(snips)
The new order states that she will be on home confinement with electronic monitoring set up by the Orange County Corrections System, and would only be able to leave with permission. The new electronic monitoring device will track that she is in the home, but will not track her whereabouts. She must also hand over her passport and have a psychological evaluation by two separate doctors within 30 days of her release.

The Anthonys have set up a trust find through SunTrust bank for their missing granddaughter.

"I'm an average person that lives paycheck to paycheck. I can't afford that, but you know what? If I have to tap into all of my resources and ask family and friends for donations or whatever, we're going to figure it out," Cindy Anthony said.

Maybe this was an intentional move by the judge - it poses an extra risk ... thus decreasing the chance of a bondsman agreeing to post?

Good point more risk.

What day did George pick the car up? This looks important, because it shows where they had the car in their possession for X amount of days until they hunted Casey down on July 15th.
sorry if this was already answered

they got the letter on the 13th
they picked up the car on the 15th

A person who I thought was my friend stole money one night while I was sleeping and made up a story about how I got up in my sleep and put money away for the trip I was going on (I got back today, it was a great trip!). I bought that, she's my friend, but after today I know it was her. I let her use my car while I was gone and my check book was in there. Account cleared out. Hopefully I'll be able to get that back... but yeah... overall... about a grand. Which isn't even the worst (for me it is...) apparently her kid has been missing for a month. She claims the nanny stole her and was too afraid to tell her mom. So, as bad as all this is, there is a little girl out there (hopefully) that I'm way worried about.

Anyway, how are you?

If that's the reason, good move! There is definitely some moves going on behind the scenes regarding the bond. I think the judge was very disturbed yesterday.

WTH? No GPS and a bond payment plan?

http://www.local6.com/news/16969381/detail.html

(snip)
Also, a judge set a $500,000 bond for Caylee's mother, Casey Anthony, 22, after hearing testimony in the case Tuesday.

But Local 6 reported that a judge changed Anthony's bond release order Wednesday.

She's been ordered to home confinement with an electronic monitoring device but no longer a GPS bracelet.

A bondsman said the change raises the risk but also gives Anthony the freedom to roam, Local 6 reported.

The Anthony family is trying to negotiate a payment plan for their share of the bond.

A payment plan for bail? I've never heard of that before. Extremely disappointing, especially in a case such as this one. :furious:

confined to home with her mother...oh my, that will be quite the scene. Maybe she'll wish she was back in jail.

LOL, I'd be hanging onto my cot for dear life and reminding people about laws against cruel and unusual..

"Eyewitness News learned Wednesday that there are four holds on Anthony before she's released. Two are related to the judge's requirements and two are undisclosed, but the jail won't explain why they aren't being disclosed. Immigration issues, a warrant for another charge or a mental health evaluation are sometimes the reasons for an undisclosed holds."

Casey Anthony's daughter Caylee has been missing for weeks and her family is trying to come up with the money to set the child's mother free. Eyewitness News learned Wednesday that there are four holds on Anthony before she's released. Two are related to the judge's requirements and two are undisclosed, but the jail won't explain why they aren't being disclosed. Immigration issues, a warrant for another charge or a mental health evaluation are sometimes the reasons for an undisclosed holds.

:help: I know that this case is SO incredibly hard to catch up on (I'm not talking to anyone specifically - please know I'm asking this kindly), but please take the time to catch up before asking questions and posting information as this will help tremendously in cutting down on the duplication and confusion. Thank you kindly.

Yeah right a trust fund to get Casey outta jail, fat chance that the bondsman are going to be willing to set up a payment plan, especially considering that they have defaulted on other "loans". This family makes me SICK. GM doesn't give a crap about Caylee, her main concern has been saving Casey's sorry butt.Rant over.

Already corrected by NB...it was June 15th not July 15th that she returned from the trip...so IMO Amy was not the person who picked her up when she left the car.

I agree with what's being said about the potatoes and decomp, but as a homocide cop, I think he would know that those are similar...and the dog would certainly know. I'm sure they specifically train them (dogs) on things like potatoes, if the smell is similar...

also, slightly o/t, but my sister has said that she can sometimes "smell" death on a person before they die....once one of her favorite patients came into the office and she said he smelled "different" that usual...and she found out the next day that he died after they sent him from their office to the hospital. Then she said she recognized that smell on a few other patients shortly before they had passed. She's done this four times in three years, I think...always freaks the coworkers out, but the doctors have said that some long time nurses have reported the same "smell". She's such a skeptic naturally, that I can't help but believe it...but is sounds crazy

Amy went on vacation JULY 8th or 9th through JULY 15. Casey picked up Amy from airport JULY 15th.Not June.

Only bolding because it keeps getting said over and over that Amy went on vacation in June.

Amy returned from vacation on June 15th. She discovered the cash and checks missing.

Gma initially stated Caylee was missing June 8th or 9th....which...seeing as Amy was gone on vacation for a week...which would have her leaving on the 8th or 9th. She "loaned" her car to the poi during that week.

Le should ask gma..if she can tell any truth...if she saw casey driving that car that week and if casey had been home every night or if she had been staying at Amy's.

Per the arrest report...it does not state the date that Amy noticed the money or checks missing. It could have been several days to a week after she returned and they partied on as usual (per photobucket evidence).

I do not think Amy, per her interview on msm, wanted anything at all to do with Casey upon finding the money missing and hearing of Caylee missing. Perhaps she didn't note the missing money until this investigation into the missing child.... imho it did seem to hit her all at once...she seemed very shocked at the door when msm attempted to interview and also denounced their friendship right then and there.

They showed Caylee's bedroom early on (like Cindy's first interview?) I thought Caylee and Casey shared a room.
