I think they should polygraph the whole damn family.

I think LE should take turns and intergate her 24/7 until she breaks.
Stop giving her her way and do something.

It really bugs me that there's no concrete evidence of foul play in this situation.

  • #263
Well what Cindy said just contradicted what Phil said. Cindy said she only washed the pants and that LE didn't care (?) even though they were in the car and might be evidence.

Surely they have something. Bodily fluid in the car, blood samples in the house, something!! There's nothing or at least nothing they've released.

  • #265
True fix, unless of course theres alot of things we don't know about. Which i'm sure there is..........

i think once the forensic's comes back there will be some concrete evidence, just a matter of waiting for it

I caught that also. Wasn't it also said earlier in the show that the clothes sat in the car for 2 days before they were washed? Cindy just said she washed them the same day and told LE about it. Or am I hearing things???

I keep hearing about the drowning but I haven't seen anything about an accident in backyard while Casey was sleeping/drunk/who knows. Has this been discussed before?

I don't believe that Cindy didn't know for a minute that she was destroying evidence when she washed those pants. She knew her daughter's child was missing. She knew that Casey had the car. She said the car stunk like there was a dead body in there. She cleaned up the evidence instead of preserving the scene.

Lee was rambling about pay phones and Casey having lots of phones and different SIMM cards......

Isn't it a parent's obligation to discipline their child in love? All I've seen Cindy do is point fingers at everyone else and explain away her child's behavior, but I've not seen her practice an ounce of tough love on Casey. If she's this permissive with her now, she was probably this permissive with her as a child also. Cindy needs to take a hard look in the mirror at her parenting style and then she needs to show her daughter that the truth is what is necessary at this moment.

Cindy and Casey obviously have a weird dynamic to their relationship, however, Cindy called LE and asked that her daughter be arrested for stealing from her, and she reported that Caylee had been missing. If that's not tough love, I don't know what is.

I'm in the camp that suspects that at this point Cindy is trying to not anger Casey, hoping that she will eventually confess.

If your daughter is in jail, why would you even worry about washing the clothes in the car? She's not going to be wearing them for a while. It's almost as if the light bulb turned on one night and she knew they might be a crucial piece of evidence. Next, we'll hear she washed blue jeans with a lot of clorox.

im with you i seen a video of her today saying and admitting she worked in decomposition and on the 911 call she said the car smelt like a dead body so i believe she new exactly what she was doing. very hard for me to have any sympathy for any one in that family except caylee

That's interesting- on Greta, Lee just cryptically said "Let's just say there are some very interesting phone records."

He was being questioned about phone records not reflecting call from Caylee on 7/15.

If there was something valid about those phone records that indicated Casey wasn't lying I don't see why they couldn't release something- even if not all the details that would possible "jeopardize Caylee's safety" - just something so that people could try to retain a little hope that Casey may have a passing familiarity w/truth.

What could be so very interesting about those phone records?

What's interesting is there were only 2 calls that day, and they weren't to or from the ghostly nanny. Lee is reaching! jmo

You heard it right, Wish! Cindy never tells the same story twice! Good Grief

Cindy said, "I HAVE AFFIDAVITS FROM THE BANK FOR THE STOLEN MONEY AND MY CAR WAS STOLEN".

This was in the 911 call, I believe the first or second.......she (Cindy) had already made
up her mind to charge Casey otherwise she would not have had the proof from the bank.

Thoughts????

But I think that was done in a moment of rage. Before she'd thought through her actions and then once she played that hand she had to continue at the game.

You are not imagining things. Cindy said something different than what Greta's reporter stated that she told him. This case is so screwy.

I am pretty much new,... but I have a question that just popped into my head. Say Casey is actually telling the truth. That a babysitter in fact did steal Caylee. Then Caylee is returned home. What happens to this forum? Will it be deleted since there was alot of accusations on here for all the world to see? Or will it stay with all the mistruths on it? Meaning if it stays, and Caylee is older and googles her name will all this stuff pop up? just wondering,....
