I've always thought the 'beach thing' that Casey talks to jesse about, was that Caylee was with the nanny at the beach, but her offer to get together was open-ended.

I still lean that way because Cindy says she thought a grain of truth was in the beach. She said Casey had even told some Caylee was at the beach with her.

LOL, since I've mentioned *grain of truth*...wasn't it funny watching Padilla getting his metaphors all wrapped around the axle? There's salt in the truth (something like that) :p
grain of truth, ounce of salt...anyhoo, just made me giggle.

I'm am not related to anyone in this case...I just don't follow along well with the whole mob mentality thing...I like science...Science doesn't lie!!

What science does a Bounty Hunter use? You seem to be quite enamoured...

Casey has not been charged with murder...because they don't have enough evidence to convict her!!!

Thats because LE are getting all there ducks in a row....:)

A bounty hunter takes what he knows about the missing person. He finds out their friends, their jobs, their favorite vacations, etc and he uses that information. The only information the bounty hunter is going to get about Caylee is the information that Casey and her parents what them to have. A bounty hunter gleans through the information that you don't want them to know.

My solid hopes are:
Padilla walks out of the doors of OCSD with Casey, turns to her and asks "How does the fresh air smell?"
Casey turns and replies "oh its like heaven"
Padilla then turns and says
"I am glad you are able to smell it, now tell me where your daughter is or I will put your @$$ back where you belong!"

bounty hunters find people...simple as that

Are you kidding me? Please check this out :blowkiss:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bounty_hunter

"A bounty hunter captures fugitives for a monetary reward (bounty). Other names, mainly used in the United States, include bail agent, bail enforcement agent, bail officer, fugitive recovery agent, fugitive recovery officer and bail fugitive recovery specialist."

They've only checked out what they know...they haven't checked out what Casey will spring as the new and improved story, which will naturally will create LE more...questions.

IMO, they're probably finished checking ALL her credit card & phone records..... finished talking to EVERYONE who knew Caylee & who had contact with Casey the past couple of months.

They have the preliminary dna back & are waiting for the detailed test results if those aren't in yet.

They've made it clear they don't believe anything she said OR says. And it's clear this circus ONLY gets more ridiculous & unbelievable with each passing day.

As long as they file charges BEFORE the deadline, that's the ONLY thing that's important.

If Casey's in no rush to say where Caylee can be found.... maybe she'll change her tune when she's charged with her murder. Maybe not.

Sad for the grandparents & for Lee. Casey doesn't care though.... life's much easier when you don't have to wake up early & take care of a kid who's too young to hang out in the clubs.

I respect that. What do you think happened to Caylee? I'd like to hear your thoughts.

But we heard this conversation from Jesse's account and really if Casey was heading to Fusian on the 27th and dumping her car, and staying at TonE's why would she be asking Jesse to go to the beach? Even Casey might call BS on that.

Heres what I think, for what it is worth, I think that LE has connections in Orlando. Bailbonds people there are "in" with LE. It's like that everywhere. I don't think, and this is just my opinion based on life experience, that they are crazy about this two outsiders coming in and putting on a show. I think they are going to stop this release if at all possible. I could be wrong. It sure won't be the first time.

Oh you know what would be better? Let Casey get out and breathe fresh air tommorow and then at her hearing on Thursday they throw her back in the clink. LOL.

Classes started today. Thus, I have missed an entire days of Casey/Caylee news. Specifically, why Casey was not bonded out today. Can someone point me to what thread number this has been discussed on? Thank you in advance.

everyone that I talk to about this case gets so mad at me when I tell them what I think...that I am waiting to see all the evidence before I make my decision...if people can't understand that...sorry for them

Ya know, Casey sort of reminds me of Linda Blair in The Exorcist.

LOL!

Except when Casey is around everyone ELSE throws up. lol

And how have you come to the precise, scientific hypothesis that, "They got nothing."

I agree Tiffer, if bounty hunters find people then they should find Caylee, no reason to bother with Casey, make that their "media 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬" goal.

With some people, if Caylee's body were laid in front of them and Casey personally confessed under oath and the DNA matched, they'd still want "proof."

Because it was a ruse.... There is so much "jockeying" from all parties around that day we assume it is very important.

But you have made a decision, haven't you? You just posted that there must not be DNA evidence simply because Casey has not yet been charged with murder.
