You're logic seems to be very clearly thought out. One question - why bury her in the backyard on the 18th? Even when in a panic, wouldn't even the dumbest criminal know that would be the first place someone would look once it came out Caylee was missing. (Operating on the assumption that the disappearance would be noted earlier than 31 days hence)

IMHO I don't think the crazy chic is all that smart.

If Cindy and Casey had a fight that day...I want to know WHEN it took place.

I don't believe her phone was disconnected until right before she was arrested, but that's just the way I've perceived it.

I think if she had her phone on during the 16th of July when Cindy was looking for her, she would have just called instead of searching her out?

I like your logic too. But why is it more important that Casey had no service starting the 15thish and not the 8th?

But...If we believe Clint House...Casey was with Tony L. at his apartment the evening and night of the 15th. So she wouldn't even have Caylee with her until the 16th say around 9ish. George was supposedly home during that time yet he doesn't see them eating breakfast, Caylee playing, nothing until supposedly after 1:00 pm when they were leaving. The flurry of calls begin at what...3:00 pm then?
I don't accept George's sighting he described the same outfit on Caylee one too many times, IMO.

yes, yes, yes, yes, yes! great thinking! So, if she still had a working phone at the time of the cynthiagate, she had to have it during the initial police drive around.. She could have stashed/dropped that phone at any of those locations easily.. a universal trashcan...., etc..
I think that point is that her phone was already turned off by AT&T at the time the "intitial police drive around" happened and why Cindy couldn't "find" her.

I read it was the 8th of July

I am watching the rerun of greta and I have to say the neighbor across the street from the Anthony's is prolly about $35k closer to paying off his house. Every news agency in the world has tents on his yard and cars parked up to his front window. He must be making about a grand a day or more. Some neighbors apparently are not up in arms about this disruption.

  • #488
Why do you question that if I may ask. Casey didn't go to the nursing home with them for FD.
not to be nit picky...but we do not know that she did not attend. That was per the other, unbelievable and unreliable, account of Cynthia. If any of her peeps are covering.....that certainly would explain why Cynthia would hold out on that date..and switching the timeline of finding her grandaughter all to hell.

A coincidence or two is believeable...but coincidences after coincidences afer coincidences are highly circumspect in my personal opinion book!

wasn't the outfit he describe the same as the friend that saw caylee on i believe the 13th in the mall?

We may find out the only reason they know that is because that outfit was in the car as well with the pants. Were the white sunglasses in the car too?

We movin to a new thread?

Well now we know what LP would do if he comes across evidence. He'd call Baez first:

http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0808/21/ng.01.html

(snip)
LALAMA: I`m Pat Lalama, in for Nancy Grace. If you haven`t heard it, I can`t imagine that you haven`t, Casey Anthony free now, at home with her family.

Leonard Padilla, if she were to, let`s just say sitting at the dinner table one night, say, You know, Leonard, yes, I did it and I can take you to where -- you know, some evidence, what would you have to do at that point?

LEONARD: I`d make a call to her attorney. The second call would be to the sheriff`s office, and we`d go to the evidence.

I guess that would quailfy as buying into the circus. I guess his thought is if ya can't beat'em join'em and make a few bucks.

I would invite um in and serve a deli tray and I'm not real fond of the media, oops

I agree. So...if we can conclude that Casey was with Tony L. on the evening and night of June 15th until even the wee hours of the am and George can't really place Caylee with Casey that morning of the 16th. Something MUST have happened to Caylee while in Cindy's care or Casey's care immediately after the nursing home visit. Also...it would mean that George knew if he was willing to lie about the next day...wouldn't it?

I don't know if this has been hashed to death, but what and where and whose is Lexis Publishing? (If I read that right.)

SS,
I would hazzard a guess that she answered the phone from her mother when and if she felt like it...and when and if it suited her alibi (ie, call in the day...Caylee is napping...call in the eve....caylee is in bed....call in the day....she is busy and not pick up or set it to voicemail.

Cynthia called Amy....to ask where CA was.. She drove to pick up Amy and took her with to get Casey.

If Cynthia could have called her dauther to get her she wouldn't have needed Amy.

I bet Amy and Cynthia surprised Casey and away they went.

Cell phones could have been dumped anytime between there imhoo.

Hmmmmmmmmm tryin to remember 1st date he said this had to be shrtly after the arrest when Casey's friend said she was with them, thus the neighbor sighting. Plus she had this attire on in a Dec/Christmas photo. She would have been grown out of it by June

Don't know, but if it has anything to do with call girls, Williams, and the rest of it...I am out on that deal. LOL
