Hello all! I have been lurking the forums and couldn't take it anymore! I had to sign up so I could post!

George said that when Casey left the house with Caylee (the last time he seen Caylee) that Casey said she would be working late the next day.....but do I understand correctly that Casey had NOT been employed for the past 2 yrs???

You cant believe anything Casey says. She's hasn't had a provable job for almost 2 years yet has a "nanny".

She allegedly told family and friends she worked but no evidence to support that has been publicly shown to exist.

I don't think it has been determined if George and Cindy actually knew if.when/where Casey was or was not working. Maybe they knew that she was working the clubs and that was part of the original arguments (that are now being denied by the Anthonys).

Thanks for the link to the article that says it is the lead detective in the case that went to the Anthony's this morning. That is significant because if he just needed to "confirm" something he would have sent someone under him, IMHO. He has either put 2-2 together regarding something, he has forensics back or he is delivering some news.

yes, you are correct. She had been living this lie to everyone including her family and boyfriend for two years....she had told them she was an "event planner" at universal...now if she had ANOTHER job that no one has mentioned...well that remains uknown.

George isn't home - went out to hand out flyers

Is there anyone in this whole world, especially that area where he is putting out flyers, who does not know about this child and her missing status. Maybe its a good excuse to get away from Cindy... hmm... maybe Cindy knew detectives were coming and wanted to conveniently get him out of the house? This way she doesn't have to hurt his arm when he talks.

She also has dry mouth a lot which is a side effect of some meds. I'm sure shes on something for anxiety right now. Anyone would fall apart.
Which would account for all the water people have noticed her drinking.

Curiositycat On the Greta interview George said when Casey was there the 24th,that he was getting ready to go work.

I totally agree.

Do you any of you feel like you'd rather not have this solved?
I'm sitting here sick to my stomach at the thought of this little girl being gone.
I think i'd rather keep the hope that she's out there somewhere

Probably... or will be.... they may get more by speaking with them separately.....

I'm assuming that their new questions may very well be linked with things they took yesterday...
Could be - they had a search warrant yesterday - those are used to specifically state certain, specific items, articles, places, whatever - rather than just a general search of the area - wish I knew what rooms they were in yesterday.

I sadly gave up hope that Caylee was alive due to the smell of decomp in the trunk. There is just no getting around that at all.

I would think reporters could have done a better job identifying where they were by noting which rooms had black out paper put up.

I agree, if it was not decomp I am sure LE would have already released this to the press.

If we wanted to be SUPER suspicious of the grandparents and think that they were involved in this thing headlong from the beginning......how about this for a thought?

Casey could have possibly been sitting right there in the living room beside them making those calls to their cell phones and they could have not been answering on purpose!!

That way, they could say that Casey had just gone to pick up Caylee at the sitters, and when she found her missing, she was making a desperate attempt to get help. They would claim they were working and couldn't answer, and Casey could say that she did everything she could think to do to get help at the time. Then later after she hadn't reported it, her story could be that when she could reach no one, she snapped and believed that no one could help her, so she HAD to search on her own!

Far fetched? Yeah, but what ISN'T in this story?

I think that's some pretty good thinking! Remember though, when those calls are triangulated, I think LE will know their locations. Or no? But the calling frenzy makes sense. You're probably giving Mr. Baez ideas!

I want this solved--not knowing is so much worse. If she's deceased-I want a proper burial and the person to get the death penalty. I'm sick and tired of children getting murdered, abused, neglected and used.:furious:

Nope- not me- I won't give up until they officially say they have found her small broken body - then I'm gong to go to bed and cry like a baby for hours!!!!!

the guy that told everyone he was going to college and they moved
out of state, he never worked in years.

denied everything - total lies - scam artist

Wanted to cross post this on the general thread to get thoughts -- also on the 6/16 to 6/18 thread . . .

_______________________________

OK, I'm troubled by a few things:

(1) Where was Amy moving into, as described by Casey on the 17th? Has anyone had any brilliant insights that I've missed on that? Was it the Anthony house (where Casey had apparently left on the 16th)? Was it the Oviedo house? What is the Oviedo house that Amy mentions in a myspace page about having her insurance information forwarded? Was it supposed to be forwarded to or from the Oviedo house? Why was Amy moving out of JP and Ricardo's? Or was she?

(2) I have a hard time believing that Casey would be together enough to think -- Gee I just killed my daughter, I need to come up with a plan to frame a non-existent babysitter, I think what I'll do is go and fill out an apartment card using that babysitter's name. If she had, it wouldn't have helped her -- it just proved that she was lying. Because the babysitter didn't actually live there for the last year and a half, like she claimed, its now clear that ZG (or Casey in disguise, or with her) simply looked at the apartment on June 17th AFTER Casey claims to have left Caylee there. I'm more inclined to believe that Casey was using a ZG alias (maybe with a stolen credit card) to try to rent an apartment -- maybe for her and Amy and Caylee. Didn't she say somewhere that it would be "the girls"? When I read that, I included Caylee in my mind, otherwise it would have been "us" or "the two of us girls". . .

(3) The other reason I don't believe that Caylee was already dead on the 17th/18th time frame is this -- I don't think even someone as inhumane and disturbed as Casey seems to be would describe killing her child and abandoning her parents house as "DRAMAAAA" as she does on a myspace page in describing why she hasn't been at "the house" in 9 days. If you do the count, that seems to mean that she is talking about being absent from the Anthony's house (but I acknowledge it could be a different house), so I think she left because of some "DRAMAAAA" more along the lines of . . . GM is pissed at her for not doing X, Y or Z or cleaning up her act . . . Also, she wouldn't want to talk about the DRAMAA to Amy in such an off hand way (tell ya later, I think she says) if it was the fact that she killed and dumped her baby.

(4) Not buying the pool gate stuff -- or at least I didn't hear it live from their mouths in such a way as to buy it. I've just heard it reported second hand. Any links?

Any thoughts?

Wouldn't they just call on the phone if they had a quick question?
