2 - i dont find particularly revealing or proof of anything, hasnt casey made plenty of other inconsistent statements much more damning than this?

3 - yes, very strange, hopefully it has been investigated further

there is nothing wrong with pondering things and throwing out ideas, i have never implied or said that there was anything wrong with that.

if people cant see it then i dont know what to say, i dont feel strongly enough about it to go back and copy and paste a bunch of examples of it. just an observation, that no shortage of others have also made.

Lil Jim...you are relatively new here so I'm not sure what you expect..but I hate it when people use the "it's not only me" arguement to make their point. I'm not even sure what that is. Your opinion is valued. You don't believe that GM is complicit in any way...point taken.

gma testified that she heard them in thier room. She never saw Caylee after she tucked her in bed the night before.

Convenient that it was such a later time than she'd initially said. This is the same woman that's been out hitting the streets, getting hugs and help from friends, family and complete strangers, and passing out fliers that state Caylee has been missing since JUNE 8!!!

She had no intention of correcting her lie, for whatever reason, until she was shown that it can be disproved.

Jesse is the one that testified today that he heard Caylee on the phone on the 24th or 25th.

Did he actually testify? I must have logged in afterwards ........ did he and Casey exchange glances??

Today she did...do you remember her saying it elsewhere? I personally was under the impression she hadn't seen Casey for over a month. How many times did we hear the 5 weeks, 6 weeks!! Only to come and find out that she never REALLY lived anywhere else but with her...was just gone for periods of time (according to GM). You know, GM better watch it. If LE goes back and listens to all those interviews GM gave and what she's saying now they could get her on lying to LE. No one has twisted her words. The transcripts of these interviews are proof. I am afraid now that Caylee is gone...I don't think we'll be able to find her...and the saddest part of it all...I don't think they'll be able to make a murder charge stick on her mother.

Just like Scott Peterson's interviews on TV. All lies.

I think i seen this posted earlier in the threads but cannot seem to find it now... does anyone know if the Grandparents divorce was finalized or was the case dropped? I found records going back from 2005 to 2007 but was unable to determine if if was followed through. Thanks!

IIRC it was discussed last night and the proceedings were dropped.

I just read the "blog" from the video link. It said Casey's lawyer had 3 witnesses:
1-Cindy
2 - George
3- Lee
Never mentioned Jesse?

Is GMA devious enough to have done this and now will blame her daughter? Could the kiss blowing in the courtroom and the tears all be part of a devious plan? I noticed that when GMA was on the stand Casey showed little emotion. When her dad came on the stand she really cried.

i just want to add my input regarding the Jesse situation. The Grandma did not say that Jesse was the father, hands down, period. When questioned why Kaylee stopped going to one sitter (Lauren, I think), she said that Casey had become engaged to Jesse and Jesse watched her or Jesse's family watcher her. It almost seemed as a justification or an excuse for why Kaylee would suddenly be cared for by someone other than Lauren. She said that she HAD believed that Jesse was the father, not that Jesse actually was the father. I personally don't think that Jesse is the father. I don't think it is strange at all that he kept in contact with Casey to remain in Kaylee's life. There are some stand up guys out there who do choose to remain in the life of a child that is not theirs. My brother being one of these men.

Jesse went in this morning and gave statement, that he talked to Casey on the 24th 25th because thats the day that he resigned. He said that he heard Caaylee in the background.

They filed in December of 2005 and the case was dismissed (they reconciled?) in November of 2007

As GMA was approaching the bench she put her hands up to her lips as if to blow and kiss and then, still walking towards the bench, extended her hand in Casey's direction. This is also on a video on one of the Orlando TV Stations websites.

Yes, but didn't she say she saw the obit a year ago? Jesse and Casey were engaged and unengaged over a year ago, right? As in, she thought Jesse was the dad but later was told that the dad was someone else who had died.

If jesse is being truthful I think he would have come forward earlier,.... but he could also have heard a home movie playing with her voice.
