IMHO there is nothing reasonable to assume about Padilla. He is not credible in my eyes. Just a self professed media whor* who rode Caylees innocent back to get onto every news channel that there is. 50,000 is pennies for the amount of exposure that he just received.

He was transparent from the beginning in my eyes ....

I agree with you entirely about Padilla's transparency. His publicly stated motives for getting involved in this case are not credible.

But if, as you say, he was motivated by publicity and that he already received more than $50,000.00 worth of publicity without Casey being released yet, than one can hardly say that he's been had. He seems to be getting exactly what he wanted.
