I'm new

I have been reading here for 2 wks and have yet to find info about 4 things:

1. Police report -- not the arrest affidavit. I mean the first-on-scene interviews and observations by the officer(s).
2. Details of Casey's 4 page handwritten statement.
3. Casey's interview transcripts with detectives.
4. Any statements by retail clerks/acquaintances/public who saw Casey AND Caylee after, say, June 1 and observed the behavior or parent/child dynamic or slice of life views.

I suspect 1-3 have evidentiary sp? value and won't be released until Discovery phase?

Facts only, please! For God's sake, please don't quote Cindy:{

the biggest thing not making sense to me, is why did Casey even go home. Why didn't she take off? She got in the car willingly to go to the police station with her mother. Why was she so submissive? It doesn't make sense.

I don't know, but I personally feel like I have been manipulated by them all and have been through some sort of mind game. It must have all been planned because absolutely everything that is every said in the media or on tv basically is all about Casey and there's an answer for everything. It's all about defending Casey, in my opinion.

I think Cindy's primary concern has been about covering Casey's butt and her grand daughter falls secondary to that. By very nature those are two opposing interests and therefore nothing she says can have any merit or be considered truthful.

Wow! Phil just said that Cindy washed the boots also...have I missed that coming out post last night? He also said that Cindy said she didn't wash the stuff until the car had been there two days with LE involved. I thought the warrant said they were washed before LE was there?

That's interesting- on Greta, Lee just cryptically said "Let's just say there are some very interesting phone records."

He was being questioned about phone records not reflecting call from Caylee on 7/15.

If there was something valid about those phone records that indicated Casey wasn't lying I don't see why they couldn't release something- even if not all the details that would possible "jeopardize Caylee's safety" - just something so that people could try to retain a little hope that Casey may have a passing familiarity w/truth.

What could be so very interesting about those phone records?

They are probably talking about the fact that her lawyer has applied for another bond reduction hearing.

Isn't it a parent's obligation to discipline their child in love? All I've seen Cindy do is point fingers at everyone else and explain away her child's behavior, but I've not seen her practice an ounce of tough love on Casey. If she's this permissive with her now, she was probably this permissive with her as a child also. Cindy needs to take a hard look in the mirror at her parenting style and then she needs to show her daughter that the truth is what is necessary at this moment.

I wonder about the forensic lab results. It was said that they'd probably be back late this week. Greta is having a special one-hour program on Saturday night at 9:00pm eastern time. I wonder if she's planning this special programs because they expect the results to be announced on Saturday?

On Wednesday when the Saturday show first came up, they said it was going to be mostly an airing of the unseen footage from the first 2 hour long interview with the family.

And her Saturday special shows are typically taped, in fact I'm not sure I've seen one of these "specials" she's done that isn't, so I doubt there will be any new info at all, other than unseen video from the interview, and then rehashing (like this current segment of Greta at the Amscot lot talking timeline, etc.) for people unfamiliar with it.

I think she tried to pry the shed door open with that shovel and backed the car in thinking she would put the gas cans in the trunk.
