The last time there was a lot of paperwork xeroxed in this case was on the day Casey was formally charged by LE with the felony.

I have a feeling we're going to see murder charges this weekend...there was an unprecedented deluge of copies made. Something huge is going on.

(All this to-do about the bail bondsman might be nothing more than a PR stunt. If her charges are upped to murder this weekend, then his visit to Florida will be for naught.)

Or do you think this is the tuff for conditions of her release on bail etc? I don't know how to read it. I am sure that lot of stuff has to be signed to verify the conditions etc... What do you think?

I don't think so.

I don't think that there would be that kind of action on the part of the OSCO office, just because someone says he PLANS to come post bond.

That flurry of paperwork might happen AFTER he shows up at the office, but not three days before.

And if you look, even the investigator made a bunch of copies yesterday.

If convicted the Son of Sam laws would keep Casey from profitting.

The money isn't going to Casey, it is completely doable on paper, these guys hammer out a deal, not a dime goes to Casey. Lawyers always find a way to move money around.

That would come AFTER bond is posted...not just because someone says to the media that they PLAN to post bond.

It sounds like even if she gets out on bond that Padilla makes her stay with him 24/7 and tries to get her to spill the beans. She will not be free to roam around! I wonder if he makes her sign a contract before he bails her out? From local6.com

She might play it cool for a couple of days but we all know it was killing her that Cindy was doing her ''nice cameos'' and Cayse had to be in the sidelines. She is a narcissist...the way she entered the court the first time, the catwalk, the smiles, blowing kisses, wtf? It won't be long before she will want to say something to the press, give an interview, or do something stupid. And I BET YOU her lawyer prefers her to stay inside and keep her mouth shut. It won't be so easy for him to keep her on a leash now.

THE GRANDPARENTS WILL SEE HOW ''DEVASTED'' CASEY IS FOR REAL!
And Casey going home might actually do some ''good'' to the grandparents. She can play them for 40 minutes in a jail visit, acting all scared and not able to speak because they are ''watched''. Let them see her back home, sleeping late and watching movies and calling TonEEEEEE while her child is missing. Let them experience that to realize how false their hopes are. The sooner the better it will be for these poor people that not only probably lost their granddaughter but their daughter is postponing in an excruciating way the inevitable.

UNFORTUNATELY ALL THIS MADNESS IS BEING PLAYED ON THE BACK OF AN INNOCENT 3 YEAR OLD WHO IS STILL MISSING....and from the way things go it seems it will get more grotesque by the minute.
