Bro testifies that Casey said on the 16 that she had not seen Caylee in 31 DAYS.
Well for someone who hadn't seen her daughter for 31 days, she didn't seem the least bit distressed.

I don't think they should let her out of jail. I don't believe she'll abide by any rules, espcially set up by her mom. She's too argumentative. I don't even believe she'd mind any rules her brother would set up either.

Forget about the law. She's already shown her contempt for it by NOT telling them where her daughter is.

Detective on the stand now.

Says Casey had access to the white pontiac, initially recovered at their residence on hope spring drive.

Car was recovered from Johnson Wrecker, from Mr. Anthony.

So the family had access to the car before LE got it? Nothing here adds up. I thought the car was in the parking lot at the check cashing place producing a stench.

Who's this guy on the stand now?

Lee gave direct testimony on July 15, that casey indicated that she knew where caylee was and would take them there in the morning.

He pleaded with his sister and mom was outside where she couldn't hear them, casey told Lee that she hadn't seen her daughter in 31 days.

He was asked if he had contact with Casey during those 31 days and he said yes, briefly thru myspace.

(Now we know he deleted those messages!!! What is this family hiding???)

Ooh, I missed that.

IMO brother and father seem genuinely concerned about Caylee and what's going on. They seem truthful to me.

I still think mom knows something that hasn't come out yet. She's very angry and I don't know who at? LE is just doing their job and trying to bring home Caylee safe and sound.

I lost my video feed, grrrr

I totally agree with this assessment of dad, bro and mom - I wonder what mom is so angry about - it seems it is at Casey....

Wouldn't that put Caylee with Cindy if it had been 31 days??? Cindy admitted to having videotaped Caylee on June 15th when "confronted" with that evidence and when Cindy changed her story from June 8th as the last time she saw Caylee.

OMG! The detective believes that the smell he smelled in that car was decomposition!

They also found hair samples consistent with Caylee's in the trunk, as well as a "stain," and dirt.

Yuri on the stand - detective OC sheriff's office. Lead detective on MP case of Caylee Anthony. Author of charging affidavit for Casey's arrest.

This is an ongoing investigation.

Questions about Casey's car - white pontiac, under Cindy/George's name. Initially recovered at their residence. It was towed from Amscott by Johnson's Wrecker. Amscott is check cashing business.

Brought the truck into the forensics bay. Car had been in Anthony's possession for a day, on the 16th - we took possession on the 17th. Purpose of taking to forensics was the report that there was a bad smell in car. After all the lies, we were concerned about possible evidence in the car.

We have two CSI that have done prelim processing and are continuing to process the car.

Initial evidence?

I was a homicide detective previously - in my experience, it was the smell of decomposition. We need to find out why that smell would be in the car. We were told there was a bag of trash in the car when GA picked it up - asked GA for trash bag - contents matched what GA had told me. We took the trash. In my personal opinion, the smell of the trash is definitely not - (objection) - the two smells are not the same.

The CSI are still working on the car.

They are focusing on trunk.

Found hair samples in trunk, similar in length and color to Caylee's - also stain, questionable - also dirt that needs to be processed.

When the detective picked up the car, there was an odor. When asked about what the odor.

Hair samples and a stain and some dirt found in the trunk of the car that needs to be processed.

Casey hasn't changed her look. Still just wiping her eyes, but not surprised about them telling of their findings.
