(a) The Department of Law Enforcement or any law enforcement agency as defined in s. 934.02 having responsibility for the investigation of the offense as to which the application is made when such interception may provide or has provided evidence of the commission of the offense of murder, kidnapping, aircraft piracy, arson, gambling, robbery, burglary, theft, dealing in stolen property, criminal usury, bribery, or extortion; any felony violation of ss. 790.161-790.166, inclusive; any violation of chapter 893; any violation of the provisions of the Florida Anti-Fencing Act; any violation of chapter 895; any violation of chapter 896; any violation of chapter 815; any violation of chapter 847; any violation of s. 827.071; any violation of s. 944.40; or any conspiracy or solicitation to commit any violation of the laws of this state relating to the crimes specifically enumerated in this paragraph.

Remember there are differences between kids. My almost three year old barely talks and her words are very babyish. Her older cousin who just turned three talks as well as a six year old. I have friends whose children are barely two that speak more and better than my almost three year old. Do I worry about her? Yes. Does it make it seem she's younger than she really looks? Yes. Believe me, I don't want to defend a thing these monsters have done but you can't tell between a video and a still picture relative ages unless you have fantasy CSI computer equipment.

It is really hard to face when it's your flesh and blood. We had to take my sisters kids away from her. Really hard to do. This is great example of how they do what they do.

A borderline lying is crafty.

An example of how they confuse you with their lies.
Casey says to Lee. Can I borrow $100.00 to buy a brown puppy with a white collar, he is so cute Caylee will love her.
Casey says to Cindy: I bought a little dog. Caylee calls her Cutie. Its brown and white
Casey says to George: Caylee found this cute dog on Brown Street.
Each story is different but the words are the same. When George finally talks to Lee and the subject of the dog comes up one or the other will think they just heard Casey wrong. They may ask Cindy and she will enter her version. A person with this disorder ends up making you feel as if you did not understand or listen to what they said. You end up of fighting with other family and friends over all these little details. If something happens i.e. Caylee goes missing no ones story is going to match anyone else and they end up appearing as not truthful.

I did the same and no one in my family has ever spoken to me again. Took awhile to get use to, but it was the best thing I ever did for myself.

The speech was one issue but the SIZE discrepancy of the girl in pictures was off. She appeared to have grown a couple of inches and lost some "baby fat" in some photos....very weird....

LP just said "lets wait a week & see what happens". I'm sorry but the more I hear from these people the sicker I get. Where is the sense of urgency? There is a 3 year old little girl that has been missing for 2 months. They keep saying that this is all about Caylee but there actions & words prove otherwise.

I know...the "wait and see" approach makes me sick too. He must know something...

Casey says to Cindy. I have to pick up Ann for work.
Casey says to Lee: I found someone to watch Caylee Saturday morning I may have to work with Ann.
Casey says to George: I won’t be home Saturday morning. Ann is going to watch Caylee. She is off from work.

George thinks Ann is watching Caylee, Lee dosent’ know who has Caylee just that Casey and Ann are working. Cindy thinks Caylee is with Casey as she goes to pick Ann for work. No one in the family has Caylee but they all think she is either with Casey, with Ann or at a some sitters and that Casey has some type of job.

Oh Geez, don't even get me started on this one. There is simply no way on earth that this was just a coincidence. The woman that looked at apartments on the 17th was in no way involved with whatever happened, but Casey intended to pin it on her.

Do you guys remember how she would spell the full name? She can't remember much of anything, like what day she last saw her daughter, or her boyfriends phone number...how is going to remember the exact spelling of a fairly complicated name?

The 17th was Casey's "radio silence" day - she was planning. She went to the Sawgrass Apartments - collected info on ZFG because she thought she lived there.

When it turned out that she was only a visitor Casey was stumped - she hadn't planned very far ahead - everything else that came out of her mouth that day was a poorly constructed, easily refutable lie.

I think she put little Caylee's body in the dumpster at the Sawgrass apartments. It would not look suspicious at all to see someone remove garbage from their trunk at an apartment complex, and if the body was discovered she would have her hispanic nanny to blame it on.

Can someone clarify this for me, please?

I THOUGHT ZG from the Sawgrass was just THAT, "Zanaida Gonzolaz". Casey said Hernadez, too, and made a point of the hyphenation. Am I right here, or is it posted SOMEWHERE this woman WAS Z. HERNANDEZ-Gonzolas? Anyone have a link to that?
