Im not sure if y'all saw the sideshow last eve on NG and GVS, the consensus last eve was that she is not getting out.

Hmmm I missed that. Who was part of that consensus? I hope the consensus is correct!

Question - If they bail her out today --- What happens with court tomorrow?

Will court tomorrow be televised? And does she have to appear if she is bailed out?

I believe it was somewhere on this forum that I read if the plea is in, she does not have to appear...correct me if that is not valid.

I'm almost positive she HAS to appear..this is the formal presentation of the charges. They ask her a question to which she has to reply about understanding the charges I do believe..don't quote me it's early.

LOL, the night shift WS'rs that were watching it Real Time.
Keep in Mind Padilla has not so much as stepped into the jail to post bond, once he does there are still the holds..

To be honest, I didn't initially like the idea of her getting out but the more i have thought about it I kind of like it. As long as it doesn't force LE's hand( which i doubt it will) and she appears at her court dates then it's not bad for the state, I mean even if she doesn't give info...wont that damage her whole defense about the babysitter? She won't have anymore excuses why she couldn't give out the correct info to find Caylee. IMO this can only help and I supect LE knows that and that's why they didn't press further charges or make objections.

EPISCOPO: He can, but you know, he doesn`t even have to appear at arraignment, if he doesn`t want to. He`s entered his appearance in writing. He`s pled not guilty. And that`s all that really happens at arraignment. You enter your plea and you show that you have a lawyer. That`s it. So if he doesn`t want to appear, he doesn`t have to. Of course, he may want the opportunity for the photo op.

no reason for Padilla to step into bonds office yet
my personal experience in the bonds office their computer is connected to the jail and only when the jail has taken care of their paperwork will the info will appear in the bonds computer. It is then that money can be paid. The bonds office send money payment info back to the jail and more paperwork needs to be completed.

It is a long process, actually a bit ridiculious.
