and they will figure it out if no one answers them..

I agree too. Not everyone has been following this case from day one (or day 20 for that matter) so they come here looking for information (and what *awesome* info we have, btw!:clap. No-one has time to sit down and read thru 54 general threads plus the other specific threads too... and I wouldn't expect that. By the time they caught up, well... who knows what would be going on then.

I'm fine with someone asking basic/newbie questions. Actually it's nice to rehash the basics... makes me brainstorm better personally. If we bite heads off then how do we expect WS to get & retain new members? Without members to bounce ideas off, then what good are we doing? This site isn't for just a select few... or atleast I hope not.

And I want to end by saying that I may not post a lot -- but I love WS and really, really appreciate the amazing people that are here. :blowkiss:

One thing we should remember is we know more about Casey and her timeline than her family and Jose Baez. At this point with Jose filing for the myspace pages he is going after info he knows LE already has but his client, her family haven't given him. He has no idea what will come out next.

I also believe her family heard us, directly or indirectly from here and other places and they are cutting off communication with Casey. Her dad may have been the messenger of that on Sunday. Lee has not spoken to her since Friday or Saturday. Cindy bailed today and had to give the press a reason.

As I stated, I would drive by Bella Vida Blvd on my way home. Unfortunately I forgot the address at work... DOH...so I couldn't identify EXACTLY which house it was...because they are cookie cutter houses where every few houses are the exact same...and there are several with empty lots next to them too...BUT here is what I scoped out:

• There are 13 RED dumpsters on that street!!!
• There are 2 drainage ponds with fountains in them (somebody was asking)
• Lots of construction going on
• Some homes empty, some homes occupied
• Lots of homes for sale
• THERE IS A BELLA VIDA PARK/PLAYGROUND! It's got slides and kids play area AND THERE IS A VERY LARGE SECTION OF WOODS THAT BACKS UP TO IT!!



Thankyou for taking the time to go over there!!! I'm still going with this is where Caylee is. Too much creep factor that it's 15 miles away and Casey got that tattoo. You said there are 2 retention ponds with fountains on that street? Does it look like it would be easily accessible by Casey?

Yeah, every time that I think Cindy is "getting it", she does some interview and messes it all up. I think this has happened like 10x already!

Truthfully... I think the family was talking to Casey to try to get info from her... and now that the preliminary tests are back... they realize any info they get is too late...

They're now beginning a double grieving process... and regardless of how they portrary themselves....I suspect they're blaming themselves and each other... there will be a lot of guilt, denial, and pain in the next few months.

And Saturday of all days... will probably make them distance themselves from Casey even more.

With all due respect, if we feel the need to search out a post once this goes to trial, geez...all we have to do is search. Ya know....GOOGLE it. I don't read any of the other threads. I will post anything that I feel is relevant to this case on this thread and this thread only.

The vast majority of all the posts on here are simple speculation and opinion. That's all. The only real FACTS are the facts that have already been reported ad nauseum through the main stream media. Therefore, the facts will be easy to find.

I cannot think of any reason I would want to search out someones OPINION or SPECULATION from ages ago in response to something that comes out in trial. And if I do, well, then too bad for me.

FYI...a lot of the information (facts) that LE and the media have gleaned has IMO come from here. A lot of people have put a lot of effort into this and should be commended and applauded for their hard work. There are so many new posters that it's inevitable that there will be questions that have already been addressed. I think everything will work itself out in the end and all "newbies" will get the hang of it...but LB is just explaining how it should work...how the moderators and powers to be would like to see it work....and how it has always worked in the past. JMHO

Cindy's words make it seem like she believes that Casey will be let out scot free if Caylee is found alive. No way. The charges she's currently been charged with are going to stick. She was negligent with the child and she did obstruct LE and did lie to them repeatedly. She's going to pay the price for those actions.

If as many believe that Caylee won't be coming home alive, then Casey is going to spend some significant time behind bars. Cindy had better come to terms with that.
She's not naive, she's aware of the news, of movies and tv, and her husband worked in LE. She's aware of how LE works.

Was this the first time that Cindy was scheduled by herself?
I wouldn't unheard of Casey refused to see Cindy.
Based this on that first conversation between Cindy and Casey. Casey seems to take her frustrations out on Cindy.
