Good! I am glad they are giving themselves a timeline for this. I wondered how that was going to work and how much time they were willing to spend with Casey trying to crack that nut. Thanks for posting it, Suzi!

What happens after a week and he and his crew go back home? Is Casey and her parents going to just sit inside the home with the circus going on in front of their house, and cook up different bits and pieces of the story for the spokesman to spew?

Hi johnielee, and welcome to websleuths.

I'm kind of hoping Casey does get out. It's time to try something different. I don't really understand how it would produce results; but am willing for the bounty hunter to give it a shot!

Maybe they can serve up a decomposing pizza for Casey's first meal at home!

I think they should serve her pizza every meal. And make her sleep in Caylee's bed every night.

Surely Baez has covered those requirements with her. If not, he'd better go into hiding. I'll bet Padilla will wring his neck if he came down there for nothing. :D
Should be interesting to see what LE and the St Atty bring forward, then comes the judge basis for his decision in the matter of her bond. I feel the stakes may now be a tad higher on the prior bond conditions. Then again the pending weather-Mother Natures wrath may hold her.

I agree with you and the other posters who believe Casey would not commit suicide. At least not intentionaly, IMHO (and the H stands for humble, in my case).

With that said, I wouldn't be surpised if she made a suicide attempt to garner attention and sympathy and to manipulate the emotions of others.

I will admit though, that I'm not a psychiatrist and could be completely wrong.

jessunlil - now THAT'S a theory I agree with. Casey would ABSOLUTELY love to be almost dead as a result of a suicide or morder attempt...and so would her lawyer, I would imageine, for the sympathy it could garner her in the press re: future trial...

I was thinking that if Caseys parents are putting up a love you front to fool her, if it is only a front, then I am not sure it is safe for Casey to be alone at home with any of the other 3 family members!

Yes, but it's not a definitive answer and doesn't bring Caylee home for the proper burial she deserves.

Maybe she'd leave a detailed note.
I think the suicide thing is highly unlikely, though.
She's either going to start telling the truth or stick with the baloney she's been spewing so far.
Under 24/7 watch, no suicide is going to happen.
Padilla said there would be 3 people with Casey on this mission;
one of them always awake, watching.
How would she do it? Flush her own head down the toilet?
She's tried that before, as we've seen in photos. Didn't work.

SuzQ: do you think Casey was abused as a child?

Personally, I do not, so although I am well aware that abuse as a child may cause a narcissistic individual to be suicidal, the bulk of narcissistics do not.

I don't think Casey was abused either. I think she was born with sociopathic tendencies and her environement of being spoiled and coddled created what she is today, ala Scott Peterson. I think she also learned alot by example.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Texas_EquuSearch

Tes can do it all on land sea and air. Tim said they wait for a family member to request their services last I heard.

So, hooray. Now that they've gone the Bounty Hunter route how can the family deny asking Tex Equest to come in and look for Caylee? And may have 1 week to come up with something, unless additional charges are ready to be filed today?

Good afternoon everyone!

This sit and wait mode is making me crazy. Can't quite figure why Casey canceled another visit. I think she has a very short fuse when it comes to her folks and perhaps that is another reason Baez has advised her against seeing them. I think this dynamic figures in far more than we realize. If she is released, and is forced to spend 24/7 with
her family, it may be way too much for her.

In the conversations from jail that we have been privvy to, I recall her saying she loves her friend Christine, but don't recall her saying the same about her family.

Question about the bond - I think I'm getting confused here, so bear with me. She makes bond and is released into who's custody, the bond company or the Anthony's?
If she is released to the bond company and the Anthonys and the bond company agree that she lives at the Anthonys home, could the Anthonys opt to not live there? If all parties are as concerned about getting Casey to talk, this might be an option.

O/T - but very much in mind - to all our FLA posters, please take care to make yourselves safe. We need you back here when Fay is over.

OME

LOL, there she is..
Right- I would LOVE to be in the Baez/Padilla meeting right now- can you imagine?
She's not getting out, nada, no way. I wish I could just lurk around the OCSD and the courthouse all day to see what emergency filings, hearings, changes to judge's calendar comes out.. Any takers?
:blowkiss::blowkiss::blowkiss: hey guys! (large fog horn sound buaaaaahhhhh!) I am baaaaack from moving my entire house (well just the stuff in it) and YES! I want to be a fly on the wall in that courthouse...or at least a lunch lady in the caff (they hear all the news). I vote she is not getting out... at least not today anyway. And I wonder if Baez is going to plan on shacking up with Casey and the cart and pony show of Padilla? He is going to have to...in order to keep Casey's yapper shut and deeping the lie morass! as always...just a little nursie hoo and ps...missed you guys!

What happens after a week and he and his crew go back home?

If they're unsuccessful after a week, won't they
simply return her (like at Walmart) for a refund?

and one more I find pretty enlightening;

http://www.emedicine.com/med/topic3472.htm

snipped:

People with narcissistic personality disorder are at risk for anorexia nervosa and substance abuse as well as experiencing depression.

---but narcissistics aren't at heightened risk for suicide...per this author...
:)

I don't think they are at a heightened risk. The fact they are self centered and love themselves doesn't make them less likely to commit suicide either.

According to Fox New Channel as of this moment:
Bail Bondsman is on his way to bail out Casey.

Totally agree.....She is a female Snott Peterson, never held accountable for her actions, and her behavior has been overlooked or excused by her family all her life....So sad, she couldve just left and given custody to her parents--just like Snott couldve filed for divorce instead of killing his pregnant wife...I do believe she is hanging herself just like Peterson too. She craves attention, good or bad, just like a three year old...Just like Caylee probably did. Casey has probably been jealous for the attention her parents gave Caylee...Again, this is all just my opinion, I wish I felt more sure that Caylee was with "kidnappers", that just doesnt make sense to me....

LOL, yes, at last count 4 times.. On a serious note, maybe the family will reconsider if Casey is arrested for homicide- that would be telling about how concerned they really are about finding Caylee regardless, imo.

I seriously dont want to have a another reason to like these folks less.
Great job, Blink!! Yes, it would be very telling if they don't want to consider ALL the options to find little Caylee.

However, the Kesse family did much the same thing in not wanting to believe that Jennifer could possibly be dead and refusing help which could have brought answers, imo. They have always kept that hope to a detriment...sadly.

Even if TES didn't find Caylee...they could find evidence associated with the case to further the investigation. No telling what is out there.
