I also read on one of the myspace posts Casey made, that she was going back to school.

One that I found earlier (and posted, but couldn't tell you where, it's HARD to keep up on this thread!) said that was working on getting her personal trainer certificate and was looking for a new gym (posted on one of the FUSIAN girls' MySpace's)

The combination of the shovel and the smell coming from the car are the two facts that haunt me. I keep trying to put those out of my mind, because we all know what those two things would mean.

What FACTS bother you the most?
I have several which make me think that Kaylee is dead:

1) Length of time she was missing before being reported.

2) Casey, who doesn't do anything but party, decides she needs a SHOVEL.

3) Casey's lies and attitude with the police as documented in the police report at the time of her arrest for Child Neglect.

JMO- I think that the couple who contacted Gma about seeing Caylee in Texas are related to the informant that saw Stacy Peterson in the grocery store in Thailand and the parking lot in Kentucky.

Does anyone think that Casy's atty and Joel Brodsky went to the same law school?

Yikes! I swear I didn't really think this happened much!

Now we've got crazy women CUTTING babies from others' wombs!!!! Happened right here in our small town only a couple of weeks ago - and now there's another case in the media - wth???

Sounds alot like Drew Peterson's mysterious notes and info he received about Stacy Peterson sightings.

Lol................that was my first thought too! In that case, no one has contacted LE with information about seeing the missing Stacy Peterson. It's always Drew Peterson (husband - suspect) or his attorney who receive phone calls or letters from "public sightings."

This Dallas couple needs to contact Orange Co. Police.

I totally agree. I found it strange that she didn't say..."Caylee loved her sitter and talked about going to her house, etc."

Even if she wasn't such a control freak I would assume she would know exactly who the babysitter was since she had helped raise Caylee. And since Casey lived with them it would not be uncommon for them to stop and pick Caylee up from the sitters, etc.
There is no way that this gm hadn't met the sitter.

I can see this all coming to light one day and Casey making a complete fool of her mother by discounting everything (including the babysitter that Casey has "talked about since before Caylee was born) that her mother has "verified."

I do remember seeing that post you made. I also can add that even Cindy (according to myspace comments) was avid about going to the gym and working out.

Yes but I read somewhere that the police ruled out that she died in the car.

I'm leaning toward Amy being involved completely.

From all the reading, Amy had been friends with Casey for a while, so has Morales.

I think about when I was a teen/early 20's. I thought I was grown and didn't want my parents telling me what to do either. But when my parents made me mad, you bet my best friends knew it.

Her friends seem to oblivious to Caylee, for them to all talk about getting together with her and her daughter, going places together, talking about what a beautiful little girl she is, etc... friends comment on how much fun they had the day before with Casey and Caylee and can't wait to do it again..

It doesn't wash that they would just blow it off when Casey said Caylee was at the nanny's 24/7, especially if Casey was living with Amy. Where on earth did Amy think Caylee was at bedtime... all through the night... morning.... then all day?

As for Brodsky and Baez I think they got their legal licenses with a few hundred bucks after locating the correct online website. :crazy:

I was just reading my local news webpage in Tampa Bay and I guess the lawyer is saying look over here now too...

The attorney for the mother of 2-year-old Caylee Anthony says police should be looking for the child's babysitter, who he says is known to have ties to Bradenton, Gainesville and Miami.

Tampa Bay's 10 News contacted investigators in Orange County. They told us the attorney hasn't said anything to them and they have no plans to look in Manatee County.

interesting that Casey's attorney thinks the mysterious ZG may be in these places but fails to mention this to LE...

and didnt he say the other day she had ties to NY and a few other states as well?? geesh...

I don't recall reading that anywhere, but Nancy Grace said this on her show tonight, and no one corrected her.

Hadn't thought of this - but...why not ask for bolt cutters? I think she was digging something up - such as a pot plant that was growing in the bamboo

If you read all the comments on those pages, you'd understand. They talked about nothing but drinking. I'm confident she was talking about drinking.
