You are more than welcome, Amity. I had run that scenario over in my mind a few times myself. :)

you r right
she would only create an invisible face anyhow

What about the clothes in the park? Any comments?

Anything found at this point should be tested I think, no stone left unturned.

If Casey gets out, I expect a whole new set of lies to develop. A whole different newly acquainted babysitter that day, about a three month long ordeal with drugs excuse (that didn't show up on any drug test in jail), probably some huge drama of assault charges with her parents when they all get into a big argument, suicide threats, possible claimed mental problems, and an attempt to flee.

I think they are currently being examined and possibly tested for any connection to this case. If LE thought they were pertinent...the area would have already been taped up and cadaver dogs, searchers, etc. would be there. As far as I know, this hasn't happened so I think it is probably safe to assume they don't feel it is connected to Caylee.

Thank you. The photo of the black and white tank top appeared to have a stain horizontally across the middle of it.

It all starts when why did u wait 31 days to report her missing!

I find the rope in the picture with the flip flop disturbing. And just for the sake of creeping myself out a little. Casey and Caylee had more clothes than were reported on the day they were last seen and what is listed in the search warrant I'm guessing.

Do you have the link to the photos again, please?

Umm the answer will be...I waited the 31 days because I thought I would see her ( ZG ) at the club and ask her where Caylee was.

SS,
Thank you so much for responding...much appreciated!
I didn't think the whole thing through, but you're right.

But while watching L&O-SVU I remembered how several of Casey's story versions seemed to relate back to television/movies, at least names in TV or movies, so I immediately thought what if CA had seen this epi, what if she had seen another show with a similar content, would she try and pull that off?
She's coniving enough, that's for sure.

Or she could say only one personality showed itself when she was being examined by the shrink.
The other personality did something with Caylee but this present one doesn't remember what it was.

OK, so I know it's far-fetched. I might as well have suggested aliens came down and took Caylee but at this point, after seeing here about a Bounty Hunter bailing out Casey, w/r/t this case ANYTHING can happen and probably will. :)

Thank you again SS!

LOL, people have tried the MPD defense. But usually what happens is people will look at it and say, well did this personality have the capability to plan and carryout a murder/coverup? Then if so that personality doesn't meet the legal defiinition of insanity. The coverup indicates they knew right from wrong. It also speaks to mental capacity. MPD defense doesn't usually get any breaks in court.

The girl is MENTAL period she is a danger to herself and the community! She needs to be in the hospital to talk about emotions If u want to blame drugs go ahead I say she is mental and its still means she can abuse drugs most people who are mental depending what u have are known to abuse drugs of some sort! Just because you are mental doesnt mean u would kill someone! Most want to harm there self!

I am not disputing the fact that she OBVIOUSLY has some mental problems going on here. Some serious ones. But the behavior also could be attributed to drugs as well.
For me, it seems a contributing number of factors are going on here that led to this point. Her parents were either just in denial about her actions, tossed their hands up and had enough and just hoped for the best. To me, she was/is extremely narcissistic. She also stole a good amount of money but wasn't running around in flashy clothes or jewelry which leads me to believe she was doing some kind of drugs. Not hooking because she would be making money off of that. Or drug running as someone else suggested because again, she wouldn't have to steal to fund whatever it is she was doing. But this is just one little piece of the bigger puzzle that if anyone was really clued into what the heck was going on, Caylee would have been playing in her backyard today. I am not making any excuses as to why Casey may have done the things she has done; I am just trying to find answers. That's all. I felt after seeing Casey come out of the courtroom doors in handcuffs when she was first taken into custody with that smirk on her face, she has done something wrong. I just hope that it is something that still means Caylee is alive. I guess we can all hope that is the outcome until we are proven otherwise. I have a little one myself a little older than Caylee and every time I see a picture of Caylee, I think of my own little one. That poor little girl.......

That could be a lot of things even mud. Guess you never know what you could find on clothing stuffed under bushes tho.

We all no she was not looking for no baby or her nanny at the club and i put my life on that!

I wouldn't go that far! She could have been looking for the "right person" to pay to step forward to claim she was the "Nanny" or to pin it on...you never know what was going on her head.

Unless Casey tells the truth soon or Caylee is found, I wouldn't be surprised if Casey didn't develop a following, and there will be web sites started by her parents PR firm and others to defend all her lies and make it all seem like LE botched the investigation (or worse) because they refused to listen to her and/or were all involved in a huge conspiracy. The facts that we are sure of now (the few facts) will become muddied and most of the early links will disappear. And those of us here now will become terribly frustrated as later posters come in and claim that what we know is not true.

Hmm. . . I think I'll go copy a bunch of articles to my computer.

No! what you are saying could be true!

However, if she did die in a hot car...the carseat would contain evidence of such. All we have heard about has been in the trunk of the car and not inside.

If Casey came out (or someone else like a friend) found her very soon after she died would there still be evidence in the car seat?

Or if she was very near death when found and Casey (if it were an accident) freaked and had her out of there fast enough might there be no traces she'd died in the car seat?

OK Let me ask this: IF Casey is lying to protect Caylee...why? What good is it going to do her to lie? The Nanny had her before, never harmed her, and she obviously didn't leave any note or any indication she was going to ask for ransom of any kind. She did not call to indicate she was asking Casey to lie or she would harm her. So WHY? What reason does Casey have to say this is to protect Caylee?
