To the backpack description question, in the search warrant page 7, George says Caylee's backpack is white that displays a design of monkeys on it.

But if she gets rid of him she goes back to jail. Part of the deal is she must have one of his team with her at all times.

Yeah, I know. I just don't think he's going to be that tough on her or help this at all. Like someone pointed out last night, maybe he should be using his bounty hunter experience to track Caylee down.

  • #123
Possibly.... what he says he believes and what he really believes may be two different things.

Your right on poco!!!!!
I think he is in for the challenge of his life.

She'll beg to use a cell phone or maybe that was one of her conditions. You supply me with a cell phone & I'll let you take me outta here!!! :loser:

She is at least $724 dollars and LE possession away from using her own cell phone.

Good work absolut. My brain is so fried. I've read that warrant countless times.....Gawd

Do any of you think (believe) that Casey has any idea what his REAL intentions are? Maybe she is just told he is going to help her find Caylee.
Will the reporters get a clue about what motel he will be keeping her in? If he is smart, he will pick a place about 50 miles from her home. Bet the reporters still find them. What a circus.

I'll bet my last dollar Cowboy will MAKE SURE reporters know where he's keeping her. Can't be on TV if they don't know where you are.

I wish LE would play this game & at the last second charge her with murder. Can you imagine the F bombs she'd start tjhrowing at LE.

Absolutley no proof that Caylee's body or anyones body at all actually was in that trunk. If the officer really believed that why was the car not impounded for another 2 days. Speculation.

there is one thing that bothers me and its in the affidavite, a police officer reached in the car and grabbed a paper with a name and number on it, i would think he would smell something???? but i do also think caylee is gone, but again i hope im wrong and sure would be glad if i were!!!

A little food for thought, from BBC News, an older article...

A juror in Michael Jackson's child abuse trial is taking legal action to get out of writing a book on the case.

Ray Hultman, 62, claims he was talked into signing a book deal with California publisher Larry Garrison.

Mr Hultman wants to end his contract and is seeking unspecified damages for mental and emotional stress.

I think she'll be under house arrest, and won't be permitted to go anywhere that isn't first approved by LE. She's not going to any motel.

Couldn't the Anthony's have hired a more reputable mouth piece then that Larry guy. I often wondered why one of those reps from those missing childrens' organizations didn't come forward to help them out, for example like that Pederson woman that helped the Rocha's and became there ever present spokeperson. What is it about this case that is bringing out all the nuts!! I bet the police investigators in this case cringe everytime one of those nuts opens their mouths and something stupid spews out of it!!

Wish I could be a fly on the wall the first time he meets with Casey and tries to get information from her. Then I would sit on his shoulder while he checked out all her lies. Should be quite a show! JMO

I went around about this last night. I agree with you.
The rebutt is that they were treating it as a missing persons case. If that is true then Cindy washing the pants was clearly not a problem, because the overall investigation was about a missing girl not a murdered girl.

I mean it has been explained here ad nauseum that a decomp smell is something none of us will ever forget and it is distinct. So if the police thought the smell was so bad and they had been told by Cindy herself that it smelled of decomp, why didn;t they act on that?
IMO, it is because it just wasn't their mo and the odor was not enough to pique their investigative skills.

Either the stench was important or it wasn't. I think if it really was a decomp smell then LE really blew it by not asking George and Cindy if they could take the car and look for clues.

Something stinks about the stink.

We cannot have it both ways. We cannot be mad at Cindy for washing pants without being mad at LE for not searching the car.
If the pants were evidence, then the car was evidence.

IMO No one cared about the car or the pants on 7/15.

Missy, I think reputable people don't want any part of this. A professional person isn't going to support their lies. So, they are stuck with these publicity-hungry nutjobs.

Whoa! Listen to THIS video!

Much in there...Padilla is interviewed and says, to the effect, 'Remember, things can happen before Tuesday, the DA could burn the midnight oil and bring a Murder beef or assault and battery and raise bail to 1 million dollars'...quite interesting...

No kidding, he really seems to be starting some Casey-bashing! I wonder if he has felt a cool reception to his heroic efforts! Lol!

This is a BS interview and in no way will this person be working with LE

I don't think he came across so much as "Casey bashing." I've never heard of this guy until he stuck/got stuck in the middle of this case. I think I'm going to refrain from forming an opinion of him just yet. He strikes me more that he just has one of those brash attitudes that some people don't know how to take. Not sure just yet. Who knows, if this guy hammers her hard for answers....maybe, just maybe, since separating the lies from the truth really IS his business...he just might find out what happened to Caylee where everyone else has failed. Here's hoping. I'm willing to give him a "whack at it."

I was just reading(AGAIN), the arrest affadavit and the documented narrative from the investigator's initial meeting with and talking to Casey.

It just strikes me as very odd, how it's noted multiple times that Casey spoke in an undisturbed and calm manner with discussing what supposedly happened and in answering their questions.

Also her friends statements are mentioned, and they all state she never seemed distaught, worried or as if anything out of the ordinary was going on. No mention of anything terrible happening to her little girl.

How are earth can anyone believe a word Casey says? Her parents have been sucked into her fantasy of lies, and now this bountyhunter guy too?
I am just so disgusted with this case and the turn it has taken. This is the craziest case ever!

I am by nature an optimist. But I really don't feel Caylee will ever be found. I don't believe we'll ever know the truth, and I pray Casey doesn't get away with murder!

I think little Caylee is at peace with God now.

In some ways this case makes me think of the Jon Benet Ramsey case. I know there's no similarity in the circumstances, but I just have the feeling that Caylee will never be found and there will always be a lot of lingering questions about what happened, like in the Jon Benet Ramsey case.
