This is a very important clue to the sequence of events. Amy evidently knew before grandma knew.

I thought we established yesterday that Grandma knew first because she spoke to Casey...then went to get her. Was something different heard?

Yes. Casey borrowed a shovel from the neighbor while the grandparents' allegedly were on "vacation" and returned it after an hour. Her car was backed up to the garage which the neighbor thought was very unusual. LE does seem to believe that Casey did in fact dig up a body and transport the body in that vehicle. The smell of decomposition was evidently present in the car, too.

Cindy admitted they smelled it, but "they" determined it was a slice of old pizza wrapped up in a bag with maggots instead of decomp. LE has completely discounted their theory and confirmed the smell was decomp from a body.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Friends of arrested mother Casey Anthony revealed to Channel 9 what she was really doing since her daughter's disappearance. Casey Anthony's friends are still freaking out over how she acted as though she hadn't a care in the world during the time she now says she had no idea where her daughter Caylee was.

Friends told Eyewitness News Casey celebrated Independence Day with her boyfriend Tony Lazarro. She partied and cooked dinner for him and his roommate.

Friends said Lazzaro believed she worked as an event planner at Universal Studios for the two months they were together. She told him her boss allowed her to work from her computer at his Winter Park apartment. They found out later from her family she wasn't earning the money she was spending. Instead, Casey was running up her mother's credit cards.

When Casey called Lazarro for a ride from the Amscot where she abandoned her car, she claimed it had broken down and that her father was going to get it to a shop later. That car holds some of the most significant evidence Investigators have revealed, possible evidence of Caylee's hair, a suspicious stain and the odor of human decomposition all in the trunk.

Amy might not have known before GM. GM stated that she and Caylee made myspace pages while they waited for the police to show up after they called. That was around 10, she testified. They contacted all Casey's friends to "get the word out." So maybe she found out about that through the myspace page and then because she is still pissed about the money she made that comment on Facebook

Amy knew on the 15th that Caylee was missing/kidnapped.

I have to disagree. Just because Amy was told this story and her theory was that Casey was afraid to tell her mother doesn't make it true. If this is heading where I believe it is...I would fully expect it was planned for Casey to be spreading such a story to her friends. This in no way tells me that Cindy did not know before Amy.

they have confirmed no such thing, they have only said that they THINK the smell is human decomposition.

liltigress, I keep Fox on all day! I was out of the room for a few minutes several times, but I do know they said there would be a press conference by LE.

This is not directed at you, liltigress, but I would just like to say that we cannot have it both ways. The cadaver dogs hit on the trunk of Casey's car and in a spot in the backyard. I believe in the dogs. There has been a body in the trunk of the car and in the yard, IMO. Whether that body was Caylee's or not is something I do not know. I think it probably was Caylee and that maybe her death was an accident, then Casey finally told GMA, and then they covered it up.

The truth lies with Casey. In my opinion only, I think that Casey told her parents what happened. I want everyone involved in this whole sordid mess to be brought to justice.

I have been the victim of theft. My debit card number was used to order from Chanel, New York, and also from another online shopping site. I filled out papers with my bank, got the money put back into my account, and MY BANK went after the person who had done this. It only took 7 days for my money to be reinstated to my account. I think that AMY having stated that she got her money reinstated to her account, then the bank can and will press aharges against Casey. This could be the other charges that LE has that are not as yet disclosed.

Anyway, I wanted to tell you, liltigress, that I appreciate your posts and your hard work. I pay attention to your posts!

Hopefully we will hear about the Presser soon! I haven't been able to post in a couple of days - had outpatient knee surgery! I have read every post, tho!

Thank you for that. This case is going to have several of us up in the air and wanting to beat Casey all about the face and head until she spills her guts.

I have something that someone else brought to my attention.

A person who I thought was my friend stole money one night while I was sleeping and made up a story about how I got up in my sleep and put money away for the trip I was going on (I got back today, it was a great trip!). I bought that, she's my friend, but after today I know it was her. I let her use my car while I was gone and my check book was in there. Account cleared out. Hopefully I'll be able to get that back... but yeah... overall... about a grand. Which isn't even the worst (for me it is...) apparently her kid has been missing for a month. She claims the nanny stole her and was too afraid to tell her mom. So, as bad as all this is, there is a little girl out there (hopefully) that I'm way worried about.

HOW did she know this??? I thought Cindy hunted Amy down to find Casey, then took Casey home with her to question her about Caylee? I wouldn't have thought Cindy knew the story when she picked up Casey, and surely wouldn't have thought Casey would have called Amy to tell her the problems while she was being interrogated by her mother.

I think Cindy may be off the hook for direct involvement but coverup or secondary not so sure.

whoa.....i have missed a lot!

so a cadaver dog actually hit on a place in the backyard...hmmm...Suzi posted a link earlier where LE aren't going back to the home

...if the dogs hit on something in the Pontiac, i have no doubt now that Caylee is dead

It was disclosed by a detective and by a cadaver dog handler, that a cadaver dog hit on 3 places in the backyard of the Anthony home. A second cadaver dog was brought in, and the handler told that there was a hit but not where. The second cadaver dog hit on the same 3 places in the yard. LE dug up those 3 places but didn't find a body.

There was a strong stench coming from the Pontiac. The car was taken to a CSI garage and a team did a forensic examination of it. A cadaver dog hit on the right side of the trunk near the tail light.

The trunk had hair strands consistent with the length and color of Caylee's, a stain from fluids, and dirt. The FBI is assisting with lab tests.

Wow, it was the new boyfriend that picked her up from the car. I wonder how she acted when he picked her up and if he noticed anything or asked her where she had been that day or anything? I wonder if he has told the cops all he knows?

Casey was lying to everyone. Do we know if Lazzaro is still the b/f? I've freaked out over losing my keys more than Casey has over losing this child.

POSTED ON SPECULATION TIMELINE:

sometime in june~june8: gparents are on vacation
the week of june 8-14thish... gma back to work.. casey on mini vacation
june 15th fathersday...go to the nursing home with gma...caylee that is
june 16 gma sees door shut and assumes they are sleeping. does not see caylee again. does not talk to caylee again
june 16-23 Casey is staying with amy and morales partying
june 24 she talks to jesse. he hears caylee in the background saying get off the table he is on the way to resign his police job. they talk for 18 minutes
june 27 she abandons her car at the check cashing place.
june 30 the car is towed
july 1-8 she is still with Amy and Morales and according to amy's facebook steals her cash but tells her the strange story about her getting up to put it away for a trip...one word there.....drunk...
july 8-15 she is driving amy's car around has amy's stolen cash and checks (amy claims she cleared out her checking in her face book...of a grand)
july 15 she picks up amy. at some point the cash and checks come out and/or her mother calls looking for her about the abandoned car and calls amy (which gma did state) and picks up her daughter who cannot produce Caylee. Casey tells gma to do what she wants or whatever....by the time she drives to the substation...it is closed....drives home.....family is there and they chew the fat for forty five more minutes....they call 911 and the officer shows up two hours later around midnight...AROUND THE TIME WHEN AMY WAS ON FACEBOOK MAKING THE COMMENT
