In the month + days that this case has been in the news, Cindy has given three different possibilities for the father of Caylee. All her statements conflict.

Oh, good. She's consistently inconsistent , in my opinion.

I don't know why either, because to me, that conflicts with why we aren't seeing LE search woods or lakes. LE is keeping everything so quiet that it's deafening.

LE keeps saying they aren't revealing where they are searching. If they were actively searching, I don't believe they could hide from the media unless they are relying on satellite images beaming down in certain areas.

LE's inactivity in searching is another reason I feel Caylee may be still alive. I am not so sure they think she is deceased. JMO

O/T but we had a case down here today - some grandma went to the casino and left a 2 yr old and a 9 yr old in the car in the parking lot. 9 yr old got out was carrying the 2 yr old- someone had already reported it anyway. Kids were ok - but grannie's in jail tonight.

Okay, you guys found it already. I'm sure my slowness has nothing to do with the fact that my eyes are bleeding from being on here all day, lol.

I didn't realize it was almost 2:30am, I am outta here tonight. Good sleuthing all.

Hopefully, Caylee will be found and this madness will end. Keeping my fingers crossed for tomorrow.

Casey Anthony set to walk out of jail as early as 8:30 AM

I saw on Greta where they showed what Casey's steps out of the jail will look like, including getting to the parking lot where she will leave. I was thinking, they better have her protected like Secret Service surrounding George Bush if they want her alive to talk. I have a feeling if she gets out, there is going to be some horrible happenings.

Hi all! Yes, yet another newbie. I have only been lurking since this case began, yall all go so fast, I can hardly keep up. But I can no longer keep quiet, as I am tired of talking to my computer and not getting answers....LOL. I am trying to stay with facts only in this case (which is hard to do), but each time the one thing I keep going back to is the cadaver dogs. I just can't get past that point, no matter how hard I try to make myself believe Caylee is still here.

Just curious... does anyone else remember the Pamela Smart Case and how it got to be a huge joke?
Both cases... you couldn't make either story up and have it believable. Which is why they had to make the Pam Smart Story a tongue-in-cheek comedy.

It was so unbelievably crazy, that when the movie "To Die For" was made, (screenplay by Buck Henry, starring Nicole Kidman, Juaquin River, Casey Affleck, Matt Dillion, etc)... it was a 4 star comedy!

I'm going to age myself here, but I remember watching Pam Smart being interviewed on Sally Jessie Raphael holding her little dog on her lap and all the players (family members) sitting in a row next to her.

I remember thinking WTF?, what a farce.... and how insane the case was.

I just saw his pic next to a pic of Caylee. They really do look alike. Caylee also resembles her grandmother Cindy.

Is it possible that Casey parked her car at the secluded area near Orlando Airport so she could watch the plane that was carrying Caylee to Puerto Rico take off?

Did I read somewhere that JP Chatt was tested for paternity? If so, is there a link to this?

That is the only reason I can really come up with. Every time I think of her being alive, it keeps bringing me back to the shady dealings with the organizations involved. Something is just not right.

I'm sure the moment DNA and forensics is announced by LE, we will all have it figured out at that very moment.

It's the 'hurry up and wait' part that is killing me.

I agree. I would love to believe that this baby is still living somewhere oblivious to all of this but I also keep coming back to the dogs.

OK, I am sleepy, I apologize. But I seem to recall that the boyfriend who Amy lives with had been a previous boyfriend of Casey's and that he is with LE. He is in Puerto Rico, or at least went to Puerto Rico with Amy. Do you remember his name?

I used to have MySpace, now it's Facebook. Gotta keep in touch with family and friends, and it's all set to private. Not that there is anything horrible in my pictures there, but I sure wouldn't want someone I didn't know looking at them.

Especially the children's photos. I thought about that with Casey having all the party photos and then Caylee's photos in the same place. It is not good to have small children's photos in public view these days. You never know who will find those babies photos.

I can't help but hope LE's case is like cooking comfort food:

You start with basic ingredients - not always the best cut or prime choice. Then you add a pinch of this, a dash of that and set it cooking over slow, low heat with the lid on it. Stir only occasionally, as needed, and eventually it all melds together into something really satisfying and comforting.

Call it Justice Chili.

I repeat the mantra, dogs are not perfect, dogs are not perfect, dogs are not perfect until my eyes cross. So far it's working. Not to mention that even if there was a body in the trunk, it was not neccesarily Caylees.

We all have hope that Caylee is still alive but its unlikely sorry to say. I wish I could wake up tomorrow morning and see a big sticky with the words " Caylee's been found ", but I know that is just a pipe dream.

This is on my list of Cindy's inconsistencies. The father was dead on Larry King. She followed that up with the statement that she couldn't remember his name but had seen his obituary in the newspaper. Just a day or two later when she was on with Greta, the dead father was living in another state with his own family.

To me, saying anything at all is really strange. Seems like saying I have no comment about that at this time would be better. Casey is a grown woman. She could straighten out who the father is at another time.

I suppose if we had more information on who Kyle is, we would talk about him. The last I checked we talk about lots of folk, other than Casey. LOL heck, we've even talked about each other here on the board.

I don't see any grand conspiracies. it's fair, imo. Casey is in in jail so we can talk more about her. She's the POI, no, they don't allow us to rip everyone to shreads but there's only one person I see in jail pertaining to this case, and that's Casey.

Makes sense that's why the slant is that direction, imo. It's Casey's daughter, Caylee, and she refuses to talk about her. She waited 31 days to report this and if not for Cindy, how long would she have waited?

makes sense to me...casey is focus and others are of interest. *shrug*
