Before the FBI got involved, I thought that if Casey bonded out, Cindy would help her escape. But I think now Cindy realizes that would be a HUGE mistake.

i agree completely. i think, to be honest, that the anthonys were confronted by the FBI with their own lies - as in, you better be cooperative or we have enough on you to hold you in a beautiful cell next to your daughter (which would explain cindy calling LE back to the house, the emails that Lee has sent LE, and the fact that casey keeps canceling visits with her fam). not that i actually think anyone other than casey was involved; but they have enough to at least pressure them to stop pulling ridiculous stunts.

I am not so sure Baez wants Casey out of jail with this Padilla person. Baez knows Padilla is going to hang around 24/7 and try to get her to talk. I think Baez knows how dangerous that it. I think all Casey will do is lie as usual but it is still dangerous to Baez's case to let her go home with Padilla and his minions.

But Baez supposedly is the one who contacted this guy, and it's reported that Baez has agreed to Cowboy's terms. I think they have worked something out together. I don't think Cowboy will really try to get info from Casey, just publicity and book deals.

When I read the search warrant and saw size 5, I assumed size 5 junior for Casey. Guess I had better go back and look again.

No, from my understanding, you are correct. There was, apparently, size 5 womens jeans, Caseys size, AND childrens clothing found, as well.

I agree...I feel he's pushing the "I'll make her give it up" angle to assuage the public.

If she gets out, I wonder if she will go home to her parents? Remember
Cindy said she would have to go to a "safe house"?
What a mess!
So many people are mad at this girl, I think she is safer in prison.
What will they have to do next if she gets out? Hire 24 hr guards for the house to keep her safe?
Who would want her? they dont seem to have any family. And Im sure TonE doesnt want anything to do with her now that he realises what a psycho he was involved with. He must be in shock!

It looked very hidden to me! Did you see that location? Who would let their five year old child play back there during soccer games?!
Just looked. Teens yes, little kids, absolutely not! Thanks for getting me back there. I read the article, but didn't see the video link. Still don't think it's related. But so happy that people are out there searching for Caylee.

They better be watching her 24/7! She needs mental help and I hope that they will have some part in the bail that she has to go to mental house first! I cant see her going back to the club she was at. people will not want to go near her they dont want to be involved nor does a buisness want to! Who said she had to wear a ankle because did the judge tell her well if u make bond u have to wear ankle moniter? how did that come in play?:banghead:

The National Enquirer Website is stating the Casey killed Caylee by "locking her in an oven hot car". Now..... I know the National Enquirer is often full of B.S. but they seem to have an element of truth to most of what they print, and more often then not are pretty close to the truth. Just thought it might give us something to chat about tonight. Hope this hasn't already been posted.

That's true, just as John Edwards *LOL*:loser:

It makes me want to puke (and I'm no where near as angry as I was yesterday).

Well, they got the story on John Edwards' mistress right. LOL No, I haven't seen this posted yet.

However, if she did die in a hot car...the carseat would contain evidence of such. All we have heard about has been in the trunk of the car and not inside.

Wooo....yes, it's the Enquirer, but fun to read, at times...the 'hot car' theory seems to be pervasive, I've seen many posters allude to the possibility, as well.

i'm not as worried about casey committing suicide (i think she is too self-centered. and i think she would miss out on all future events at fusian) as i am that she is a flight risk.

i can't see her sitting idly while waiting for her ship to sink. at the same time, fleeing is much harder, and takes much more money, than most people think.

I don't know.. I see her as the type that would kill herself before going to prison for this. Like Melinda Duckett.

She will not be allowed to leave the house unless it's for visits to the dr. (and something else, can't remember).

Nah. Sociopaths think they're smarter than anyone else. She thinks she'll walk.

She is self-centered, but when she gets out and her former life is gone...what is she going to do?! Her child is gone. She now has been branded as a liar, a thief, a spoiled rotten B*tch, and America's most hated mother for the moment. No man is going to look twice at her which is what Casey puts all her ego into for self worth. She has lost her friends and her new BF, Tony. She has a strained relationship at best with her family. Her ship has sailed and there is nothing left for her. She can't show her face back at Fusian or any other club she used to frequent. She will be shunned from anywhere and everywhere. I don't see she has a lot to look forward to anymore. Do you really see a future from her point of view?!

Well put!

That death does not correspond to the timeline, imo.. and I agree, the evidence of that would be apparent..
