I believe that Casey got Zaneida's name somehow through one of Tony's friends from the club as Geraldo reported last night that several of those in some pictures were residents of the Sawgrass apt. complex. (Per LE Investigation) Also IMO LE is stating a missing persons and no cause to believe that Caylee is no longer with us in order to hopefully somehow manage to gain Casey/Baez trust and cooperation. I don't believe anything LE is saying in regards to the DNA etc. or where they are going with this investigation. They are up to something! I also believe that part of Padilla's ideas and Baez's ideas re: Caylee's whereabouts are based on more stories and lies from Casey herself just to keep this shenanigan going in order to provide a defense! JMHO

Maybe the gas in the gas cans wasn't used to burn anything, but to get far away as she could., (maybe New York?), and dispose of the body somewhere else?
Of course, I hope there is no body, and Caylee is alive and fine.

FL to NY on, what, 5 gallons? I highly doubt that. I think that she put the gas in her car, but not to dump a body. I think she just put it in her car.

Not sure which the "several" people were. There is only one that has been publicly verified and that is the guy that owns Society Entertainment.
And that info has been on a thread here, since early August.

naw, those gans cans couldnt get her more than 100-150 miles or so. One was maybe a 4-5 gallon and another smaller than that. She just used them.

But I wonder how she actually broke into the shed? and with what the shovel?

IMO it is not a shock that someone Casey knew or was associated with lived at Sawgrass. These are all young people and most young people rent apartments as opposed to buying a houses. I'm sure she has friends/associated that live in just about every complex in the area.

The one thing I do find interesting is she "MAY" have had a reason to be at Sawgrass hence getting ZG's name..

IDK this whole thing makes my head spin.

Just my opinion...but I didnt appreciate Biez (sp?) minimizing LE efforts to find Caylee. It is well known that Casey gave false info and wouldnt be able to discose any of importance unless they got her out on bail. That makes me think he's spinning. And why in the heck would you be that afraid of LE if your baby was kidnapped, with all the resources the police have at their disposal and are awaiting Casey to speak up so they can use it?? Because there is no kidnapping! IMO

Has anyone found a transcript of the Geraldo interview? I would like to see it. Someone transcribed part of it on here last night BUT it wasn't the part I need to see. Also I said the hide and seek thing a few days ago...it's exactly what it seems like..as sick as it is.

Heraldo said last night that they learned several of Tony's Pose' lives at the Sawgrass apts. That peaked my interest about how and who got ZG name out of a hat. So somehow the connection with ZG and sawgrass apts came to make Casey use her name. But what a weave of lies she's told, so it could just be a coinsidence.

That could be possible. I did read on another thread with Tony Padilla about how Heraldo and Leanard P. Go back a ways. Isnt that something? What do you guys think about how Heraldo knows LP for years and he also was on a boat last weekend with the attorney JB??....how does he do it?? LOL

Not just that....

1. you would have reported the child missing or kidnapped the moment it happened.
2. If you were afraid of the police's involvement....STILL...you would sit at home by a phone or alert your brother or your EX-COP!!!!!!! father about it. So she didn't even trust her father to tell him about the ''kidnapping''? Her ex-cop father with all his knowledge and experience? Really?

3. You wouldn't go out partying like there was no tomorrow. What if the ''kidnappers'' were trying to reach Casey and she couldn't hear her phone all busy table dancing? :bang:

4. And when police came into the case anyway and it was on tv and the ''kidnappers'' knew it, you would tell the police the truth and try to solve the situation with police's help. You have no choice.

5. And since it is months now that the child is missing, a REAL parent wouldn't give a d@mn if they were sitting in jail while innocent, worrying about their defense, reading law books, or being afraid to say anything in case they incriminate yourself. A REAL MOTHER would happily sit in jail if it meant her 3 year old child was safely in her bed dreaming happy dreams.

6. If you REALLY WORRIED and WANTED the child returned home safely your lawyer wouldn't ask for an IMMUNITY DEAL in order to speak with the police. You would tell them everything...every little stupid thing you have done...just to bring your child home. And then worry about the consequences and your defense.

Yes!Caylee is kidnapped and is a hostage: Caylee is her mother's hostage and that tells it all really. The mother asked for immunity to speak with the cops. She is holding Caylee as a shield, information about Caylee as a negotiation card. Isn't this what kidnappers do? Hold on a child to get something they want?

Great post! Doesn't LP seem to be gunning for this defense as well?

Casey's DEFENSE LINE is working like a fine tuned watch. Media and public are being used now to build doubts regarding Casey's involvement in what happened to Caylee.

1. Take her out with bond so people can see her face, see that she is ''devastated'' mother, make a couple of church appearances, and all that, ALL WITH THE PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC FORGETTING THAT phone-call where she rolled her eyes on Christine for crying for little Caylee, telling her that her family only cares about finding Caylee, and telling her mom what a waste of time it was to call them. Oh and bullying them to give her TonEEEEEEEEE's number. Or forget that she didn't even report her missing, Cindy had to do that.

2. Step two: The police, the public, the case, and the FUTURE JURORS need a suspect. Since Zenaida has been proven a big fat lie who we can bring into this game of lies and cast suspicion on? BLAME ALL THE YOUNG PEOPLE AROUND CASEY THAT WERE UNLUCKY ENOUGH TO CROSS PATHS WITH HER. Just throw names around, and people will rush examining their past, find some details that could be entertaining and interesting, let's shift the focus on them.

3. Casey has to appear that she is looking for the child. And in order to do that and since Zenaida does not exist, and since a 3 year old doesn't pack her things and go on a trip, they have to put out a kidnapping story. Remember Cindy was talking about the nanny who wanted the child so much she got her and kept her. This was what Casey was telling her from jail. Now they are working on putting suspicion on 5 different people, like choosing numbers in a lottery.

4. Baez knows Casey is going back to jail soon enough. And this is why they work for 7 hours in his office. Because she is going back to jail. And once she goes back in jail with more charges they Baez won't have another opportunity to groom and present his client in public, attending vigils and praying to God.

Again, I refuse to play Casey's and Baez's game by ruining other people's lifes. Yes they will be cleared at the end, but why put them through this just because Casey is a big fat liar? IF SHE WANTS THE POLICE TO BELIEVE HER ABOUT A KIDNAPPING STORY WHY DOESN'T SHE VOLUNTEER FOR A LYING DETECTOR TEST? She doesn't have to answer if she killed Caylee. She can only answer this: Is the kidnapping story true? Why doesn't she volunteer for that to convince everyone that her story is true? If a parent was telling the truth about the kidnapping they will strap themselves on a liar detector test in a square and televise it if was going to save time and make police and FBI believe her. So.........


p.s. I apologise for the letter size, the bold letters, and all that. The strategy-games that are going on right now really get the best out of me, since everything is being played on the back of a 3 year old who is still missing.

This is the post that needs repeated over & over! Didn't Geraldo make sure that we all know that he is on casual terms with JB attorney?
