Or maybe they are just really frustrated that a citizen in their community could be this callous and her family supports her. In their opinion the Casey has done nothing to find Caylee, has done nothing to assist in the investigation, and is protected and covered for by her parents. I believe the term may be called compasion fatigue.

It doesn't matter, two wrongs don't make a right. Just because the Anthony's are behaving irrationally, and are spouting anger, doesn't mean that it is okay to pull those pranks. All it does is add fuel to the fire. It is not helpful in the least. People need to have more self restraint, and focus that creative energy in a way that is constructive into furthering that case. Or even a peaceful protest...but not malicious pranks. All it does is add to the circus. It makes me nauseous.

It is enough that the family is creating a circus. It is unfair to Caylee. Why should the rest of America join in their insanity? Why imitate their angry and irrational behavior?

Makes no sense to me. I think those people are weak

I think the defense has been gathering lowly law students (wonder what Instructor Baez asked to help with this as a credit of sorts?) and having them come onto various message boards in order to garner support of their "theories". This is a poor attempt at trying to sway public opinion and to create reasonable doubt. I am just not falling for it!! Other people may not be able to see it or read between the lines of what they are trying to accomplish...but to me...it is as obvious as the smile on Casey's face on June 20th as she was partying her @ss off while her little girl was most likely dead and gone just a few days before!!!

Anyone else seeing that on all the boards, too?! What a scam for Baez to be running!! I honestly have no respect for that man!!

Has anyone else noticed the change in the way Heraldo has been reporting lately? Is Heraldo and Baez friends and thats why he is spinning this silly story to put reasonible doubt out there? Is that why Heraldo called LP? Things that make ya go hmmmm

Hi Lilt,I have to agree with Blink. I do not feel Caylee is alive,but if she is it's possible her Dad kidnapped her and NO one knows.Taking her out of the country would be nearly impossible as dad would need birth certificate to enter any other Country also possibly a Visa.Her grandmom drives me nuts~she is a Nurse?? If that were my granddaughter they would have me in a padded cell by now,completely nutso!! Nore

The family and bounty hunters who are keeping watch over Casey did not want her to take any chance with her safety by attending the vigil. There was a loud speaker which carried the vigils, so it's likely that Casey heard everyone's thoughts and prayers.


Good...I hope it tortured whatever is left of her soul.

You're right of course, but there's one thing I consider in this to be important: they made the plea for support to search for their missing granddaughter. So far, when have we seen them search? People are frustrated: they CARE that a little girl is missing and they are emotionally involved. When the grandparents started their contradictions and vented their frustration on the media (which BTW, is displaced frustration by the family about growing negative public perception that disagrees with what THEY believe and say) , it all went downhill from there. The very same would have happened in the Mark Hacking case with his family, had they not had the intestinal fortitude to make Mark tell the truth.

I totally understand that frustration. I'm not against them voicing it in peaceful or constructive ways. I'm against them voicing it in mean ways that do not honor Caylee. THAT behavior is just as bad as the Anthony family, in my opinion...

I just read on another web site that LP gave an interview tonite after the vigil He stated that Casey and her mom were not getting along when they all were living under the same roof. That is when Casey threatened to leave. Cindy didnt want her to take Caylee but she did to spite her. Apparently, LP states that Caylee is with Caseys friends and they are hiding her. LP stated that if she is not returned in 2 days he will start his search.
Not sure if you all had heard this or not, but it was something new that I hadnt heard.

Could you get a link to support this? LP said 5 days yesterday. If he knows who has her, how do they have a right to Caylee or is there a blood relation possibly? Only Casey has custody right??

I really can't believe all of the posters on topix or otherwise conspiring to pull pranks like the giftcards on the Anthony family at all. I don't think it's funny in the least. It's sad, really. That's what's wrong with this country. People let groupthink overshadow class, intelligence, and common sense....

That's where you lost me....using "class, intelligence, and common sense" in a post regarding the Anthonys' fundraising.

I think the prank is a funny comeuppance, a slap back from the community to whom Cindy screamed, "Get off your asses and find Caylee!!!" Meanwhile she's funneling in funds to "help find Caylee," yet I've not seen her or any other member of her family looking...not one time.

Oh, and I thought that the rock band on the trailer was funny, too...and the "with love and decomp" pizza made me chuckle.

When Cindy starts treating people who care about Caylee with a little respect, maybe she'll get some back.

I gave this post its own thread but thought it a good idea to put it here too.


This case is getting to everyone. It is so frustrating. I understand this more than you know.

But please, stop with the plans or talking about the plans to annoy Casey or the Anthony. It makes Websleuths look like a mean gossip board.

If anyone wants to organize a protest because they HATE CASEY then I can't stop you but I will not allow you to use Websleuths as a gathering place to organize this. You can do what you want but you can't use Websleuths or its name in any way shape or form with anything without permission.

I read a post here about another forum sending blank Target cards to the family as a joke. I think that is childish, mean, and does nothing but make people look like jerks.

Please discuss the case, not how much you HATE CASEY and how many people are going to show up to protest. Honestly, if this protest happens it will accomplish nothing but make you look, well, hateful. And Websleuths wants NO PART OF IT.

Kudos to you!!! I don't think I could possibly have said anything better then this!

Focus on Caylee and if that is not what you want your focus on, there are more then enough missing persons threads to take your pick of--- Jennifer Kesse, Tara Grinstead, Trenton Duckett, Justin Gaines, and more. Pick just one... print out a flyer, send a mass email... keep the awareness alive and hopefully one, if not all, will be found and their families will have answers.

May God bless all the families of the missing and the missing themselves.

It's funny how heraldo hung out with biez on his boat for a day and now he is trying to shed a shadow innocence on casey.. i knew the first week of her arrest that sooner or later she would be pointing the finger at whoever she can.. i thought it would be tony..as soon as she found out her dumped her.. now that heraldo showed a clip of what could have possibly happened to caylee.. he needs to show another theory about caylee being left in a hot car and how she panics.. or something like that.. if someone that worked at fusions and lived at the saw grass apartment did something to caylee because casey saw something or owed money or for whatever reason.. it still won't explain casey's coldness.. if someone had my baby i wouldn't be able to go dancing let alone crack a smile..and i think at this point i would take the risk of letting the fbi get back my baby.. The longest i have ever been away from my little girl was for a weekend..i went away for my birthday and she was in the safe care of my mom.. and by sunday i missed her so much i called her three times before i got home sunday night.. i would be going crazy wondering is she ok, is she sick, is she cold or hungry, is she missing her own bed and her toys is she scared because she is not with the only people who she loved and trusted for the 3 yrs of her life.. her mom and grandparents.. I'm sorry but biez and heraldo can say anything they want to spin the suspicion away from casey.. but actions speak louder then words and her actions scream guilty..
