Right, because of the way he phrased it on the show and also because it was the other two individuals she called that they were more hush-hush about. Guess that info will come out when LE is ready for it to...

The one thing I'm getting out of this is it sounds like somebody has 1 of Casey's phone's

Am I mistaken or was it confirmed that the last sighting of Caylee was by her grandfather at 1:10 pm on the 16th as they ( Casey and Caylee) left the home of G and C Anthony with their backpacks as stated on the Greta Van Susteren interview? George was so adamant about that fact.
Define "confirmed". That's the last time George says he saw Caylee, but given the poor credibility of everyone in this family, I'd take that with a boulder of salt.

I think the last confirmed - as in 'independently verified' - sighting of Caylee was probably by the employees and residents of a nursing home on June 15th (unless there are traffic cams that show Caylee in the car with Cindy going through a toll or something on the way home).

If the scenario is true that some have posted on here, ie;she drowned, casey paniced, went to sawgrass apartments and pretended to be Zenaida to make it seem like there was really a Zenaida, then one must think like Casey would possibly think in this state of mind.
She was working on the premise that Zenaida had Caylee and did something to her or was neglegant and let her wander off and drown in lake or pool at complex.

So where would she put the body? Next to Sawgrass apartments. It makes sense. This is the only place that she tried to tie in Zenaida having Caylee at. So she concocted a story that Zenaida was watching Caylee, never returned her, went to the apartment with the police as a witness that apartment was vacant as if Zenaida left town suddenly. Figured they would search perimiter of apartment complex, find body, and look for this Zenaida as perp.

Meanwhile she did not think that, police would contact Sawgrass management, find out Zenaida never lived there, do dna on car (she probably thought it would get stolen), she would get arrested, and they would find out she was out partying it up instead of her story that she was out looking for Caylee.

If I where LE I would look in vicenity of Sawgrass apartments. If you think like a 23 yo party girl who panics and is really bad at covering up things I think you will see that this makes sense.

Do we know exactly when and why Jesse left/was fired from LE?

And, do we have an exact date on the tattoo?

  • #306
maybe that tattoo business...or Fusian trying to find someone.
If the business was Fusian, it points to one of the 'unidentified individuals' as being Tony.

Given Casey's eagerness to reach Tony on the night she was arrested, I vote that he's one of the unknowns.

I think Lee would probably have been named if he was the other one - as a family member, he's already involved and I can't see why his name would be protected.

Who was the other person? Jesse? Amy? Ricardo?

I don't believe she accidentally drowned. I just don't. For something this horribly unexpected to happen, Casey would have called 911, not her parents or anyone else. Even if she'd been on the 'puter for hours, napping, neglectful, I can't buy it. Casey did something to her that she knew would be seen as abuse if not worse. What, I don't know.

Accidental drowning, I say no.

I agree. I think Caylee died either deliberately or via a more active negligence, such as heat exhaustion in the car or by taking illegal substances.

I'm thinking it could be possible that Casey brought Caylee home after discovering Caylee unconscious or dead of heat exhaustion in the car and then tried to cool her off by putting her in the pool.

But, then again, I'm really having a hard time believing the Anthonys so who knows if the ladder really was there or not.

And then I wonder if Zanny is really Xanax. Maybe there is a measure of truth to it all, but, like Cindy has said, it's all in code.

The phone or the records for it. And with the flurry of calls on the 18th (when she borrowed the shovel), hopefully they'll be able to track her travels after she left the home...

This makes a lot of sense.

I think the grandparents' behavior is not confusing the case in terms of police investigation, but it is confusing the public's and press' theories of what might happened.

These two grandparents definitely have weird personalities and it just happens that they are victims in the case because of their daughter, so their weird personality and family dynamics is front stage in the news.

But they could be your neighbours and just consider them an odd couple. It is important to remember that NOT just normal people's kids get killed or abducted.

I think this is what is happening in this awful case, the grandparents happen to have weird personalities, and are not the cut clean victims we see in other cases in terms of personality traits. So a lot of focus by the public and the media falls on the grandparents, for their weird behavior that I trully believe has nothing to do with the case per se, the weird behavior didn't happen because of the case and something they are hiding, they are weird anyway and therefore reacting weird in a tragic situation.

What I am trying to say is that the grandparents might be playing a big role in this unfolding drama as weird characters on our tv screens, but I don't think they are playing any important role for the police and the facts they are looking for in terms of finding the person responsible for Caylee's situation.

we discussed this possiblility weeks ago ( drowning) , i had the same theory, you have just expanded on it, and i was told to put it in the theories thread, just so you know. That's what i was told anyways.

It was something that we were all working on together last night into the wee wee hours if you check the thread. It came to light due to the MF information at around midnight...that is why it wasn't in the theories thread. Drowning wasn't a consideration for me until last night.

Yes, Zenaida would not have driven the body somewhere else, she would have draged it somewhere close, lake or wooded area.

Detectives jusy entered the Anthony home.

  • #316
Have George or Cindy been interviewed since the CSI's were in the home, or since Greta aired last night?

  • #317
10 minutes ago detectives came to the Anthony home. FOX News. They said they were there to talk about their missing Granddaughter.

Jesse? Amy? Ricardo?

the thing that makes this thing seem to tie deeper though is that entertainment company that Fusian uses to do the promoting having it's previous address at the Sawgrass Apartments.

I don't think Tony was involved. I do think someone else is involved in disposing the body, but I will keep that to myself for now.

If you listen to the phone call between Casey and Lee again with the idea in mind that Lee does know, some of the things he says take on a new meaning. Such as "who you trust" and "spoken to everyone". Casey said she didn't know if any of the "trusty people" she gave to Lee are still to be trusted because she hasn't been in contact. Now, why would she say that during the search for her kidnapped daughter and why would Lee care who she "trusts"!

It could be that Casey gave him the short list of those who know and Lee followed up to make sure they don't talk. Lee (my feeling is it is Lee) has been really good at damage control - the pictures get deleted up off the Internet pretty quickly after they are posted here.
