She has talked to her lawyer and he is the one keeping her from talking to LE. The lawyer has offered for LE to ask him the questions and he will ask Caylee.
Check Da FACTS i am learning so much from your posts..i want to say thanx . i am amazed at your astute awareness. are you in law enforcement?

Why does she need to be out again? Thought she was clueless!
(BEGIN AUDIO CLIP)

LEE ANTHONY, CASEY`S BROTHER: Whatever`s going on now, it`s going to be found out, so why not do it now, save yourself...

CASEY ANTHONY, MISSING CHILD`S MOTHER: There`s nothing to find out. There`s absolutely nothing to find out, and that`s even what I told the detectives.

LEE ANTHONY: Well, you know, everything that you`re telling them is a lie.

CASEY ANTHONY: I have no clue where Caylee is. If I knew where Caylee was, do you think any of this would be happening? No.

(END AUDIO CLIP)

She doesn't need a spokesperson IMO,she's doing fine on her own.

Strange a spokesman needs to step forward so close to the arraignment.

Lets give into Casey, she can tell LE right from her cell what happened to little Caylee. Were all subject to our own opinions and mine is this, its a tragic side show. Casey has her seat in the cell for a reason, this is not spring break. Has anyone considered the precedent that is being set-up in this case. I don't want to speak unless I get it done my way.

LE bring on the evidence and stop this madness before its completely out of control, leaving us all on the bad far end of the legal system.

Casey has a right to a bond, which was set way too high IMO for the charges. If Padilla wants to bond her out and hopefully get some information then I am all for it. She has been in jail, what,,30 days and hasn't talked to LE yet. Yeah I think it is time to try something different.

Anyone wanna bet on how many "sightings" there will be from now on?

Sometimes life just ani't fair. She can tell us where Caylee is, right where she is sitting. :hand:

This guy will probably have an innocent(stupid if translated correctly) explanation for everything that LE will say in the media from now on.

Caylee is dead?No,no,3 people saw her.
Casey did it?No,no,the nanny did.
Cadaver dogs hit on the trunk? No,no,cadaver dogs aren't reliable.

Don't think I wanna watch this kind of stuff.

Sorry, Casey spent 31 days in and around Caylee's scent, photo's and daily reminders, including friends asking her along with mommie Cindy. Where is Caylee? Caylee's little sandbox, play house, stuffed toys, all sitting close by Casey's room, where she went for regular changes of clothes all the while Caylee was missing. This is all irrelevant with Casey.

Casey only went back to the house one time on the 24th that I am aware of. To get some clothes I believe. I don't think she slept, ate or anything else in the Anthony home between June 16th and July 15th.

I could be wrong tho.

There is no one on this board who would not like to see Caylee brought home full of life and smiling, but anyone on here want to explain the dog hits? Sure some will say, there is not a 100% accuracy but until you get the actual results, do you really want to roll the dice and take that gamble? After all its just a small 3 year old child still missing. Anyone?

She didn't talk before or since jail...doubt anything changes.:(

So what, 31 days and regularly reminded of the word Caylee? Surely you don't feel Casey will be more inclined to say, spill the beans in say Lakeland or at the Anthony's homestead. A loving concerned parent does not need reminders of their child, all the reminder's reside in the heart. Memory is never fleeting. In Casey's case she remains clueless and mute. :(

Look,as much as I love these dogs and I saw them in action and I know how they are trained and so on,I can admit that sometimes they are wrong, they are not perfect, okay BUT in THIS case we have LIES,spin, fraud, neglect,Casey's actions and so on and so on.This case isn't based solely on the dog evidence. The LE said there was no credible information received re a possible kidnapping. There is no nanny, there is no work place. The car incident, the gas cans, everything points to.......we all know what.IMO

No, but it will be interesting to see what she does with every eye in the world on her.

I am still holding out hope that the Anthony's are in a strong denial. I think different parents are different (lol that sounds silly).

Like my mom for example, she would stand by me hard and furious but it wouldn't take her very long to realize my chit wasn't jivin' and it would be all hades to pay.

Once the jig was up, I would want to be in jail rather than deal with her fury! No kidding. Though, I wouldn't have gotten away with having my kid off like Casey did, had I no home and had previously lived at home with my child.

She would want to see a home that my child and I were staying in, and she would hunt me down until she found me, I couldn't have put her off on the phone. Certainly not for 31 days.

I also realize there's other types of mothers ones more like Cindy. They stand hard and furious behind their kids but they don't want to see the wrong in their child. They can't.

There's always a reason for something, benefit of the doubt is given too easy. Trust handed out and not taken away as deserved. They just keep on giving even when the giving is actually hurting their child. I know a mom like this (no not Cindy) but will leave it generic.

I can't say what's right because it's love. A heart will do what a heart has to do. I think Cindy wants her family back, she wants yesterday. She's still not awakened from this nightmare, she's traveling in a fog. I think she misses Caylee something awful. I don't think they meant anything bad/underlying by those tee's with butterflies.

Perhaps Caylee loved butterflies and I'm sure Caylee was their 'angel' and the "fly home angel" just goes with butterflies. Maybe they do think she's been flown off somewhere with someone, and they are sending a message to fly her home? They are beautiful tee's and they have a beautiful grandbaby.

The Today Show Cindy was on with Baez, she looked so worn out and so out of it. She was puffy and looked as if she had been crying a river of tears the night before. I noticed her weight loss the 1st visit her and George made to the jail together. She's not a happy woman, she's a lost woman.

She stood up day after day and has taken a good lashing for it. Yes, some stuff she has said I've found...well off-color, not honest etc. I've thought some of her comments etc is doing nothing to help her grandbaby, Caylee. But I just see a mother who is in a corner and lashing out protecting her family.

I wish Casey had more of that quality. I think Casey is more like George, weaker, not a strong work ethic. He's still child like in some of his ways, imo. He lashes out (prone to tantrums), he likes his sporty cars and mentioned losing his car was something he would do-- to have it all right (seemed teen like to me on the car, a house now, that's something) He loses the job and drives around with a billboard.

The little respect Casey shows her mother is something I'm starting to suspect she learned from her father, watching his tantrums (though I really felt for him). It would appear Cindy has taken on most of the burden supporting the family, straightening out the tantrums and doing damage control.

Family pictures it always seems George is sittin' somewhere on the sofa. The 1st interview I saw of him was slouched in the sofa. His last memory of seeing Casey and Caylee, he was sittin' on the sofa doing what he does everyday, watching his favorite cooking show. I just don't see losts of support for Cindy.

I'm no Cindy 'fan' but I think she's been pulling this wagon so long she just doesn't know how to stop. I feel for her and am trying to give the benefit of the doubt. I think when she wakes up and realizes that yesterday isn't coming back and everything is said and done, she will never go back to pretend. jmo

I wonder if the Zanny story will change into a different babysitter altogether. If Casey sticks with handing Caylee to Zani, a long time friend and babysitter, then she's going to have to produce some real people or friends who also knew this woman. You don't know someone that long and not also be acquainted with some of their relatives and friends.

Hi

Does anyone have a video link to the interview with Padilla re posting bail?

TIA if you do! :)

Being as she's proven herself to be a pathological liar... I doubt anything that comes out of her mouth, once out on bond, would be reliable. :(

We support the dogs correct and we know the realities, true. I venture on trusting the dogs way more than I do Casey and her manipulation of the realities of Caylee's demise, be that that at another's hand or her own. Casey has honed the craft of deceiver. We know it as do many other's.
