Has anyone heard about the search going on near Glenwood Dr?

I wasn't going to get in the middle of this mess about posting here, but I will. Even tho my posts do not indicate how many posts I have made on this board or how long I have been a member, I will tell you that I have been around since Laci Peterson and the first week of her disappearance and had posts in the thousands. There were many a heated discussion all thru that case, but it survived. It will survive now too. Everyone just needs to chill while this case is evolving.

I agree with Absolut and Kathryn2 and I respect the fact that Ladybass has taken on the daunting task of doing a daily update. It is always my starting point, then I go to the most recent thread and read from the beginning of that thread. A PITA? Sure, but with the way things are spinning its a necessary evil.

My suggestions, and they maybe worthless but why don't we consider the general discussion thread as a current events type thread. I come here to get media updates, links, other posters opinions on the breaking news, etc. Of course, it often spins back and forth to old details and discussions vs new details and discussions. I don't think it can be helped with this case being the way it is. If a poster really wants to dig deeper into a theory or needs details then they should go to the specific topic.

I don't know if this will help, and I don't know that we can move posters and posts around until we have more pieces to this puzzle, so I'm just going to keep doing what I have been: read and post, except for one area. You can be sure that when Greta is on tonight, I will be on the rant thread with my drink in hand, cuz I know better now. Hope to see you all there.

Don't know what to make of all this.

The evidence is back and they are following it in my opinion, to me they are simply "starting at the begining" from this afternoon thru today. I suspect there were other areas searched today we did not pick up on

Perhaps we need a poll like they did on the old Court TV board recently. The members were recently polled on whether they wanted a topics board only, general discussion only or both topics and general discussion. Overwhelming, members wanted topics and a general discussion thread. It works well. I personally believe general discussion should be that, general.

When I need to find something, I use the search feature and that saves a lot of hunting through any type of threads.

I declare! So, are going to see if cadaver dogs hit on the scent after this test? All of this is so silly ... cadaver dogs are trained to hit on human remains ... not putrid pizza! Oh well it's entertaining anyway!

I was watching Fox this morning and they had a trainer on and she said they are specificly trained NOT to hit on food. The dogs are "trained away" from anything other than cadaver scent.
