Didn't George call Lee and say "he is worried about Cindy" at this point?

Yup, Lee said this at the bond hearing. There is an interview somewhere with George about the 911 call. I have to see if I have it or not. It was a brief interview where George mentions something about "if he was home then the 911 call would have gone differently."

I don't buy it. I think he's just blowing smoke, trying to stay in the limelight.

To my knowledge, her friends have cooperated with LE. Some came forward even before being asked to.

My opinion is that they just got mixed up with a sociopathic child-killer, and had no idea that her "problems" went that deep.

I'm quite curious where LP is getting his info, since Casey ain't talkin.
why would someone take a local kid who's mother(casey) hangs out in the same circle of friends.. and still be in town.. if you wanted to take a kid.. the kids from fusion don't look like they want to be bogged down with their own kids..let alone a kidnapped kid who has everyone in america looking for her.. even if that was true.. george the former homicide detetive would know that this kid was in danger because of it's national coverage anyway..so anyone in there right minds would have let the fbi work on this.. before it was too late .. actions speak louder then words and casey and all the characters involved say so much by there actions.. words are just that..words.. actions say the truth..

We'd need 2 things...more WS'ers wanting to pitch in and back the plan...and someone local to ask the neighbors. And unlike a singing telegram, it would be more permanent.

So, we'll leave it there, and see how others Folks respond...but, hey I'd throw in 50-100 dollars. A sign wouldn't be too expensive...

Sounds good to me. I think there are, or have been, some neighbors who post here. Actually some friends and I considered a singing telegram which I mentioned many threads ago. However, we thought the "singer" would never make it past the "advanced security team" Casey has at her front door and Casey would likely never come to the door if they did.

How about a billboard that is on the way to her attorney's office:

CASEY ~ WHERE IS CAYLEE?

IMO, posing it like this is easy for people like Casey & her family to ignore.....

I think it's much more effective to remind them that she knows but refuses to say. THAT'S been the excuse all along, hasn't it???

CASEY KNOWS WHERE CAYLEE IS

BUT DOESN'T WANT
HER FOUND

I would like to know at what point Ami was taken back to her abode.

I bet early on because if we believe the things we have heard Cindy "always believed" which translates to me "always covered" for Casey, I find it hard to believe cold as ice Cindy would air dirty laundry in front of anyone

Cindi knows Casey is lying in the first 2 calls and Cindi is totally pizzed in the 3rd call to 911 and Casey knows it, tells Cindi what happened so there will not be a 4th call to 911. IMHO I would like to know at what point Ami was taken back to her abode.

IIRc Amy was dropped off before the first call. After Cindy got Casey she dropped Amy off and she and Casey drove around and talked and then when she couldn't get it out of her were Caylee was she drove to the police station (closed) 1 911 she drove home 2 911 30 odd minutes later 3 911.

When does she repeat this to Lee?

But she repeats to Lee the same name the this Patrick tell her in his 2 minuet conversation

Don't forget Baez "knows" the truth and it will come out in his opening statement. I think Baez has been duped.

IMO only, Baez is not very clever in making this statement. Obviously the best defence for Casey at this stage, would be to find Caylee, not to try to beat a murder charge at some later date in Court, because Caylee was not found alive. I think that is a stupid thing to say, because we all know that if he had such a great opening statement, his client would be co-operating with authorities right now.

I doubt he's been duped...he probably goes home each night and shakes his head re the bs he hears from her and her family and or there is a real chance that he finds her quite disgusting. But that doesn't mean he isn't going to do his job to the best of his ability. I know that if I was her, I'd be praying I could find a better lawyer...he doesn't strike me as the type that will endear himself to a jury...but, that's MY OPINION only.

That's what I was trying to say. It was all about 'grand theft' in the first 2 calls.

I'm going to go listen to the calls again.

If GM was so worried about what could have happened then why did it tkae her to the THIRD 911 call to "just mention" her 3 yr old granddaughter was missing. In the first call - she doesn't even mention it. In the second call - its just a passing thing. IMO THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN THE VERY FIRST THING I WOULD HAVE SCREAMED AT THAT DISPATCHER!!! But with her it was just a "fleeting thought". I have always felt funny about those first 911 calls.

Exactly! For what reason would one of these people kidnap Caylee? And if they're all still in the Orlando-area, what did they do with Caylee? Also, hasn't LE talked to these people?

I've got 4 names, now, including myself. If we can get the attention of a neighbor, THAT is key, or a local, willing to canvass, and ask...we'll see if anyone responds. I hope so, it would feel REALLY good. HOW are we supposed to find that baby, when SHE doesn't talk??

The car may have smelled bad inside but I'll bet you it was someone opening the trunk that set the panic button. I just find it odd that Amy is off to P. Rico the last week. Tony made a trip to NY. JG quits his job and goes to Ga. No one has heard diddly about RM and Casey gets a surprise visit some some guy from highschool her first day in jail before her family and she claims she does not remember him. But she repeats to Lee the same name the this Patrick tell her in his 2 minuet conversation.

Weird huh?

My 13 year old son didn't get off the school bus as usual last spring. I went into panic mode. I jumped in my truck and drove to the school all the while calling everyone. Turns out he and 8 other kids missed the bus and they put them on another one. He had left his cell phone at home. I would not have gone out clubbing.
lol.. no clubbing for me either.. that's because we love are kids.. worry and panic is the most normal reaction. so what does that tell us about ice princess casey

It is looking like he is on the defense team IMO. I do not see how getting Casey out of jail has helped one iota in finding this child. Sitting in a RV outside her house isn't going to get much done in that effort either. I'm having a hard time understanding how some believe he is a positive addition to this circus, unless it is for entertainment value. Making veiled or not so veiled accusations about an entire group of young people who more than likely are innocent of anything connected to this case is sleazy IMO.

Casey being out of jail does 1 thing for certain...It blows a massive hole in her claim that if she was out she could find Caylee...I don't think a jury will sympathize with the excuse her attorney told her no to talk. So IMO if she doesn't produce Caylee yesterday, it's another statement proven to be a lie.
As far as LP goes, I'm still willing to wait. IMO all this stuff he is spewing will in the least cause these people to confess every detail to LE. They may know something thats important even if they don't think it is. The process of elimination.

Wasn't she at home posting on myspace by around 11:30?

Yes. Twice that night (and leading into the morning) LE took Casey outside for further questioning and also, so that Casey could show LE some of the alleged places of interest. In between, Casey was left home, where among other things, Casey with help from Cindy and Lee, deleted some of Casey's posts and photos from her social networking internet accounts.

So in the middle of all of the turmoil that ensued on the night that LE and Casey's family first learned that Caylee was missing, Casey thought it important to delete some of her public internet information.

Wait... I am SO confused.
Casey said to Lee in one of the recorded Jail phone calls.
"I don't know where she is." "If I did do you think I would be here?So now she is saying she does know?

Dang girl, make up your mind!

  • #258
So...Did Cindy find out Caylee was missing because....

a) CA told her?
b)she overheard her tell Lee?

And....

a) Was she worried about CA not taking her to Caylee? or
b) had no reason to be concerned?

Is there not sufficiate evidence to charge her with the same as CA? I say put them both on house arrest and see how long that lasts.

Not for nothing, but this is precisely the reason why I haven't stepped foot into a church for 30 years, and won't. This kind of attitude.

Thank goodness Casey never went to church!
The walls & ceiling would of fallen in!
