Good theory! My only question is:

Knowing that Cindy was looking for Casey and wanted to see Caylee, why would Amy have contacted Cindy and brought all of this to light?

Good question ... maybe Amy is also being threatened or in on it?

Amy didn't contact Cindy it was the other way around. Cindy found Amy's address in the pontiac and then contacted Amy.

What if the 'dead body smell' was staged, to throw them off?

I know I'm coming across as really 'out there', but just thoughts that I'd like to voice and see WHY these things might not be able to be.

Wow, again, I'd really like that to be true-how would they do that?-and why risk having Casey convicted for murder without a body. The LE have evidence clearly that they are not releasing, they need it to be airtight first I guess

This is what was reported July 17th

My husband saw them both leaving on June the 9th. Actually my husband saw Casey a week or two after that at the house when she came by to pick up some things. And we haven`t seen Casey -- or Caylee, though, since the 8th and the 9th.

So basically besides the date, that part of the story has not changed.

Another thought:

What if Casey HAS all ready told the FBI what happened, and who is holding Caylee, or where she is?

What if the FBI HAS told Cindy & George & Lee, but they are told to continue not giving out anymore information, because the FBI are working on finding the people who have Caylee as we speak?

I know, again ... way out there, but just sayin.

Think we must keep in mind cindy's words on July 4 to understand all this:

It is possible that Casey got into something over her head and someone took Caylee. She could have ticked off an evil person , owed someone money, stole from the wrong person etc. These things do happen. There are many possibilities and without positive decomposition DNA it is hard for me to make a positive decision.

that could well explain the strange behaviour! And perhaps the confidence in saying Casey stole the gas cans knowing she's innocent of everything so it doesn't matter

I missed threads yesterday....but what if -long of all long shots, since we don't know about DNA/dead body results- Casey was blackmailed against spilling the beans to ANYBODY.....

Cindy is a master of many trades....................

The police officer/cadaver dog handler said on the stand that the first dog hit on three separate locations. They brought in a second dog and didn't tell that handler where the first dog hit, and the second dog hit on the same three locations. BUT, if you believe Cindy, the first dog was inconsistent and that's why a second dog was brought in. The second dog didn't hit on any locations.

I wish that Greta had asked THIS of the police... it seemed like a no-brainer as a question to follow up...

I don't think LE would have helicopters and LE all over the ground, yesterday searching near where the car was abandoned if they know Cayle is alive and safe.

One of our posters was in the middle of it and it unfolds in a general thread from yesterday.

This is the reason I can see a friend of Casey's hiding Caylee just to keep her away from Cindy. Casey obviously told her friends Cindy was to controlling and interfered with Casey's life.

There were two things going on in close proximity, but a massive search was going on for Caylee yesterday.
