So at this point we just sit and wait for the forensic results from the car?

Are their any active searches going on to find her?

No active searches, and there does not seem to be anyone at the donated office space or coordinating flier distribution anymore either.

so this would be a normal conversation Cindy has with her husband getting into a car that has just been impounded...

Oh honey, does that smell like decomposition to you?

well, yes, honey it certain does but let me check it out.

Not to worry, it's just an old pizza with maggots on it.

and we are supposed to believe this stuff???? Like those 2 smells are anything alike.

Does it seem coincidental to anyone else that suddenly this "tipster" comes forward on the same day a large reward is offered? Why wouldn't she have reported this information before?
You only have to look at the Drew Peterson case and the unsubstantiated claims of sightings of his missing wife to see what is going on here. Smoke and mirrors. Someone did make the call, but I can almost say for certain the person will never surface. There will be no way to trace her (conveniently for the defense) and there was no real sighting of Caylee. The call happened in such a timely manner because it was planned after things took such an ugly turn in the courtroom....in my personal opinion. With this heading towards a Murder trial, this plays well for reasonable doubt. There will probably be more "sightings and phone calls" during the next few weeks.

I think I read the facebook entries different than the majority of the board. To me when Casey says she hasnt lived at the house in the last 9 and the drama, I took that as she hasnt lived at her mom and dads home. She was suppose to move in with Amy, but Amy hadnt gotten the house yet.

I can also see Cindy telling Casey if you move out and take my granddaughter you are not taking any of the things I have bought Caylee, your not taking any of your furniture from your bedroom etc. I think there was a tense scene when Cindy found out she was moving in with Amy.

Let me go watch that video again then. Thanks.

Can someone show me any proof (other than from Cindy) that Casey with Caylee ever moved out or did not stay at home during the time after June 15th?

Thanks absolut. That makes me so sad. :(

Yesterday when the prosecutor was asking about the worth of the house, I had forgotten about the bail bonds man wanting mom and dad to turn over 450,000 in equity.

1. Where exactly was Casey living when Caylee disappeared? Was it with the possible boyfriend, Anthony? If so..why did she request his phone number from jail?

3. When Lee was talking to Caylee the night the police were <finally> called....did I read somewhere that the grandmother was outside? Why was she outside at that time of the morning/night and what was she doing out there? (Wasn't it like 12-3 am?)_____________________________________________
I'll try to help with some answers here-

Answer to #1: I think no one knows for sure. Supposedly she was living with Anthony on June 9th which was the original missing date, BUT now that "missing" date has changed and Caylee was last seen on the 15th/16th, and they were still at Cindy's. Big question mark on this one...

Answer to #3: I think I heard or read that Cindy went out out the home so Casey would feel safe talking to her brother, making sure grandma was out of the house and not listening.

Absolut,

Loved your "typical 20 day Florida to Atlanta trip!" LMAO at that one. This case soooo wreaks of liars.

Hi everyone. I've been a lurker on this site for quite a while now and this case has prompted me to finally become an actual participant! My name is Deanne. I live in Pennsylvania and I'm a 40ish married mom of 2. I got interested in stuff like this when my mom was working for our local District Attorney. Even though these cases sometimes keep me up at night, I can't help but become emotionally involved.....and this case is one of them. It's just so twisted and tragic :(

I've read through every page (after page) of posts but I still have a few questions and may have just missed the information before, so please bear with me here...

1. Where exactly was Casey living when Caylee disappeared? Was it with the possible boyfriend, Anthony? If so..why did she request his phone number from jail?

2.Does anyone else think that he may be involved in Caylee's death? And Casey is covering for him? Has there been any info on him that I missed?

3. When Lee was talking to Caylee the night the police were <finally> called....did I read somewhere that the grandmother was outside? Why was she outside at that time of the morning/night and what was she doing out there? (Wasn't it like 12-3 am?)

4. Where does Lee live? He seems like the only credible one of the entire bunch.

5. Lastly, I just want to voice about the few times I've read about it being a possible accident. I don't buy that for ONE minute! Why hide it then?

Whew, it feels better just to get this out there LOL! Way better than talking to myself or the TV!

Welcome to Websleuths, those are very good questions that I also would like the answers too. Especially about living with the boyfriend and if whatever happened to Caylee was at his apartment.
Was there a big party and Casey does not know who in the group is actually responsible for Caylee's Death.

I just read there are 4 holds on her bond. I know at least 1 must be for the psyc eval but was would the other 3 be for?

nothing specific, but there are 2 holds on her bond right now that are undisclosed, not sure if it's related yet..

She had already blown it with Amy at that point tho Busy. Amy knew she had stolen the checkbook and drained her account.

Yes, I can see Cindy saying that...but nothing points to Casey and Caylee ever actually leaving and moving out. Even Cindy said yesterday when asked where Casey got money that she didn't know. She said SHE provided the groceries and things for Caylee. No mention of where or how they lived without being at Cindy's.

LE or the FBI whatever the case may be will be able to track down that exact flight and get a flight itenerary. A child at the age of 2 will be registered on that flight. I don't think anything will come of this.. ok now to all of you who did the pizza experiment. Did you put it in a bag? Gma said the pizza was in a bag and there was maggots in it.

I am thinking a large sealed bag of pizza rolls.

I LOVE TES AND TIM MILLER. I wish to heavens he would get involved and start searching Orlando inch by inch. Personally I think the baby is not too far away from the mom's house because I think Casey took her there cos she knew mom and dad were gone on a vacation (I would love to know when that vacation was) and when they came home she had to get her out of there and she moved her and the car smelled so bad she had to abandon it. I wonder if it was really out of gas as she reported? I have still never heard who came and got casey after she dumped the car in the lot and whoever that is, I wonder if they know anything?

Someone a few posts back mentioned that TES hasn't been around to help or support the family. TES has to be invited by the family to assist in a search. IF this family had anything to do with the death of Caylee, TES are the last people they want to help because TES will exhaust all measures to FIND CAYLEE!

Thats something else that investigators should ask the parents about. Why or how Casey had money to pay these babysitters since she didn't even have a job. The LE need to ask some tough questions to this GM so that she spills the beans. Half their story is phoney that they have rigged up.

convenient tha car runs out of gas in a parking lot. I thought that amy picked her up.

Again, I'm in AWE of the posters here....I'm still trying to catch up but I continue to find myself 10 pages behind no matter what I do!! I wanted to ask this question before I forgot the question in the first place. Then I'm back to 10 pages behind all of you! :)

Do we know if there is any surveillance video of the car being left? Kind of like the video that shows the person dropping of Jennifer Kresse's car? I'm wondering because this would help the timeline wouldn't it?? Or do we know for sure when the car was dropped off and by whom?

I also want to say that GM is truly hurting this case....I see her on tv now and I change the channel. She is enabling Casey to be the way she is and it truly makes me sick.

I have a Caylee of my own (actually spelled Kaileigh) and I am praying for Caylee to be found alive. However, at this point, I just don't think it will be the happy ending we've all hoped for.

Enjoying all of your posts....hopefully I'll catch up to all of you soon! Whew!!!

This may have already been answered, but what is a hold on a bond?

Thanks,

I think I read somewhere that this person has been located and is talking to LE. Apparently they (the person/people that called in the tip) had a dog with them at the airport that this little girl liked, and that was how they got to talking with her... I do agree that it won't amount to anything, tho - unfotunately.

http://www.local6.com/news/16965987/detail.html video: investigation

The reporter said that Cindy and George told him that they actually slept last night for the first time. WHAT??? Is this because they got a tip that she might be alive? Cindy says that the the family that contacted them know the flight number, about where they sat in the plane. Ironically the police have no clue to this tip.
