I heard, second hand on here, that there was supposedly a problem with her gas gauge. No idea if he said that is why they kept the extra gas around. However, if that was the case, then why call the police to report them stolen? Just ask Casey. Why tell the media that Casey has 'stolen' gas in the past?

right, if you "keep'" extra gas around because her guage is faulty then you don't lock it up and not give her the key.

Way back when this case first broke the Anthony's stated that they keep the shed locked because Casey has stolen gas from them before........and credit cards....and checks.....and everything else that wasn't nailed down apparently . This girl has deceit running through her very veins.

As much as I cannot stand the Grandparents I really do not believe they were involved. As far as their behavior after the fact...I think they in severe denial and trying to cover her *. But i do not think George found or disposed of little Caylee. I feel that Caylee's body was most likely moved by Casey....hence the shovel.

Based on some of Local6 reports that they have put out with "sources, local investigators, confirming with OCSD etc., etc.

I did open my mind to the fact that it is possible as I stated in my post as "Casey being the one to go to the apartment, fill out the card etc., etc." as Zanny to begin the "ruse" of false leads.

I certainly hope that Local6 ran right over to LE with a copy of the guest card to show them the card and suggest they do a "handwriting" sample. This would be the right thing to do in helping LE. I would hate to think that Local6, is hoping LE is reading their report online.

Local 6 asked the Sheriff Dept about it. I think, from the way that the Local 6 reporter talked, that the Sheriff's Dept. HAS the guest card themselves, as a piece of evidence.

Why would you make up a name like Zaneida Gonzalez as a cover? Wouldn't you use a name like Rosa or Bianca or something?

On the Morning Show with Mike & Juliet this morning, they asked Cindy why she would have to steal gas from her parents, and Cindy stated that Casey frequently took gas because "she had a problem with the gas sensor in her car." Cindy also stated "She had called me earlier in the day and told me she had the gas cans, I just hadn't had the chance to tell George that she had them."

I DVR'd it, but don't have time to go back thru the whole thing right now.

Very interesting statement. I think the previous post I read is spot on. The poster said they think Casey's story about the babysitter stealing Caylee will be Casey's cover if a body is found. The old "well, she was alive last time I saw her" BS. Then she and her family will proceed to blame the public and law enforcement for having "caused" the child's demise.

Yes I have said that they are "preparing" themselves for the denial. Caylee will be found and Casey will be prosecuted and this family will forever claim her innocence and blame a the babysitter that does not exist.

I just love how this story first began with a stolen car and a mother misplacing her child with a babysitter who might have taken her because she wanted her for herself and now has shifted to kidnappers who are threatening to hurt the family and or Caylee if information about where she is is released.

These characters make up the next line of the story as they go along. The next chapter will be about how Caylee was murdered because the media was leaking information and the kidnappers got mad.

Can someone please refresh my memory on Casey working? I didn't think she had a job, but in the GVS interview the GF stated a couple of times that Casey said "she was going to work".

Very very good catch! LE did make contact with a Zenaida Gonzalez from the phone number listed on the card. So thinking Sawgrass or media has once again got things mixed up?

My only confusion about the guest card is that the arrest affidavid states that LE contacted the Zenaida Gonzalez listed on the guest via the phone number left on the card. That Zenaida did not know Casey or Caylee. Local6 is reporting that the Sawgrass apartments tried to follow up with the Zenaida via the telephone number on the card and the number was not in service.

The name has been made up for a year and a half before - it's the person who was SUPPOSED to be Caylee's babysitter (the woman cindy has never met or called). This name had to have been a name Casey ran across a few years ago and just used it as the babysitter name for all those times she was "at work" when she really wasn't - and Caylee was who knows where each day.

All three of these people are supposedly the ONLY ones that knew and met Zenaida.....according to Casey....and Zenaida herself. Very Very Very creepy and I think there is something to it.

I was just coming to post the same thing. The affidavit specifically says "...I called the ZG I identified from the SG apartments."

Here's my question and I have worked in property management in NM and TX and a drivers license is required to view an apt. It is copied and held in the office until the property tour is over, to validate ID as well as to document who I left the office with - in case they off me? What are Florida's laws on this, is the photo of the apt viewer Zanny, the copy of the ID shown to view the apartment?

We also staple the copy of the id to the info card to market to in the future as well as use for waiting lists if a floorplan they were interested in was not currently available.

LE has said that the photo of the 6-17 (4-17) Zanny has been shown to her. Whats the scoop there?
