I wouldn't unheard of Casey refused to see Cindy.
Based this on that first conversation between Cindy and Casey. Casey seems to take her frustrations out on Cindy.

That's an interesting possibility. Another thing that I had wondered about is the fact that Casey is allowed 3 visits a week and someone on Fox said earlier that this cancelled visit would count against those 3. Since Cindy has rescheduled and that new appointment would be visit #3 for the week I wondered if she was trying to keep Casey from having any other visitors. Just a thought.....

Now that charges have been brought against Casey, shouldn't her lawyer be able to gain information from the cops or prosecution through discovery? If the prosecution /law enforcement has found something incriminating on her myspace page (old info), the defense lawyer will get access to it anyway without having to subpeona Myspace for it..

Ok I am all about kids...I have 2 wonderful nephews...but why does EVERY caller insist on telling NG how beautiful her children are? No need to schmooze her!

wouldnt they only have to disclose the evidence about neglect and her lieing with is very easy to prove

Honestly, I am just so embarrassed for the parents. They are the POSTER Children, I mean ADULTS for what is wrong with most parents these days.....not making their children take responsibility for their actions and not making them suffer the consequences. I'll tell you what I would do...and I'm not kidding...and I do have 3 children - 16, 13 and 10. I would mix up the pizza and the cleaner and whatever else LIVE ON TELEVISION and, while wearing a wizard hat , I would then pour it all out on a pile of dog crap. And I would wave a magic wand and I would exclaim,
"Whoo HOOO magic!. It is now dog crap. Because that is what my daughter is trying to sell you. a bunch of crap. And I don't buy it. And neither should you."

I too am getting tired of the "talk about it here or go there". Now a bunch of good folk that wanted to contribute are feeling like they are gonna get their hands slapped. I think another poster said it best--THIS board should be anything goes. If anyone is feeling like they want to discuss it somewhere else then go there--leave everybody else alone and stay away from the thread that bugs you.

IIRC Fox reported that the arraignment was August 12, they have 21 days to arraign her

When an attorney goes after info "through discovery", I don't know if they are limited to information gained by the prosecution pertaining to the charges that were filed "only", or if they are entitled to hear everything the prosecution has found wrt the whole case.

I quit watching Nancy Grace because of this. I think it's stupid for a crime program and Nancy is too emotional and dramatic. I watch Greta now if I watch any of them at all.
