I remember toward the start of this whole fiasco, Baez held himself out as the "family's lawyer." Well, how long do you think it will be 'til he realizes he has a conflict of interest?

Just a though. We all keep saying what about Caylee. Is is the lawyers job to protect his client, Casey. Caylee is not really being represented al all. I wonder if ia child advocate should not be hired to represent Caylee. that way an attorney could to speak for the missing child. Of course a court order would be needed but I would think that since we have so many missing childrens cases in this country that a new law might be something to loolked out. As soon as a child goes missing they receive an advocate. This would at least make sure that every thing that can be done is and leave LE to do their job no matter where the evidence leads them. Children caught up in custody battles can have an advocate, and so do children unde the 'controll' of youth and family services in many states can have one appointed. Who, but a missing child would be better served by this.

Any locals know if they still have the tent at Publix or where the billboard is? I'm thinking they are both history, which IMHO says alot.

Also, any 'real' spokesperson in their right mind would not have let Cindy make that statement. Wouldn't it have been more prudent to thank the public for their interest at this time, thank everyone that has helped. Asked kindly that they allow the family to have some space and keep looking for Caylee? Shouldn't Garrison have suggested something like this?

I remember in some interview Cindy said that the babysittermight have loved Caylee so much that she wanted Caylee for herself. Hmmmmmmmm, anyone else know what I'm thinking right about now?

I was completely floored by Cindy's statement. She might want to consider another "publicist" for sure. He's all day to write this for goodness sake. Or maybe she read his version, ripped it up, dictated her own and demanded that he send it out. IMO ~ of course. Smooth move Cindy.

IF.. IF IF IF.. His client is innocent, right now, his and her best interest should be bringing a lost, ALIVE, little girl home to her family.

Caylee's interests should be put before Casey's immediately and they all seemed to have forgotten that.

What really makes you think she (Casey) and this huge team of people AREN'T working in the best interest of Caylee? Do you really believe bringing a live Caylee back to this crazazy pack of homosapiens is in CAYLEE's best interest?

We are only told what they (media, Baez, LP, Geraldo, and on and on and on) want us to know. They (see above) think of the public as sheeple and "dumb" sheeple at that. They know we will literally HANG on every word they spew - whether truthful or not.

I'm not trying to cause a ruckus - I just have my own ideas about all of this. We are only given what they want us to know. And I believe they ALL know a whole lot more about what is really going on then they will EVER divulge to the general public.

But today takes the cake, her first full day out of jail on bond and she does nothing to further the cause of finding Caylee!!

I feel the same way. And I cannot tell you how infuriating it is, for me, to hear members of the family complain about how other people aren't doing enough to find Caylee.

I haven't seen them go all out to find her. I haven't seen them give anyone a hint or clue as to where anyone might find Caylee. I think if they gave any REAL info, they'd find themselves overwhelmed by people willing to help. Strangers have already gone out and looked for her, with next to nothing to go on!

Had they been more forthcoming and honest, they would have had tremendous resources from the public, to help. Instead, they seem to have taken an adverserial stance and alienated a lot of people. Oh heck, even after everything, if they sincerely reached out for help, I know people would reach right back, to find Caylee.

My point is.. bring Caylee home.
Casey goes to her attorney's office the very first day she's home. She didn't call LE and tell them where Caylee is. That tells me she's not doing what's in the best interest of Caylee, but what's in her own best interest.
Casey stated she's innocent... so why are they wasting everyone's time?

Simple.. Where's Caylee?

I don't give a damn about Casey's feelings. I want Caylee found.
If she's dead, she deserves to have a proper burial.
If she's alive, she deserves to be found.
Regardless of the dynamics of this warped family, she still deserves to be found.

Baez isn't going to tell LE anything that would place blaim in Casey or even connect her why Caylee is missing. He is not for Caylee he is for Casey.

With no offense intended, you aren't actually surprised by this are you? Casey cannot bring Caylee home. And leading them to a body is not happening. There will be no info to pass on to LE. This is the build up to can they beat the rap. There is no other outcome. They are not negotiating her return. They are testing different reasonable doubt theories in the court of public opinion and seeing what the people will bit on and what people will tell them to shove up the rearend.

If that is the case, wouldn't it be of Caylee's best interest for the media to go away? And for Biaz, LP and company to stay out from in front of the cameras? They continue to talk talk talk talk talk, but they are not producing this child in any way..IMO
