Yes indeed, and he ain't happy about it either :)
He should take his hat and toothpick and go home. He "had" his 15 minutes of infamy. Stick a fork in him, "he's done". JMO. And all those surrounding him as well. They are out $50,000, but oh well.

As long as she shows up for court, no one has lost any money.

Greetings all!
What do we know about the Patrick guy, Casey's first visitor at the jail? And the reference he made to her remembering that they were all a team?

looking at her facebook-there's a patrick o'brien, has a "flyy entertainment" poster as his pic...

REVOKE HER BOND - you bonded her and cant talk to her? PUT HER BACK IN JAIL!!!!

Not true. You give that money up, called bail. If she doesn't show up for court he's out half a million. Big difference.

MI courts mus tbe different, I have bonded people out (not for half a million though) and when they showed up for court, I got my money back. Every penny.

I don't know...I like this guy as a wildcard now, because if you watched Geraldo last night, IMO that's exactly what he's turned out to be. He was as dismissive of Baez and Casey last night as I'd ever seen him be. He's going to investigate himself and find Caylee, and he's giving notice to all parties that if they won't do something, he will. Even if he's blowing smoke up their butts, he's doing a good job (you don't know how this pains me to say that he may be doing something "right) of applying pressure and media attention in areas not well articulated by law enforcement. There appear to be 3-4 separate professed investigations going on:

1) The search for Caylee alive (OSCD missing persons unit)
2) The search for Caylee deceased (OCSD elite investigators in the Sex Crimes unit, FBI)
3) The search for Caylee alive (Jose Baez, his team)
4) The search for Caylee alive (The Anthony family sans Casey)

How are all these people searching separately and no one is communicating with each other towards the common goal of FINDING Caylee? Distrust, ego, you name it.

Never judge a book by it's myspace page. Must one dress like a grad student all the time? What does a grad student look like?

All the time? Of course not. But seems a professional would have more looks than booty shorts for after hours. JMHO. And I agree "Never judge a book by it's myspace page." Exactly. Not all is true that people put on their page...

The official times of those calls have only been briefly mentioned in new reports, and never by LE except in the arrest affidavit for the time/date they arrived at the Anthony house after the last 911 call, I think. I was suprised to hear one report that they began as early as 5pm.

Ok, now I am really confused. How could the first one have been 5 pm? She clearly stated she was outside the police station during the first call and stated that it closed at 5:30pm. Which report stated the first call was at 5 pm?

Then why bring it up yet again? It is a horse that has been beaten so badly you can't tell it is even a horse anymore.
What about this case hasn't been beaten to death??

Know what? That 5pm thing, from my notes, was when Cindy picked up Casey from whereever Amy said she was. I was shocked at the time when I heard it, because at the point it came up on the boards, the question of the moment was if the Anthonys had time to collaborate on a story to tell LE when reporting Caylee's disappearance that day. I got confused...please forgive.

States could be different. Bail is one thing, bond is different. I bailed someone out recently for $500, the bond was $5000. I never got that money back. hummmmmmm.

Who has my money? LOL.

What about the King Merk/Patrick Walker- we're a team- reminder he gave her? ? I'm listening to the tape again.

Correct. The $50,000.00 is gone.

You can't get every penny back because bail bondsman are in this to make money. They have to make money and they usually get 10% and keep it. The 50,000 LP paid the bail bondsman got to keep (TP). He will not get it back but he knows that and said he was happy to pay it. Its the 500,000 he could stand to lose (TP) that he had to have security for. If she doesn't show up then he has to pay out 500,000 to the surety company!
