It has never been shown that Casey and Caylee ever left Cindy's home. Not in Casey's websites. Not anywhere that I can see is there proof they ever moved out. The room doesn't reflect that either.

I wish someone would ask Cindy what Caylee called her. Interesting. (I called my own grandmother, "Nanny".)

Except for the fact that she hadn't seen her grandaughter for 5 weeks. That's a long time them not to be living there. I also thought early on GM mentioned that there had been a bit of trouble between the two of them.

I just HOPE someone decides to say what really happened to Caylee!!! I mean come on,.. the dog HIT on the car,.. it was NO DANG PIZZA! I think that if GM doesn't know EXACTLY what happened to Caylee, she has some suspicions and she is covering Casey's butt. She already lost Caylee and she doesn't want to lose Casey so they keep going with their EVERCHANGING stories so when it does go to trial the jury will be just as confused as we are!

My brother told me that even people going to He** have a stopover in Atlanta.
It's true that the people could have been headed almost anywhere, but if the lady knows the flight number, they can check the manifest for that flight. It wouldn't necessarily have the child's name. They have to account for every person on the plane, so it might just say Mrs. John Smith and toddler.

I flew Airtran 2 weeks ago from DC (BWI) to Orlando, direct... but coming home last week, Airtran cancelled a good bit of direct flights like that, due to layoffs. (They sent me through Boston, just to get back to DC). Atlanta is Delta's main hub... maybe it was for a Delta flight that this person is claiming she saw Caylee?

In the affadavit Amy says that she let Casey use her car while she was away and her checkbook was in her car, and then the checks went missing.

Here's my question, Why would Casey need to use Amy's car, wasn't the car that the dogs hit on Casey's? Was Casey borrowing Amy's car because Caylee had already died? Was Caylee seen by Amy right before she left for vacay or was she ever seen by Amy after vacay?

Grandma's car was abandoned at Amscot on June 27th and towed on June 30th.

We don't know if it was abandoned, or simply parked there by Casey or someone else - we know she's not too careful with possessions. But by the time Amy left on vacation, those wheels were gone. Oops.

I'm wondering what the deal is with Amy. After having it out with Casey about missing cash (DRAAMMA) that Casey tried to tell Amy she'd moved in her sleep (say what?), Amy not only loans her a car, but leaves her checkbook in it? And how was Casey going to explain that one away to her potential new roommate?

What is with these people? Are they all fools, or high, or what?

Pizza. There's no way I'm going to stick a slice of pizza in my trunk; it's been 99 degrees here for a week. But wouldn't it just dry up and turn leathery? I've never had leftover pizza, at least not for more than one day, because we always eat it all, but even in the trunk, I just don't think it would smell that bad. (well, unless it had anchovies; then it smells rotten even when it's fresh)

Honestly, I believe that it is time for LE to take Cindy to jail for obstruction.

At this point if it goes to trial and I was on the jury I would convict everyone of the family...just for being stupid liars that are not worth the time of day to figure out who is telling the truth the whole truth and who is lying their butt off! If they get Caylee's body..then they should throw everyone of these people in jail for obstruction.

yes. I think that he wanted to make sure that they knew she lies. Which is the truth but he didn't mention that he heard Caylee,.. BECAUSE he never did hear her. He only came up with that in case he was implicated at the hearing. So if it came out that he helped her move the body on whatever date (before June 25th) he could say,.. no she is telling one of her lies again. I heard Caylee on the 25th.

Okay, Quite possible...makes sense to me. Now this Jesse person is the son of the demon hunter is that correct?

I just saw on Prime time News that they were talking about this case. I dont remember the guys name (he is bald with glasses and he is ALWAYS talking with Nancy Grace on her show and he used to be in LE) He said that this case has stunk from the beginning and that GRANDMA NEEDS TO BE ARRESTED FOR OBSTRUCTION!

I so agree with that statement. Cindy should of been picked up long ago. (even though she is the one who called LE) This whole case stinks and I am upset over it and don't even know this beautiful child IRL.

Remember, I found on Lee's myspace comments where Casey said she and her mother had officially taught Caylee how to take shots.

For those talking about the 4th. From everything I dug into in this family's personal lives, they were very big on family gatherings and both grandparents have been noted as buying alcohol for these gatherings on different events. Once was when Casey was 19 or 20.

ok,.. lets just say that Casey's story is true,.. The babysitter kidnapped Caylee and she was threatened if she told anyone Caylee would die, so she was afraid to go to anyone. (That's what the GM keeps saying,.. she can't say exactly what happened,.. she is trying to tell everyone in her own way,.. she told police she was afraid to come forward,. blah blah blah)
Well here is the thing,...
1. Why hasn't anyone reported the babysitter missing?

2. This has been all over the news everywhere,.. do they honestly think the babysitter is walking around with child in broad daylight? If she truly was missing and not killed WHY aren't there MORE sightings?

3. Why did the dog hit on the car and the yard?

4. Why is Casey partying it up after she went missing?

5. Why don't they know the right day she went missing?

6. Why is the place she dropped Caylee off to the babysitter vacant?

7. Why did she abandon her car?

8. Why can't they actually prove WHERE Casey has been living?

I could go on and on,... I don't understand how they think they can still say this was the case????? Do they really believe that people are idiots and they will just believe anything that is told to them?

So at this point we just sit and wait for the forensic results from the car?

Are their any active searches going on to find her?

They have a MySpace group of friends involved or check on the findcaylee web site. I think i saw info there.
