I wish they would ask about Caylee's father.

Who is Zanny? Casey and I have talked about Zanny for 3 years. No reason to meet her because she never came to the house to pick Caylee up? Did you know anything about her?

Zannie watched Caylee for 1.5 years. Casey and I talked about her for years. There was no reason to meet her, she never came to the house. Casey used to talk about her alot, said she met her through a friend. Lauren (prior caregiver) got another job and it was going to be an easy transition. ZG was going to be a nanny for two kids. Never talked to ZG on phone - never a reason to. So all info on ZG is based on what Casey says. Until last night, I was positive last time I saw Caylee was June 8th. That was NOT because of what Casey said - it's in my affadavit. Now I'm aware that Casey said she dropped Caylee off on June 9th. Now today, after being confronted with info last night, we realize our recollection was incorrect. My husband's too. (Objections, etc. - overruled.)

You're telling the court that your 6/9 recollection was incorrect - yes.
Your testimony today is that the last time you saw Caylee was 6/15 - yes. I knew she was in bed the morning after that. Husband saw her leave for work on 6/9, he was basing her recollection on my recollection. Casey and Caylee were living with me at that time. They were in their bedroom, I heard them. I didn't see her, I can't see through the door. I thought it was the 8th, it was the 15th. No one showed up to stay at the house the 16, 17, 18, 19, and so on. There was never weeks at a time when they didn't stay with me - maybe 2-3 days, but never a week. So from June 16 until July 12, didn't see Caylee or Casey. Was alerted 7/15 that car Casey was using was towed.

Why doesn't that other attorney shut up!?
The DA is trying to get the story straight. They haven't heard the same story twice from anyone in this case. Each time the story is told, it changes!

She's going on and on about her being sleep deprived..

Lauren was consistent baby sitter up until casey and jesse got engaged, then jesse's family baby sat!

"I thought Jesse was Caylee's dad" ..... (did I hear that right?)

She didn't know anything about Zanny, but Casey talked about her.
Met thru a friend, it was one of his girlfriends. The guy is Jeff, Zanny's b/f..

She never met Zanny, nor talked to her on the phone. No reason to.

I wondered if anybody else heard what she said about Jesse. Glad you heard it, too.

Rec'd registered letter notice, stuck to door - I did not find that letter until Sunday before Tuesday, so the 13th or whatever. On 15th, George went to get letter. Found out about the car then. Didn't see letter until GA called and told me about it. From 6/15 to 7/15, talked to Casey every day. Called, texted, there was contact every day. There were a couple days when she left voicemails or texts, otherwise I talked to her. Had no communication with Caylee. Asked to speak to her every day. I didn't feel I was being denied, there was just no opportunity.

Casey told me she had been on vacation the previous few weeks in Jax with a friend, Jeff Hopkins. Have never met him.

Objection - judge says it is getting beyond scope.

Yes. Cindy said she believed that Jesse was Caylee's father. So even more truth is coming to light of things that Cindy was well aware of.

The discrepancy of the last time she saw Casey is a huge point with the talking heads on Fox. So Cindy is backtracking and they just called Casey a "predigious liar".

Says she was incorrect about the June 9th date. The last day was June 15th (father's day). They woke up on June 16th at Gma's house (Grandma didn't physically see her that day).

Received a registered letter on July 13th (dated the 11th). Went to get the letter on the 15th. Husband called mother and informed her about the car.

Communicated to Casey everyday (spoke on the phone, text messages or voicemails). Never had any communication with Caylee. Asked to speak to Caylee everyday. Was told she was unavailable.

I'm sorry. This poor woman is so confused. So much of the statements can have double meanings and she keeps saying the wrong thing. I don't think she's necessarily trying to lead anyone on. She's just upset and not thinking straight.

Like about being in contact with Casey. She told LE she couldn't always get in touch with her but she says in court they communicated every day.

Sometimes it was a 'message' or 'voice mail.'

Casey said Caylee was in Jacksonville. She asked Casey where Caylee was. Later that night, after speaking with her for a while, Cindy drove her to PD.

Ohhhh she's getting defensive. 'You're acting like you want me to tell you a story'

What reason for calling police "because after asking to see caylee, i was not satisfied with her answers"

If she gets bond, where to you expect her to stay? "hopefully she will want to stay with us in our home"
