My question is this. If Casey tells Baez there was a terrible accident and she flipped out does Baez have to report that to LE?

I believe Baez is bound by attorney/client privilege. Can't a murderer can give gross details of the crime to his/her attorney and it is to remain prvileged info -- a secret forever, unless the defendant dies? I think so. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

You gotta give NG credit. It was obvious when she interviewed the psychic that she didn't want to talk to her nor did she believe the woman. I'll bet whoever booked the psychic for the show got NGs two cents afterwards.

Maybe he will track them down, IF they exist. Maybe Casey will give him information. He can't do that if he hasn't gotten the information. That's the purpose he wants to be alone with her.
If she gets out and spends time with him, the worst case scenario is that he will find out that the abduction story is baloney.
Wouldn't that be good to finally know that much, at least?
Right now, we know absolutely nothing, except what we feel.
I'm ready for some real information and don't really care who gets it from her or how.

Why not just tell him from where she's at, in a secure cell? There is no valid reason for Casey to get out in order to talk. Their gonna need an extra long leash on her gps in order for her to prowl, in the hope she will disclose those deep dark secrets she has hidden away. This makes no sense IMO. Is the bounty hunter going to hunt a bounty, with no price tag? Is there an unknown factor of another involved with Casey that jumped their bail bond? Nope! Bounty hunters hunt bounty for money on bail jumpers. Casey has not made it that far. What the heck happened to Baez's private investigators, that's what their suppose to be for.

I have been searching for it as well and KNOW that I read it this morning. Sorry Patti. IT was part of another article where Leon said that they had agrred to terms of release with Casey and Jose and that she had agreed to be monitored 24/7. If I am able to find it again I will post it and PM you a link.

Unlike other people here, I will take your word for it. If they want to track down the link...let them. They refused to take my word on something and it popped up again in the news within 24 hours. This is also something that will come up again so don't worry about it. Taking time to go back for one person's curiosity isn't worth it to me. I spent an hour to prove what I read and it was an hour out of my day I would have preferred to be researching other things!

This is probably true. Doubtful that Baez would have been informed of any kind of act in which Casey shared or took responsibility for harm to Caylee.
My point was, that if details were shared with anyone about danger or threat to Caylee, that would have to be reported to LE.
Remember, LE, specifically the Sheriff of OC, has unequivocally stated as recently as last Thursday or Friday that there is NO credible information to indicate that a kidnapping has taken place.

Hey Patty! Aren't you supposed to be taking shelter or something? What do you guys do for hurricanes? Do you have basements? Or is your only good option to evacuate? Or, are you using a sat uplink to post from a bunker somewhere?

Sorry for all the questions, I'm from the land of snow and tornadoes, so if I had a big storm coming..I'd be in the basement, hooked to the net thru my laptop and cellphone!
