Day 2 and Helpfindcaylee.com is still down. Do they have another site that i dont know about?

I have been able to get it to load with no problem this morning. :waitasec:

Yes, he is the bailbondsman and nephew of Leonard Padilla. Leonard Padilla is the bounty hunter.
Do we have a picture of Tony? Just asking. I haven't seen him on any shows that I know of.

And, BTW, Lee did not seem all that happy with the Bounty Hunter being at this parents house yesterday. JMO. Rather cool, and aloof.

No relation to Orange County Deputy Sheriff Carlos Padilla! :waitasec:

There was NOT a car seat in the Pontiac. No car seat has ever been found. LE even checked pawn shops, etc.

Of course not, Casey had to leave it with Zanny to make it more convenient to kidnap her.

I just sent one too - let's bombard them with emails asking why the site is down and see if any of us gets an answer.

why bombard with emails their phone numbers are everywhere, you could call with concern and maybe get an answer.

I thought the same thing.... very awkward conversation, right?

My point is where is the carseat? Maybe Casey DID actually give the carseat to someone who was taking care of Caylee? If it hasn't been found, where is it?

Of course she doesn't deserve to be fed with attention. She had better wear a bullet proof vest if she leaves her home. Not a threat on my part, but she is in major doo-doo.

The point of getting her out of jail, if that ever happens, is to have her talk to someone she trusts. Obviously, LE is not being "responsive" to her lack of information.

I'm interested in the backpacks found. and the clothing. Are they relevant to this case?

where is the carseat? So many questions, so little information. JMO.

Dunlurken, the carseat was recovered by police. Here is the link. The car seat was never missing according to LE which are the only people I give credence to in this case.

Fox News reported that bond may not be posted until dinner time (5-6 p.m.), so she might not be out today, possibly tomorrow.

There was an article link posted last night that did confirm that the car seat was in the car.

LE really needs to step up the pace, get the forensics done, and charge Casey with homicide. This case being in constant limbo will not help find Caylee, or bring justice to Casey.

If the file her prematurely, and Baez pushes fora speedy trial, you could see Casey walking away wiithout barely a tap on the wrist.

Regardless of what info or evidence surfaced in the future, she could never be tried again.

Better to wait, nothing worse can happend with LE taking their time and building a solid case.

When a father relinquishes all parental rights, he is no longer required to pay child support. The mom is "on her own". It has it's advantages. The father has no visitation rights, nor any say in where the baby is allowed to go. This is from the state of Virginia. All states may not be the same.

JMO.

Yep, it ( parental relq.) does vary from state to state.....having been drug thru something similar (years ago), I just wondered if Casey might have done the same thing.......

I think they will take the money and run, so to speak. The bounty hunter and his buds will have no access to Casey. They have no legal authority to be in touch with Casey 24/7. All the Anthony's have to do is say, nope, thanks for the money, but you can't intrude into our house. You have no legal right.

JMO.
