IF the dirt matches to the backyard or the shovel, then it would seeeem like Caylee's body might have been moved
...like FROM the backyard to somewhere else??

I think Caylee was initially buried in the backyard. Casey went to her parent's home when they weren't there and exhumed the body, put it in the trunk of the car, and re-buried Caylee elsewhere.

I am not really familar with facebook so if someone else who is could you do me a favor that has orlando as their network. I typed in Zenaida Fernandez in the search engine 7 listings show up on the page 6 say Zenaida Fernandez the last one shows
Toni Angela Ramos when you click on that Casey Anthony is a friend in her friends list.

I can not figure out why Toni would come up under Zenaida Fernandez name unless that was the name the account was signed up with?

While Casey was in court on Tuesday trying to get out of jail on bond, detectives were at her boyfriend's apartment complex going door-to-door asking residents whether they've seen Casey and Caylee there. An employee at Sutton Place Apartments remembered, sadly, how she'd seen them at a swimming pool in early June with Lazarro. Caylee was playing with dishes in the pool, yelling happily, "Look at me, look at me."

This certainly makes those earlier statements the BF did not know Casey had a little girl untrue. Do we have the links to those statements? Also, do we have link to the statement where someone said the neighbor saw a male with Casey when she borrowed the shovel?

She did want Tony's phone number when she was in jail, Lee testified that when she called them she asked Lee for Tony's phone number.

He had an ice chest in the car. He said words to the effect that "they would reach a resolution very soon."

I think grandma wasn't directly involved, but knows more than she is telling and was possibly part of the coverup. It has been said that Casey is a pathological liar... Cindy's actions and words of desperation lead me to believe that she, too, is a pathological liar. (As someone commented to me the other day on these boards: the apple didn't fall far from the tree). I know lie detector testing is not admissible in court, but has anyone heard anything about LE asking Cindy and/or Casey to take one?

Good luck brother! I know u r smart enough to find the TRUTH behind all of this nonsense and God willing everything will turn out the way, I'm sure, we all would like! For the best and with as little consequence for all in every way!

sounds like they think Casey had something to do with it RIGHT from the beginning!

This crazy family is going to be very sorry when all these internet messages from friends & family are used against them to convict Casey AND who knows who else.

It gets harder & harder to shake the feeling that they're ENJOYING their 15 minutes of fame & are hoping for book & movie deals in the future. :furious:

I have to disagree. Just because Amy was told this story and her theory was that Casey was afraid to tell her mother doesn't make it true. If this is heading where I believe it is...I would fully expect it was planned for Casey to be spreading such a story to her friends. This in no way tells me that Cindy did not know before Amy.

Whewwwwwwwww. Thanks I thought it was just me. How can any believe anything any of these "friends" say!!
Not to pick on anyone here, I am sorry if it sounds that way. I just think we haven't had much to go on from any of the friends. I saw an interview in the beginning with Amy at her front door and she said "I found out about it the same time you did."

POSTED ON SPECULATION TIMELINE:

sometime in june~june8: gparents are on vacation
the week of june 8-14thish... gma back to work.. casey on mini vacation
june 15th fathersday...go to the nursing home with gma...caylee that is
june 16 gma sees door shut and assumes they are sleeping. does not see caylee again. does not talk to caylee again
june 16-23 Casey is staying with amy and morales partying
june 24 she talks to jesse. he hears caylee in the background saying get off the table he is on the way to resign his police job. they talk for 18 minutes
june 27 she abandons her car at the check cashing place.
june 30 the car is towed
july 1-8 she is still with Amy and Morales and according to amy's facebook steals her cash but tells her the strange story about her getting up to put it away for a trip...one word there.....drunk...
july 8-15 she is driving amy's car around has amy's stolen cash and checks (amy claims she cleared out her checking in her face book...of a grand)
july 15 she picks up amy. at some point the cash and checks come out and/or her mother calls looking for her about the abandoned car and calls amy (which gma did state) and picks up her daughter who cannot produce Caylee. Casey tells gma to do what she wants or whatever....by the time she drives to the substation...it is closed....drives home.....family is there and they chew the fat for forty five more minutes....they call 911 and the officer shows up two hours later around midnight...AROUND THE TIME WHEN AMY WAS ON FACEBOOK MAKING THE COMMENT

Ok, I"m following, but I thought it was reported that Casey didn't come up with the "Caylee has been kidnapped" story until LE got there and took her into another room, questioning her?

Yikes to this!!!! Its starting to unravel now. Did this come out today or did I miss it? Anyone got info on Sutton Place? That was early June.

I want to apologize in advance I don't have a link to the gallery. On one of the TV station sites there is a gallery or video of the backyard search and clearly one of the LE is carrying red pavers from that corner they are in over by the playhouse.

What gets me is this...there is a child missing. How can a missing child not be enough sufficient information to issue an Amber Alert? Shouldn't the fact that a child is indeed missing be enough? Perhaps Amber Alert criterias need to be changed.

As much as I hate to say it, and as much as I can understand why folks feel otherwise, no, the fact that a child's missing shouldn't be enough to put an Amber Alert into effect. Amber Alerts work because they provide specific credible information, and are used early on in a disappearance.

The more frequently they're used, the less impact that they have. If there's no criteria, people will start to tune them out -- not only because of the sheer volume, but because of the 'false alarms', and the overwhelming feeling they can't help.

in the affidavit Anthony Lazzaro does say Caylee was swimming there on June 2 and that was the last that he saw her. He only started dating Casey in June and met her in May

This is a very important clue to the sequence of events. Amy evidently knew before grandma knew.

I thought we established yesterday that Grandma knew first because she spoke to Casey...then went to get her. Was something different heard?

I was referring to the post by Amy in which she states that evidently Casey's kid is missing and Casey is afraid to tell her mother.

That sounded like Amy knew about it prior to Cindy. But........it could well be that Amy learned about Caylee being missing when all of Casey's friends were contacted. Cindy stated that she and Casey contacted Casey's friends while waiting for police.

Only those 2 idiots would think it's better to post messages on a social network site INSTEAD of calling organizations that specialize in missing children &/or the news media.
