TripleA--love the theory--Now she also went to Fusion on the 20th an got a tattoo. I don't think though she would've had the body in the trunk at Fusion. Also Bella Vida Blvd has to more than coincidental being such a close location. There was a lot of myspace talk about Casey getting married and looking for a house with her Fiance. Casey and he could've have visited that development looking for homes. Perhaps a happy time for her? Remember it's always about Casey.

But, it didn't look like much was taken when Greta did the interview... and she told Lee she kept her stuff "centrally located" at Tony's.

Plus, I think she'd want help if it was a real move.

The GPS state that Cindy and Caylee swam in the pool together on the night of June 15 and the ladder was taken down and put away as always to prevent Caylee from wandering in the pool alone and drowning.

The GPS then state that no one swam in the pool on the following day but came home and found the gate open and the ladder attached to the pool. June 16th.

June 16th is the flurry of phone calls from Casey to her parents and two other people which go unanswered.

I don't believe she accidentally drowned. I just don't. For something this horribly unexpected to happen, Casey would have called 911, not her parents or anyone else. Even if she'd been on the 'puter for hours, napping, neglectful, I can't buy it. Casey did something to her that she knew would be seen as abuse if not worse. What, I don't know.

Accidental drowning, I say no.

Therefore, she really doesn't know where Caylee is.

Huh, yeah I did think although everything points to her guilt hugely there are elements of this whole story genuinely outside her control, as in someone else being involved and she really doesn't know where caylee is, except that she's dead that is

Plus Caylee was the last part of that dream life that died.

The only FACT that is known is that CINDY was the last one KNOWN to have been with Caylee! Casey SAID that she dropped Caylee off with the babysitter, but that's been proven to be a lie, so it brings us right back to CINDY being the last one to have been KNOWN to be with her.

I keep thinking about that phone call from jail that Casey made to Cindy where she seemed to say in a very amazed tone "you don't know my involvement in this?" as if she's saying, Mom, you know everything about this, but now you're claiming not to! That makes me think that they both knew from the beginning and Cindy has just thrown Casey under the bus!

Am I mistaken or was it confirmed that the last sighting of Caylee was by her grandfather at 1:10 pm on the 16th as they ( Casey and Caylee) left the home of G and C Anthony with their backpacks as stated on the Greta Van Susteren interview? George was so adamant about that fact.

And IMHO the question of "you don't know what my involvement in this is"? very well may be her way of saying Mom you should be saying you are sure I have no involvement in the disappearance of my child. How can you even hint that I MAY be involved.

After watching Cindy for the last few weeks,she seems like the type person that would have constantly told Casey that she would not be able to raise Caylee with out her. Cindy seems to be very over bearing to me.

ITA.....but then again, Casey hasn't done much to improve her situation since having Caylee....steady job, GED, own car...etc.

This would also explain Casey's immediate panic/cover-up *if* there was an accident so soon of her moving out.

I take what Mark Fuhrman says with a grain of salt. This is the man who so mishandled evidence in the O.J. Simpson case that Simpson walked. He's also the only person involved with that case convicted of anything - perjury.

I think that she very well could have had that baby in thrunk from the 16th until the 22-24th. She is obviously not stable and she could have had her wrapped up enough to mask the smell for awhile. We have no idea if she put her in garbage bags or had her somehow wrapped up before she moved her.

If she did drown, and if she was put in a retention pond or a body of water, wouldn't the decomposition be prolonged? I know that I've heard before about bodies that have surfaced in water and they were still "whole" so to speak. If that were the case then they could determine if she drowned in the pool or if she wandered off and drowned in the pond/etc. due to the kind of water found in her lungs, right?

Even our retention ponds down here have wildlife or wildlife that frequents the water. I won't get graphic but you can see where I'm going with that. The fountains are usually to keep the water from getting stagnant and to reduce mosquitos. The water can get quite warm, however we've had lots of rain so not sure about water temp. I do know that come winter these ponds lose a lot of water because it very rarely rains here in the winter months. As far as determining drowning-circumstances play alot into it because there's a big debate among medical examiners about water in the lungs being inhaled but the person is unconcious versus a prolonged submersion and water leaking in.
There are 2 retention ponds on Bella Vida-it's a cul de sac, still being developed, lots of dumpsters, half built homes, empty homes and empty lots. PS Thanks for scoping that out FLbeachdawg!

Avalon Park (which is where Bella Vida Blvd is) is also a highly desirable area to live here...because it has an A rated school district...and I might add that the schools that Casey went to are NOT good schools.

no prob =) you definitely had me curious to check it out since it was so close by...

but yes...agree with the creatures in the ponds. There is a gator that LIVES in one of the rention ponds where I live! and I see them all the time in other drainage ponds as well... and yes...this is VERY common here.

I think this is in reference to Casey's claim of Caylee's disappearance being a kidnapping. Cindy was questioning Casey's involvement in it.
