Why this circus for 3 years if Caylee accidentally drowned? That is not homicide, that is an accident! No way would George, as a former LE, NOT call 911 or perform CPR . . .

WTH?!

Um.......Marspiter - Baez left that part out - he hasn't quite worked it out so it was a blank on his speech sheet.

Maybe tonight he'll think of something? :innocent:
Well JB could always say this:

ICA in her state of confusion saw who she thought was Roy Kronk because he was just around the A compound reading meters, but it was actually GA since all old men look alike. Remember, ICA was disoriented and in a state of trama at this time. Sarcasm intended.

OH, and by the way in case anyone is thinking my post meant that if you are sexually abused by multiple family members you have a right to kill your child and bury it in a field-I AM NOT and HAVE NOT said that in anyway.

In my post I was discussing the fact that CA's attorney may have answered some of the questions (I)-(I)-have had about why CA did or did not do certain things. I have wondered in the past what made her act or not act in ways that are not what a lot of people would call NORMAL-and to me-he may have explained some of that.

I have no idea what happened to Little Caylee-I was not there!

1. Caylee DID NOT for one iota of a second drown in that pool
2. It was KC's EVERY intention to take Caylee's life
3. This was in no way shape or form an "Accident"
4. George had Nothing to do with his Grand Daughter's death or disappearance
5. RK Never had Caylee's body in his possesion (sp) at any time whatsoever

The threads are moving so quickly I'm having a really hard time trying to keep up so please forgive me if this has already been covered.

It appears to me that JB took the words out of Casey's mouth and put them directly into George's. Remember what she said when she got to the conference room at the end of the hall at Universal? When they finally had her cornered she said she was scared of her mother ~ "She would never forgive me."

They now have George, standing by the pool, dead Caylee in arms, saying exactly the same thing! "Your mother will never forgive you!" Is that proof the lie came directly from Casey or are they brilliantly trying to tie the two together? :dunno:

And who do you all think came up with this disjointed foundation? Did it all come from Casey alone and JB really believes it? Or did JB think and think and think . . . and this was the best he could come up with?

I can go with the drowning theory. Not an accident in any way ...
I think that Casey intending on killing Caylee.
If she drown by accident she have lots of sympathy all the attention would be on Casey and all the trouble she got her self in with her lies would been forgotten. But she panic knowing that she would not be believe. So the cover up start.
I guessing that she didn't want to go alone so she take Daddy and Brother down with her.

I have to wait to see what Cindy said on the stand. And I see why Casey didn't take her down too.

I sure there more. :banghead:

How would Caylee get to the pool by herself? If you look at pervious pictures of the A's living room you see glass sliding doors and then a screened in porch. Can a almost 3 yr old toddler slide the heavy doors open? I could see going thru the screen porch and open that door but not the slider. My grand daughter at that age couldn't.

In the middle of summer in Florida, I don't see the doors being left open. Did she go out the front door open the privacy gate and get in the pool that way. I don't think so.

I do recall a interview with CA talking about the pool box and how they were going to move it under the window so Caylee wouldn't climb in the pool, but it was never moved. I also couldn't understand why the square pool box was next to the round pool anyways. Makes more sense to me to put it under the window flat against the wall of the house.

So imo if Caylee drowned in the pool she didn't get in there by herself.

Every case is different, but something hit me like a ton of bricks tonight. When my (then) husband and I (though we were separarted by trial time) had to testify in the little girl's murder. Anyway, while waiting he told me the DA informed him that the defense was going with the story that the little girl died because of the CPR he performed on her! Of course, this was an outright lie! I call it "Defense Grasping." I remember it shook him up quite a bit even he did nothing wrong. I can't even imagine how GA must feel! HOW could I have forgotten about that!?:doh::doh:

IMHO I agree. That's what the family wants people to think, but not until a body is discovered and too decomposed to provide evidence. In the meantime, demanding the public search for a live child. If the true cause of death is a drugged child (because she was in the way) or physical child abuse, then the guilty one(s) would rather if a body is found, blame it on a SODDI (some other dude did it) or accidental drowning. The response to an accidental drowning wouldn't be what we are seeing. Since the kidnapping story is debunked by the scientific fact that a dead child was in the trunk and in the yard, the only plausible theory left is overdose to keep her sleeping (intentional act) or physical child abuse resulting from someone's rage. If I had to choose between theories, I would choose the drugged child -- a 30 day "script" (prescription) of Xanax -- Zanny -- Zanny the Nanny took her. She got the 30 day script in Blanchard Park from some dealer and the blackjack "fell out of her bag" "fell out of her pocket" "get it." The 30 day supply fell out of her bag/pocket and Caylee, in the car during the days, ate them and died.
Your defense strategy is similar to what I thought it should be. I thought it would work if she admitted to making chloroform, storing it in the car trunk and saying that it spilled while Caylee was in the car sleeping or something, killing her. This would have encompassed all the evidence against her including the chloroform and the searches for it. It's a defense I might have thought reasonable if I were on the jury.

This is kind of OT, but I read somewhere that mothers who kill often drown their children, because there's some kind of subconscious psychological urge to return them to the womb (water being womb-like). It's very disturbing.

I tend to go with Dr. G, who's seen a lot more in the realm of death than I ever have...people tend to call an ambulance when someone drowns. They don't tend to rot in jail facing the DP for three years.
ETA-An accident would have meant leading LE to Caylee's body. KC could not noodle how she was going to explain that one away. Plus, kinda hard to noodle when you got a line up of studs to visit in the weeks ahead. Ah, so many boys, so little time to think about how to connect an accident to plastering your kiddo with Henkl.

What about the Google searches?

"Neck breaking", "household weapons", "self-defense"........

I still believe there were to be other victims, besides Caylee, and now the only way Casey can get to them are these horrendous accusations.

Caylee may have drowned in the swimming pool (or the bathtub for that matter), however, the duct tape indicates she didn't unless it was applied before her head was held underwater by her mother.

MOO

i wanted to yell at tv to george - he is asking you about if caylee can open doors- cabinets ect - and george says yes- we put on those child proof knobs. he, jose, is setting it up that caylee was so good at being a lil adult she could climb pool steps and drown . george was so proud of her turning on vcr he did not see what jose was trying to do - say caylee drowned herself and somehow duct tape ended up on her . guess roy kronk hid the body with plant growth, stuck her in caseys car -omg- if this was sci fi i would throw the book against wall and say you expect this to be a best seller book??

My husband was joking that the defense would probably go with alien abduction...but that actually might have made more sense than what they did come up with.

I have a question: Was there duct tape around Caylee's hands?

theory: If the duct tape was placed on her mouth/nose/hands and she were thrown into the pool........that's premeditated murder and may be closer to the truth here.

Some have postulated that KC intended to kill George and Cindy from get-go. After today, and what she's trying to do to her dad, I can believe it.

I always felt the duct tape was Casey's attempt at making Caylee's disappearance/death look like a kidnapping/abduction.

There was a longer piece of duct tape found seperated from the other pieces/her skull. No hair to enmesh in that piece...
