Actually, a lot of the speculation and "gossip" was proven to be true in court today. So I wouldn't classify it as "wild".

The facts brought out today verify that our theories and where some of us have felt this case was heading are on the right path to finding out what happened to Caylee.

I think the parents can come up with the 50,000.00. Someone was offering a reward for 100,000.00. Maybe it's a friend who can help them out. Their credit is not good enough to get bond money.

Since Dad has defaulted on approximately $12,000.00...will they be able to get the money? Remember, too...Dad wasn't working until last Monday when he started his new "job" which sounds to me like no one really can say for sure what it is. This won't look good to any lender.

I agree that Cindy KNOWS and probably participated. I am also interested to know what the dad ( George) and brother know and did. I think they are all in on it, with Cindy being the " organizer".

I believe they're (the Anthonys) trying to establish some sort of timeline that will point them (LE) in another direction. I believe LE is trying to narrow the timeline and by doing so narrow the suspects to only one, Casey. 1) someone has come forward to say they believe they heard Caylee in the background of a phone conversation on 6/24. 2) the car was dumped on 6/27. 3) the car was towed 6/30.

I am not sure that they can re-finance there home. The prosecutors office said today that they are on a default with Bank of A. We saw the judgments that were listed against them yesterday. They will have to find another source.

I watched the hearing all that time then when the judge went to set bond my feed cut out..what happened? Then I tried to follow here and the server was too busy to let me on right away! Help what happened in the last 10 minutes?

I am trying to catch up on this thread but I did watch the hearing online. Here are a few things that I have to point out before I forget!

*it seemed to me that both Casey and GM were fake crying. Wipe away tears that weren't there. Although Casey did have really red eyes but I think it was from her wiping that tissue over and over on her eyes.

*Is Jeff Hopkins the same Jeff that had ZG babysit his son as well as Caylee?

*The GM was quite rude to the lady asking questions at the hearing,.. just like she was to reporters.

*I loved it when the detective said that GM said she wouldn't give her father's name to him and that SHE would follow up on it! And to leave her poor dad out of it. And then when the camera was pointed on her. she was saying I didn't say that,..

*June 24th was the phone call with Jesse heard Caylee in the background when he was talking to Casey,.. who do you think this person was? And would he be creditable? And if this is TRUE,.. then why was it June 9th, then June 15th the last date they saw Caylee? Casey would have seen her on June 25th,..WHY LIE?

*Why did she want Tony's phone number when she was in jail and she talked to her brother on the phone?

*The car is very telling,.. the cadavier (sp) dogs hitting on the car and the back yard. And plus the stain and dirt in the truck along with the smell, I think would be enough as probable cause to hold her,.. wouldn't you think? Atleast until the test results were back to see if it is Caylee's DNA.

*And the final thing is this: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE IF SHE IS IN JAIL OR NOT? WHY DOES SHE HAVE TO BE OUT OF JAIL TO TELL WHAT SHE KNOWS? THIS IS THE STUPIDEST THING I HAVE EVER HEARD!

Well I am not sure she was involved so to speak in her actual disapearance and/or deaht...BUT I will say she has flat out lied to investiagotors & the court.

#1 - She said in TV that Caylee's father was DEAD & she SAW the Obit. She then stated TODAY in court that "Yes I beleive Jesse is Caylee's father."

#2 - She said in her intial statments to LE that the last day she saw Caylee was June 8th or 8th. TODAY in court she now admits that she say Caylee on June 15 FATHER'S DAY......and there is video to prove it.

To me those are just TWO of many significat LIES she has told.

THE ONLY WAY WE WILL KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO SWEET CAYLEE IS WHEN ALL PARTIES STOP LYING!!!!!:furious:

If there's evidence of anything it would be obstructing the investigation...that I do believe GM is guilty of. You don't remember that you were with your grandaughter on Father's Day? She needs to have that pointed out by LE? Why insist that the last time you saw the child was a week earlier? IMO it was to (mis)lead LE into believing that Caylee was missing LONG before the car was found.

You know you just wonder about this girl. Why in the world didn't she just leave. Do a disappearing act. Oh no, hangs around and lies and lies somemore. This is beyond mentally ill. I don't know about jail, but she needs to be put in a mental institution for the duration of her life.

I don't think the grandparents are in on it. I think they just can't believe Casey killed the daughter and are clinging to the hope and belief that she gave her to someone and are trying to believe Caseys lies. I wonder how GM felt in court today listening to the cops description of the decomposition. I saw a film of cindy online today and she is PO'd at the cops that they think casey killed the kid and don't believe her. she said seh wasn't going to cooperate with them if they didn't stop pointing fingers at casey!!! Yes, I heard this with my own ears. I pray to God the Anthony's can't get 50,000 together to get her out. I wouldn't be surprised they helped her get away before they arrest her for murder. They seem the type that would save her neck no matter what.

The grandmother said she last saw Caylee on June 9th but the picture/video proves she saw her on June 15th. Why does grandma not want LE to look at the visitor log at the assisted living place? All they want to look at is the log to see who signed in. Weird...

The grandmother also said she knows Casey won't talk because Casey 'doesn't truse LE with the truth' - what could that mean? Apparently grandma does know something.

I have no evidence - but I think the Gma knows what happened and here is why.....

Gpa picked up the car and recognized the smell. He went home and discussed with Gma. Gma set about trying to find Casey. Gma finds Casey and brings her home. They talk, the bro comes over and they talk somemore about Caylee's location. Gma says she is going to call police, bro says (I don't think he knows about smell at this point) mom, please wait, Casey says Caylee is safe. Gma knows about the smell and she knows something is wrong, so gma says no, I'm calling.

Police come, rest is history. Gma is angry Casey and as the evidence gets stronger Gma is finding that she can't hide in the land of denial much longer and she is angry with Casey.

I don't think Gma is implicated in the crime, she may have some responsibility in the cover up. We will have to wait and see on that.
