I tend to lean towards this theory (on and off - on right now) of Zanny the Nanny being Xanax. I don't know how long it would take for it to clear the body well enough to not show in a drug test, but surely it would still be easy to detect if little Caylee (hate to say this) died with it in her system. I don't think she would have shown signs of having been given the drug any time other than when she was directly under the influence of it. I know someone who has a little dog that freaks during thunderstorms and the vet actually prescribed Xanax for the dog! It puts the dog to sleep during the storm, but once she wakes up you can't that she's ever taken anything. Strange story, I know. But I'm just pointing out that if even veternarians use Xanax to induce sleep in a dog, it would be very easy for a mother to use it to force the child to sleep - making Zanny the "nanny". It also shows how easy it is to get Xanax; just take your dog to the vet and tell them she scared of storms. CRAZY!!

My Collie takes Xanax for fireworks. My vet gave me 60 of them.

I'd be interested to know if there were any obvious traces of "soil" or "stains" on the slacks Cindy washed...but she's the only source of that information and you never know what to believe from her...

I'm sure we have several people here who know the Anthonys, I doubt they would say so though, some may be here for a mission.:)

I had thought the same thing about friends of the Anthonys posting on the board. You know they're at least lurking! I do recall when then case first broke that people who claimed to know either Casey or the family (not sure which - my mind is so confused about things from yesterday, much less weeks ago!) were posting on the Orlando Sentinal's Topix Forum page. I haven't been to that forum since then though.

Zenaida Gonzalez had a MYSPACE page also! I think they need to take the family computers. Lee in the begining deleted a lot of comments and pics on both of there myspace deleted casey photobucket thats why a lot of the links are broke on people comments. Take the computers even Zenaida Gonzalez computer! Find out give them all lie detectors do something! urg!!!

In fact the interview with Zenaida Gonzalez she was laughing to! How odd is the fact that there was a Zenaida Gonzalez looking at the apartment maybe she did meet this person from a friend in the night life she doesnt have a job maybe she needed money to! This case is crazy by the day!:woohoo:

In a way, I can relate to some strange behaviours when faced with a tramatic situation. When my brother died, I lost it totally. Just went off the beaten track. I actually cleaned out all my paperwork, organized everything in my house, wrote a will, put all my good jewelry away and told my son where to find everything just in case I was next to go. I was bad for months.
I understand as well...but you knew your brother had passed away. Are you saying that Cindy knew someone she loved had died?

Listen to the 911 call. "My daughter has been missing for a month. I just found her." These kind of emotions don't just pop into your being...she had to be scared. Lee even initmated as much...talking about what she had done to her parents for the past month. No. She had to be connecting the dots. Unless, you're saying she said a "mistruth" on that 911 call.

Mom says she spoke to Casey by phone frequently but was not able to speak to Caylee. That is not my definition of missing. Caylee is missing.

She had spoken to Casey. Casey wasn't missing. She was led to believe Caylee was fine and with mom. It took her hours with Casey to find out Caylee was missing.

Cindy stated in one of the 911 calls, "My daughter's been missing a month, I just found her"........go listen.

I think with all the photos that WSers find and then are immediately "deleted" speaks to the fact that the Anthonys themselves lurk here...just my opinion.

No offense, but have you read enough here to be caught up? There appears to be alot of info you may have not seen/read.

Exactly - they're very easy to get! Just curious...does your Collie show any signs of taking Xanax after it has worn out of his/her system? My friend's dog doesn't show any signs later.

Off topic - my vet suggested it for a behavioral problem in my cat. I've been on the fence on it b/c I don't want to overmedicate, but do you mind telling me if you've had good experiences with it with your Collie? My friend has good results, but I wanted a 2nd opinion. Thanks!

Lurked long enough... I have noticed lots of posts related to Cindy having reversing her position on Casey's involvement.

Has anyone thought possibly she IS helping with the investigation with LE....

-it seems Casey has been watching the news coverage of her family since the beginning ( Casey was very angry about how the family spoke about her, on first jail phone call )

- Casey has elected NOT to speak with LE

- The family ( Lee, Cindy etc ) are the only link to get ANY information out of Casey

Perhaps she is still feeding good information to LE behind closed doors while appearing to still be sympathetic to Casey publicly. Why would she want Casey to CLAM UP to her as well.

Just a thought, as we really never know what is going on deep in that investigation behind closed doors.

No, I am not saying that at all. Just responding to what a member wrote about Cindy washing clothes before calling 911 etc., etc.

People do strange thing in traumatic situations. When I got the call my brother died, I blanked out everything the lawyer said from your brother past ......... I had to call him back hours later to ask him.

If anyone comes across with the press conference from today, please post it .. I missed the conference.

I think it is listed on the Orlando police website where we saw the warrant.

Does anyone know who might be covering the dive teams tomorrow? Do you think ALL the stations will be?

Cindy claims to police she washed a pair of Casey's pants from trunk. Via NG on now. Oh my I wonder when she did this.

In the trunk? the warrant clearly states that they were in the back of the car on the floor board.

I agree when I got the news that the love of my life had died unexpectedly I fainted, when I woke up my sister repeated it again I laid down and slept for two days-I was in shock. I wonder how much denial I could have created but the people around me "made me accept it", I still say SHE HAS CONVINCED HERSELF HER LIES ARE TRUTH
