Why does someone have to get approval for a tip from a bunch of strangers on a message board. The lady called the Anthony's and LE supposedly. They are the ones that count and have the ability to verify tips. No one is under any obligation to believe every word that anyone says online.

How do you know her information is accurate? The only thing I recall that can be verified is that someone pulled a gun at the gas station, an incident unrelated to this case. Other than that we have no idea if she saw anything, talked to anyone, etc..

True... could be the truth or could be someone messing with people here ..never know for sure..

I agree. I'm glad it was questioned and is being checked out since it was suggested that Jesse is dangerous and in on something.

Seriously Searching gave Padilla a link to look at regarding a witness and that is what Padilla was referring to. trouble is the link is invalid now. So it must have been pulled. But I don;t think it had anything to do with ZG which is why I was confused about mydailyopinions post.

Then I doubt that it has anything to do with this case, unless George lied in the original police report. I think he reported a 2 allon and a 2 and 1/2 gallon can missing??? If i am wrong tell me, I can't find the initial police report on the shed. Sorry. Fried tonight.

Yes that was confirmed last night. The way her information is being treated it is no wonder she waited this long to say anything about a possible sighting.

After reading we will be lucky if anyone will ever give any inside information as they will see how it is interpreted.

She posted on or about august 11th...about a possible theory that Jesse's family could have taken the child. she also posted in august about a dream she had of Caylee floating dead in water. It is just plain hinky and again, I am glad mods are reviewing when she posted her sighting and what she posted before that.

She also stated in her posts that she came here to find answers to questions such as if anyone had a picture or Jesse's mother or if Jesse had a niece. After reading all of her posts I did not find one question to that effect.

Anyone with credible info will not withold it based on scrutiny from a forum in my opinion. They will go to LE and report it or call the tip line.

This is not the same case and if LE have enough information to charge a person with a crime then they need to do that.
If they do not have the information then the person needs to be allowed to BOND out. They are not suppose to put people in Jail for months on end while they build a case against them.
That is the way the law is suppose to work. It is to protect the public from unlawful imprisonment.

the grand jury meets late this month. LE could well be holding forensics until they meet for a murder indictment. She can bond out now. If she happens to be indicted by the grand jury I believe her bond can be reset. The coming weeks will tell.

ANd I don't see a potential match between the bra that CASey was wearing in the photo and the panties that they showed. WHich I actually think are swim suit bottows anyway if you look at the cut. Similar, but not by any means identical.
