Patty yesyerday there was a video og Lee saying they threw them out bacause they smelled of cigarette smoke.

Oh I am glad someone else saw that, thought I was getting loopy....lol

Morning, all. First question of the day. If no one was actively searching for Caylee, why and when did Child Seek get involved?

I am convinced that child died accidently due to Casey's poor mothering skills and thos calls were to get help on what to do and after not receiving an answer, she took care of it herself.

We were working on the accidental drowning theory for hours last night. Its all outlined somewhere...it was born out of the MF video from greta. Seems to fit somewhat or is a very raw rough outline on what may have happened. GiGi and I are looking for it.

Mine registered missed calls also when my phone is off and will give me a tone telling me I missed the calls once I turn it on!

I'm of the opinion that when people saw Casey on their 'caller id' .... they were frequently missed calls. (Like, "Oh no, not her again! What could she want now!")

Wow. I don't understand this, where do you get this from? I feel bad for Cindy, I get angry with her for her excuses but I don't think the woman is this shallow. She is in a nightmare right now.

OK, maybe I'm just being too naive here, and this doesn't make any sense to anyone else, but I can't figure out why most everyone is soooo angry with Casey, and is giving the grandparents (especially Cindy) the benefit of the doubt! As a matter of fact, I don't know exactly why Casey was arrested for this, and Cindy wasn't!

There have been soooo many lies from both Cindy and Casey, so much so that no one really knows if either one of them has told any truths at all in this case. The only FACT that is known is that CINDY was the last one KNOWN to have been with Caylee! Casey SAID that she dropped Caylee off with the babysitter, but that's been proven to be a lie, so it brings us right back to CINDY being the last one to have been KNOWN to be with her. Cindy has stated that Casey has told her everything so they both know where Caylee is then right? That has been said!! So then WHY is Casey sitting in jail but Cindy is not? And why are so many people so upset with Casey, but feeling sympathy for Cindy?

I keep thinking about that phone call from jail that Casey made to Cindy where she seemed to say in a very amazed tone "you don't know my involvement in this?" as if she's saying, Mom, you know everything about this, but now you're claiming not to! That makes me think that they both knew from the beginning and Cindy has just thrown Casey under the bus!

I guess you can tell that I don't trust that lying grandmother for one millisecond!!

hi, yes long ago it was this "She came into my life unexspectedly, just as she has left me. This precious little angel from above gave me strength and unconditional love. Now she is gone and I don’t know why. All I am guilty of is loving her and providing her a safe home. Jealousy has taken her away. Jealousy from the one person that should be thankfull for all of the love and support given to her. A mother’s love is deep, however there are limits when one is betrayed by the one she loved and trusted the most. A daughter comes to her mother for support when she is pregnant, the mother says without hesitation it will be ok. And it was. But then the lies and betrayal began. First it seemed harmless, ah, love is blind. A mother will look for the good in her child and give them a chance to change. This mother gave chance after chance for her daughter to change, but instead more lies more betrayal. What does the mother get for giving her daughter all of these chances? A broken heart. The daughter who stole money, lots of money, leaves without warning and does not let her mother now speak to the baby that her mother raised, fed, clothed, sheltered, paid her medical bills, etc. Instead tells her friends that her mother is controlling her life and she needs her space. No money, no future. Where did she go? Who is now watching out for the little angel?

I completely agree with you on this. I posted this in the Mark F thread. But I want to re-post it here...

My feeling is Casey went back to the house after they left. Not sure still that Casey outright killed her daughter. We keep looking over the fact that the pool ladder was always put up, and that the pool ladder was again poolside after Casey returned back to the house. We don't know who the calls were placed to but I am sure it wasn't the GPs. I think an accident occured and Casey wasn't paying attention. In light of what happened there with Caylee, I think Casey panicked and called a friend. Mark F said the calls were placed to one number mainly, over and over. I think Casey called a friend to help her cover up what happened.

I read decomp starts within 15-120 minutes after death. Maybe Caylee accidentally drowned. Casey pulled her out of the pool and laid her down while freaking out and burning up the cell towers to find a friend or person to help her with this. Caylee could've laid on the ground for hours while Casey tried to cover up what happened. Allowing decomp to absorb into the ground enough to set off the cadaver dogs later. She then also backed up her car to the house. A neighbor saw this and noticed it was odd. That was also the day she borrowed the shovel.

She then placed Caylee in the trunk and disposed of her baby girl either buy using the shovel to break the lock on the shed and steal the gas cans to burn her somewhere. She didn't borrow the shovel long enough to dig a grave unless it was very shallow. She would have had to borrow it again to dig Caylee back up. I think she got the gas cans and with the help of a friend after she put Caylee in the trunk dumped her little body in one of the bodies of water behind the Anthony's home where the divers were yesterday or burned her, or both.

I dont think Casey is talking to LE or FBI. I think they traced who she did call, and that's who has given them enough to go back to the home with CSI and establish an area for divers to search. Someone other than Casey, does not want to go down with her. They are the one signing like a canary.

The only people questioning Casey are people who love her. She is able to lie to them and convince them she is innocent. Cindy said it in her blog posting LOVE IS BLIND. My dad and mom love me and I can't imagie how my dad would seem on television talking about me and people believing I killed my child, even if it turned out I did, I bet my dad would be in denial.

Cindy DID say that if it turns out her daughter is Guilty and some proof other than circumstatial evidence is given to her, then she is in full belief that her daughter needs to stay where she is. I think it WOULD TAKE BLOOD on my hands for my father and mom to believe I did such a thing.

HOWEVER - it is often said that LE does not take the witness statements of grieving family members too seriously, they have to take it keep at it to get results.

This family is at the point now where they believe their own lies and they tell small lies to keep the media away and those lies are then taken and disected.

I am sure LE is on point and these parents have given them more than enough.

HERE IS THE THEORY WE WORKED ON LAST NIGHT...FEEL FREE TO ADD OR DELETE WHAT WORKS OR DOESN'T so we can make it work. This came to me after listening the the Mark F information. I wasn't even entertaining drowning before...something just clicked for me. I"m not saying its exact. : )

Goes to Sawgrass Apartments and looks for an apartment in Zanny's name (17th.) Setting up identity of Zanny and later takes detective there. (doesnt remember apt #she looked at)
Casey goes back get's Caylees body before its discovered (18th) Fluids leak in trunk, hair falls out? post mortem...hence the smel
Borrows the shovel from neighbor the next day (18th)
Neighbor notices Casey backs her car up to garage (18th)
Casey buries (too difficult?) and or dumps the body in a body of water

Benji, this is where I'm coming from.

LE have said that the grandparents are cooperating.

LE have said that Casey is not.

Therefore, I need to give them the benefit of the doubt personally. It's difficult enough to accept that someone who gave birth to a child can then not (at the very least) let go of her "self" long enough to help the little girl.

Following facts and evidence to me means you have to check as many of your feelings at the door to see things objectively. Sometimes you have to try to prove what you DON'T believe in order to get to the truth.

I'm also trying to be respectful of the WS guidelines that are against bashing a family who are victims.
