this is just a thought! they should give casey a shot of the "truth serum" to make her talk, maybe then we would no what exactly happened

Well if Caylee's death took place... and the body was in the back yard.. and in the trunk... she may have had different clothes on during different times.... DNA could still be obtained.

From June 27th, when Casey abandoned her car, to approximately July 8th, when Amy let her drive Amy's car... what did she do for transportation? Where was she living during that interval? With Ricardo and then with Amy? I wonder if she pretended then to go to "work"?

She would have to agree to something as she's still protected by the laws of the country.

SuziQ or anyone else on here, can you also remind me if Amy ever stated when Casey was supposed to move in with her, if there was a delay in moving in together, why, and most important, whether Amy believed Caylee would be moving in as well?

All I know is that the myspace convo about this is very vague and I haven't seen anything more on it.

I think that the lack of information coming in from Jesse, Amy, Tony, JP, and Ricardo is very telling. I think that they are all talking and working with the police.

I wish we had somewhere that we'd seen what CASEY said she was wearing the last time she saw Caylee.

These pants shouldn't have been washed and should have been turned over immediately just given that they were in the car...but what a way to throw the 'scent' off the track, so to speak, by the pants Cindy washed also being the ones George then described as what he last saw Casey wearing with Caylee.

Could be a great diversion to avoid closer examination of ANOTHER outfit or pair of pants, especially if he knew there was evidence on something else.

Not saying he does or did, but the washed pants sure could come in handy if someone were trying to confuse the situation even more.

Seems to me that if Casey were trying to cover-up having done something to Caylee, the LAST THING she'd do was leave those clothes in the car. In the house, washed amidst other clothes? Sure. Try to dispose of them somewhere else? Sure. But leave them, by themselves, in the car? That'd automatically get someone looking at them more closely just because they weren't there with other clothes.

To me it is far more telling that pants George says she was wearing the 16th of June were still in the on the 27th when she left the car. She had every opportunity to get rid of them before that. Even back into the house at some point.

We need to remember that if CASEY could have been using that name as a fake identity....then so could anyone else. The phone number of someone using that name as an alias would not be listed to that name. It is very common for people without proper legal status to use a friend or relative's name to get insurance, rent apartments, and get driver's licenses. This is SO common that is is a routine method of doing these tasks. A name could get used over and over. A relative has permission to use the information, then gives a friend of theirs permission to use the name, or someone uses it without permission. Thus....... a reason for 400 people in one area showing up in a search for Zenaida Gonzalez.

You know, I am not being sarcastic when I share my opinion.

NG just said that being a liar does not psychologically profile a person. Cindy said that someone lying does not mean they are a murderer, nor against the law. Both statements by NG and Cindy are true.

All that is fine and dandy. However, none of the above justifies breaking the law. We are talking about a family who's mother, Cindy, says on national tv that lying is not against the law.

I find it odd that Caylee wouldn't be able to talk at almost 3 years old. My kids were all speaking in complete sentences by that age.

Are you sure you are correct that she wasn't saying real words? If so, that sounds as if she might be delayed in some way.

What I remember is that Cindy said Casey talked about Zanny all the time, not Caylee. From the video taken July 15, 2008, it does not appear that Caylee was completely verbal yet. She is not saying many real words but seems to be chaterring like toddlers do when they are trying to imitate human speech, right before they actually learn to speak fluently. I don't think that baby was "talking" about much of anything. I also don't believe Cindy when she says Casey spoke of "Zanny" all the time. I feel she may believe that now but it's something Cindy is trying to convince herslef is true. JMO.

ONe thing the police have still not released is there testing on the mileage of the vehicle that Casey was using, and the one she borrowed from her friend. I am assuming that there is no evidence that either vehicle was driving very far, because nothing has been leaked that they are looking out of state, or several hours away from Orlando. Actually, they are not looking anywhere for this child that I can see.

I agree when one calls 911 they don't think of "what to say" they just want help NOW.

I CALLED 911 when I was at a baby shower and a nine year old family member was mauled to death by a family dog in the backyard. I sounded like a flippin crazy person, blubbering idiot and in the stress of the minute could have cared less. The situation got a ton of press and I know first hand how "twisted" things got thru the press..my 911 call was played on the local news and I couldn't believe the things I said.

Question for someone with a better memory than mine:

At one time it was stated that an entertainment business was listed as having the Apt. 210 or 212 address at Sawgrass. In other places, it is said that the managers at Sawgrass said one of these is the model apt. and the other has been empty for months. What is the correct information on this? How can it be listed as a business address for one of the club/entertainment people yet be an empty or a model apt. in reality?

I'd have to go back and look, but I believe the website was REGISTERED to someone who used that address, which is not at all uncommon (registrant address not being address of the business and/or name of registrant not tied to their home address)

WHy would Cindy say at the bond hearing that there is no evidence. Unless she knew.

speech delay doesn't mean "delayed" my daughter straight A's but has a speech issue even after years of speech therapy, in the video Caylee jabbers but she is hard to understand

Hello all... first time posting, but long time fan and lurker! Kinda creepy, yikes! Onto topic; I was wondering if anyone here as looked at the apartment managers? I am not all about casting aspersions, but one of them might be from Warren,OH which as I understand is where the Anthonys are from. I am not a great sleuth, however if this person is indeed the same person that is from the same area that the family is originally from, I would find that quite coincidental. Not being really clear about naming names, I thought it would be best to leave her name out of my post, it can be found in the affidavit.

This is very interesting. Kind of strange a connection of where some moved. That doesn't usually happen. I am intrigued by this info.

That's why I think it's odd and perhaps a cover for what she was really wearing. She thought through her story for post-Caylee being missing, and I don't see her being that careless to have left the pants in the car.

Heck, that means Gpa could have seen them in the car on the 24th. That's already nearly 2 weeks later if you buy that story...

It will be a relief when LE finally is able to reveal all they know. They have statements from Amy, Tony, Jesse, Cindy George and Lee, the neighbors, Casey and probably many of her other friends, they have the phone records, the myspace messages, and all the lab tests. Once all of that is finally matched up I think Casey may be able to be charged without ever finding the sweet little baby. It's just frustrating to watch Casey play cat and mouse with everyone, including her deluded and enabling family, in the meantime.
