Nancy and a guest say that these were the easiest charges to prove and that's why they were brought now.

Yeah, I think they're saving the BIG one (charge, that is ;)). And I truly believe that LE already knows the test results... not just the preliminary ones.

Can any legal person explain this though :waitasec: --> is it better for LE to hold out as long as they can (presuming there will be a murder charge) and make sure they've got every angle squared away? Especially if Caylee's body is never found... geez, just the THOUGHT of that makes me want to cry! :(

I have a??? It may have been answered already, Sorry if I am posting in the wrong thread.
If Casey did not work, she would have possibly gotten state assistance, such has food stamps, medicaid, but to get welfare they need to list a dad because of child support laws ( like that in georgia) So I wonder if it has been discussed and where if DSS has a case file on her, that would explain how Casey got money and maybe named the father for welfare.

Sorry if I posted in the wrong thread not sure where this would go.

lol........I just don't buy the throwing out all of the stuffed animals. They probably thought there was a wire in there from the police. Would not be the first time

From NG show: "They were sent out to search a wooded area near an elementary school. The dogs did not hit on anythign at that particular time."

Did anyone else catch that Lee stated in his interview today that Casey pushed her car into the Amscot lot ????

Breaking news.....
NO, first time ever heard.

yes they said the search was based on a tip that came in..?? hmmm..

Lee hasn't really been looking for the blackjack. It's on his radar but it is only one of 100's of stones to turnover. On NG before commercial, recorded interview.

Maybe when he gets a personal assistant he'll have more time?

The family would be better off if they just stopped trying to make excuses for Casey's sick behavior & flat out admitted they are APPALLED & only want people to come help them do grid searches.

They have time to go through stuffed animals & throw out the ones that don't meet standards... it would be nice if they had time to GET OFF THEIR OWN BUTTS & start doing what they ask the public to do.

NG has a thing with these pics...and though this may go against public opinion...I don't think Casey WAS missing when they were taken. And I will once again ask "Casey would you care to restate the time line?"

I am so lost! Did anyone ever answer the question how they knew there was a search on Glenwood Dr. ?

Are you talking about the posting from josephsjordansr today?? It happened today around the time we also found out that the anthony's threw out the stuffed animals... so you have to search inside the posting of all that stuff. But if it helps, it was poster josephsjordansr that was driving around putting flyer's out when he stumbled into police searching the area that he was in. He has links to google maps in a few posting from earlier today.

I quit watching Nancy Grace because of this. I think it's stupid for a crime program and Nancy is too emotional and dramatic. I watch Greta now if I watch any of them at all.

I call her Nancy DisGrace, I can't stand her she is frequently wrong. Quite dramatic and just wants ratings vs helping. IE: her photos that are just in today were shown yesterday, and iirc the day before.

She has alot wrong during the VA Tech incident.

Pushed her car by herself? Pretty strong for a little gal.

I still don't believe anything she says. Say this is true. Maybe someone on the road helped her, who would probably come forward? Perhaps someone was with her, who probably would not!

I still would like to know if she cashed Amy's check at Amscot.

IMO, it's better for the state to hold off as long as possible.....

a defendent has a right to demand a "speedy trial" & prosecutors would NOT want to be rushed or not have time to investigate late coming leads.

wouldnt they only have to disclose the evidence about neglect and her lieing with is very easy to prove

I think that LE considers her not reporting the child missing for 31 days as neglect since she did not knew what if any harm might have come to Caylee.

Maybe the Anthony's are big believers in "The Secret"

Power of positive thought and all.

The charges they've brought against her, I believe someone said it would be about 6 years? and that would buy them much more time to find the child or her body. I'm hoping it won't be taking that long.

IF they have some evidence of significance they could charge her with murder if that's the way it leans but I think they'd want to be sure they had i's dotted and t's crossed since this is a huge public interest case.

Cindilou, I think I love you.

why thank you tamfish ;)

same old same old on NG again.. the NEW photos are basically the OLD photos taken by someone elses camera, and that lady up top w/the weird face and voice (the one who tries to make a rhyme out of everything she says) is on yet again. She's so obnoxious!!

I just can't believe the interview I just saw with Lee talking about throwing the teddy bears away. These people take arrogance to a new level. They aren't smokers. The smell was bothering them. I hate smoke too, but I would have at least respected all the people that put them on my lawn enough to put them in my garage..or the SHED.

Scum!
