I doubt very much that Padilla's people help up their end to bond out Casey and then after the fact, committed themselves to not talking to Casey. It would be naive of us to think that Padilla is that stupid and quite frankly, I personally think that so far, Padilla just might be the slickest among this whole crazy set of characters.

It's more reasonable to assume that Padilla's crew can ask Casey anything they can think of. And if they really are prohibited from talking to Casey, there are other reasons for the Padilla's involvement in this case. But there is absolutely no sense in bonding out Casey on the premise of conversation and then agreeing not to talk to Casey after going to the trouble.

BTW, what is the source for the idea that Padilla and crew are prohibited from talking to Casey?

Oh I think she'll talk - she's been sittin' all alone for over a month now. Our lil Miss-truth is a talker. Plus I think the female BH that is going to be staying inside the house probably has HUGE EARS. She may not even realize what she says - remember this team Padilla have dealt with liars, runners, and real live bad-azzes for a long long time - they know the deal and the drill. But I do think she'll talk - unknowingly - but she'll talk.

I feel the same way Shannon. I think the nation is pretty outraged. No one likes people that harm their children!

I am praying that the psych eval keeps her locked up this morning. But I doubt it. She is an expert at manipulating things. She will tell the psychs what they want to hear and go on her merry way.:furious:

Gizzy, I really think it's him, but short of defamation on the behalf of the Anthony's I don't think he would be opent to any violations for posting on a Public Domain anyway. I could not pick my jaw up off the floor after reading that stuff...

Definitely some compelling reason to believe, but if not could he be charged with hindering an investigation. Don't know what he's done to hinder anything LOL, just asking.

I wanna see a camera scan the "red carpet" jail area and surrounding buildings cause I'm willing to be that LE has snipers on the roofs just watching the crowd. This is an LE nightmare - they can't be "happy" about it.

IMHO there is nothing reasonable to assume about Padilla. He is not credible in my eyes. Just a self professed media whor* who rode Caylees innocent back to get onto every news channel that there is. 50,000 is pennies for the amount of exposure that he just received.

He was transparent from the beginning in my eyes, referring to Caylee as "it" and spewing as much nonsense as Cindy and George. "drop her off at a drug store, you will get the reward, and LE will never know who you are". He is a rodeo clown dressed up as a cowboy.

He had no interest in ever talking Casey, just Greta, Nancy, Geraldo, Regis,......not Casey.

And now she will be out in the comfort of her own home enjoying her new notorious status spinning more and more lies.....and George and Cindy will be our filters for the "truth". That is all that Mr. Padilla accomplished. He made a mess. The court set that bail that high for a reason. But that's okay...because Karma is a Bi***.

This is what has me confused. I have been following a story of a serial rapist and they picked up a person of interest two days ago and then I read this morning that DNA tests would be back today to see if the DNA matched. Is it taken longer because it's decomp instead of blood or salvia?

It does seem it is taking an incredibly long time for these tests to come back.
Don't know what's up with it.
