LOL That is what I was thinking, too! A TS is nothing to them after you see reporters get dragged off by the wind a few times.

I find it curious as to why we didn't see anything and I have to believe it is because they simply drove into the garage then closed the door. Nothing to report.

they maybe blocked the street from the press? I would think they would have requested that

Days like these I bet the Anthony's wished they lived somewhere with a basement.

"I'm going in to get my girl"

Great, Baez, can you do me a favor and tell Casey to do the same? Thanks.

:clap::clap::clap::clap:

Post of the day...IMO

If I lived in that neighborhood, I would have wanted it to be blocked? Can you imagine the circus?!

Where's Caylee?

I never said that they were charged with obstruction of justice...In my opinon they should have been.

But I must reiterate the points that I made in my original post were not speculation.

Cindy admitted to washing the pants before notifying LE a full 19 days before notifying them actually, and lied and said she told them the night of...Search warrant states again...NOT TRUE

George told various media that there were "kidnappers being watched" LE said NOT TRUE

George told media that a neighbor took his gas cans and then went on television and admitted that he found them in Casey's trunk. NOT TRUE

Cindy said the car "smelled like a damn dead body". George admitted the car smelled like a body. Cindy later said it was pizza NOT TRUE. George said something ludicrous about a squirrel. Again NOT TRUE.

LE has not charged them with obstruction , I never said they have.

I am simply pointing out that they are liars and am backing it up with not speculation but facts.

imo.

I agree Shannon and they have gone from seemingly to care about Caylee to spinning out of control to pump up Casey. My most hilarious moment was when George tried to refute that Casey was out partying at Fusion the week after Caylee was last seen and he states that she was pregnant with Caylee at the time!!! Like that would be OK?!?!

the whole pizza thing is in poor taste, representing a lie relating to a dead child's decomposition -it's just stupid
Casey probably didn't even get the significance.

So Caylee, whether alive or dead, becomes a ghost in her own home as there would be no case if it were not for Caylee missing.

sad, true statement

Bringing over from she is released thread:

So how long do you think it will be before Casey will say that she can't talk to anyone because it will harm Caylee? I KNOW she isn't going to talk and now she is OUT of jail and can sleep in her own bed, be with her family, watch tv. WHAT ABOUT CAYLEE? Even if she is alive, she isn't doing anything normal 3 year olds do!!!!! She can't go outside! She can't talk to the ones she loves! She can't sleep in her own bed! She can't be with her family! She can't go anywhere for fear people will see her! ITS NOT FAIR!!!!!! And if she is dead,.. SHE IS OUT THERE (GOD KNOWS WHERE) ALL ALONE, KNOWING WHO PUT HER THERE!!!!!!!!!! I am mad! If Casey starts this BS that she can't talk freely in her own home because of the bounty hunter crew, I am going to be extremely pizzed.

Is it a crime to just give your child to someone else? At what point does it go from 'babysitting' to 'abandonment'? I have to say I am not a big proponent of massive government interference in people's lives, like say I wanted to send my kid to a friend for 6 months, friend agrees to keep them, what law is that breaking?
Lanie
I have been asking myself the same question. I have seen people leave their child behind to finish high school when they have moved out of state. I have seen people let their child go stay with people for the summer on farms, at camps, relatives' homes, and the like. They don't file proper paperwork to my knowledge other than to give them a notarized medical release.

So if she did let Casey go stay with a "friend" for the rest of the summer without saying who...what has she actually done besides lie about it? She held the parental rights. She doesn't have to answer to her parents about letting Caylee stay with someone else...however...she does have to provide such proof to LE and be able to produce the child upon request (if I am not mistaken).

I'm not disagreeing with you. I have been wondering about the legalities in all this. Is it a crime to just give your child to someone else? At what point does it go from 'babysitting' to 'abandonment'? I agree the laws the way they stand work in favor of people like Casey, but on the other hand, who wants to have to go through a social worker to be able to leave your child with a babysitter? The majority of the population is normal, and actually do leave their kids with people for legitimate reasons, not, IMO, do something horrible to them and then claim the babysitter took off with them.
Lanie

If you leave your child for a while with someone else, you can produce your child if, for some reason, law enforcement or someone else thinks they might be in danger, missing or dead. You can account for the whereabouts of your child. You can say, the Baby's at this address in this city with this person. That can be confirmed. If that person takes off and kidnaps your child, you can provide truthful information that can be confirmed, like where you dropped off the child to people who live where you say they live, know the people you say they know and with names you say they have, who look like you say they look. People who can't, or won't, do that, like C A, should be in jail without bail.

Where's Caylee?

If I lived in the neighborhood I know I would be in the window on a regular basis. My husband thinks I'm like Gladys Crabbitz form Bewitched. I perfer to think I'm looking out for the neighborhood.

Especially if you left your child with someone who doesn't exist. That is NOT responsible at all.
