I clicked on Phone Services and got this message:
Phone Searches
ICU Inc. has permanently discontinued sale of any phone searches.

On January 12th 2007 President Bush signed H.R. 4709 The Telephone Records and Privacy Protection Act of 2006. It is now illegal to sell, transfer, or possess confidential phone records. Confidential phone records are defined in the act as: information relating to the the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, location, or amount of use of a service offered by a phone company.

The Telephone Records and Privacy Protection Act of 2006 also includes an "Extraterritorial Jurisdiction" clause which prohibits foreign companies like ICU from selling or reselling any telephone records.

ICU Inc. has permanently discontinued sale of any phone searches. Since it is a felony to sell or resell such records, the act of soliciting us to sell you phone records would also be illegal. Please do not call our offices to discuss telephone searches. We will terminate the call. Your caller ID data will be turned over to the proper authorities.

Yikes! That seems pretty cutthroat and dry.

Patty my friend, at this point DO WE KNOW ANYTHING? The ONLY thing I believe to be a fact right now is Casey Anthony is at home sleeping in her own bed and Caylee Anthony ISN'T!

I sooooooooooo agree with you!

I think, sad to say that this case will never be resolved. Unless this childs body is found and some sort of evidence, clear evidence is found- this idiot will get away. If it ever goes to trial, her attorney can cause so much doubt that a jury will not find her guilty. When you sit on a jury, you take it very serious- and if there is any doubt, regardless if you know someone did it, most studies have shown that a jury will find them not guilty because the evidence just was not there :(

Casey actually might have got away with the perfect murder. Amazing, people like this always get away with stuff, I have seen it to many times.

Scares me too. "A jury of your peers". I sincerely hope there are not 12 others like her.

:waitasec: I'm confused, I didn't post anything about the cell phone records, so not sure what you are saying. I was just commenting on why LP is naming names and making accusations.
He said he was gonna get their cell phone records, I thought. It's Peterson all over again - ANYONE BUT CASEY.

I hope so. Even George and Cindy are not even making an attempt to act like they are looking for there grandaughter anymore. No moving bill board, no press conferences with any information that will notify the public of anyone of interest, nothing.

I don't understand. I just don't understand. :(

When my uncle was missing, everybody.......going crazy..........

This.....this is unreal.

I feel George was working on that day as he started his new job on the 15th. I posted a link here earlier where George mentions if he was home perhaps the 911 call would have gone differently.
I'm sorry I did not see that post. Very interesting then. So maybe it was Cindy and Lee. Anyway, would take two people to go pick up a car that had been towed and pay the bill. Thanks for the information.

No, your correct it really wouldn't set my radar off except for the fact that they all had 1 thing in common and that was they were friends with CA and they all left around the same times IIRC so for me it would be something to look into.

You know - I hadn't really thought about this either - but you have a point here. Yeah, it's not strange that your 20 somthings will pickup and travel - but all of them at the same time? These are young party kids - they aren't exactly rolling in the dough.

Don't get me wrong - I don't really consider them people of interest, either...but something doesn't sit right....hmmmm

I am just thinking about the oj trial, I mean, it's kinda obvious the american public thinks he did it, but if i was sitting on that jury, I would have had to vote not guilty also. They did not prove there case :(

I know it sounds weird, but it's really just a "wanna be" thing. It NORMALLY means nothing...just stupid crap people do to pose for a picture. It gets on my nerves really everytime I see people doing it. But, it all started from the rappers and the hip hop music scene. People are just copying their pictures. It's stupid and lame...but people do it all the time. Half the time, they don't even know what sign they are throwing. They just make it cuz they have seen it done before and their friends do it for pics. That's the only time people do it....just to pose for the pic...

Thanks, FLBeachDawg - my 22-yr old son isn't at home to translate any more, and if he was, he'd probably snort anyway. All the finger flying stuff in the party & club photos sure looked like throwing intentions out there.....

Remember, it was during the summer, alot of my youngest daughters friends of this age were out of town allot. visiting family, friends, taking vacations etc.

To me, it just proves that she lost it even more. No family at the time, on the outs with them, close friends gone. someone like her looks for excitement and with her friends out of town she went a little to crazy and had no one to watch her child.

I thought he was at work that evening too and that's why Cindy called 911, even before I read the link. I can imagine he was probably pretty ticked off to come home from vacation, find the notice about the car, have to go pick it up and pay $$$ to get it back.

I am sure your family was not trying to hide anything, thats a big difference.

I have asked this even to myself, I think we all saw a pretty young girl in the beginning and we all thought "how normal" and "all American", pretty, Universal Studios, parents helping raise a grandchild in a nice home, etc., and then we watched it turn into dysfunction junction

Not only did I never see that, from the first moment I saw something very twisted and then so dark and depraved that I really didn't even want to acknowledge it.

I went back to see what BH Padilla said about the pings, he said he was going to order a 2500 ping service. Trying to find something like that other then the 2500 ping device I found earlier.

Yeah - you're right about that. I certainly don't want to jump on the LP bandwagon of blaming her friends. That is...well, I don't even know how to articulate my feelings on that. You KNOW those kids are like...."How did we get involved in this??!!!"

you bet they are! And I am sure, like most kids this age they have a few things to hide themselves........i am sure a few of them smoke pot, prescription drugs, ex's comming out of the woodwork..it's gonna be a mess and caseys attorney is going to use every bit of it!

Maybe someone hijacked Casey and Caylee from the car, and couldnt stand listening to Caseys lies, so they only kept Caylee :rolleyes:

LOLOL

That's so funny.

When I was little, my mother always used to say to me, "If someone ever kidnapped you, they'd bring you RIGHT BACK."

(I was a little smartass or somethin' or so the allegations go. There's NO proof! lol)

Ok gotcha, yes he did say that. It just doesn't make sense why he is even naming them, to me. What could they possibly benefit by kidnapping Caylee.

I agree, I think the whole defense is trying to point the finger anywhere but at Casey, to cast doubt in people's minds. JB is probably tired of people asking why Casey isn't searching for Caylee, or giving clues, now that she is out of jail. If he throws this theory out there, it takes the heat off her, and buys him time to build his defense.

Yes I do.

Would you share? I'm open to any and everything.

If it was my dog or cat missing I'd be pounding the pavement and doing more then this "mother of the year" is doing looking for her daughter!
That's for d@@n sure.
