Why would Cindy and George not think there was something wrong when they reclaimed the car? I would have freaked out if it were my grown daughter and her child.

And I quote: "...it smells like there's a dead body in the da@n car!" I kinda call that freaking out. The talking heads call it, I think, an excited utterance, a/k/a oops! I didn't really mean to let out what I really thought.

I still believe she had a job, maybe not a job where she paid taxes etc., but I think she had a job-hope this is one of the things we learn at her MURDER TRIAL

Yeah her 'job' was stealing money from her parents and grandparents.

Padilla said he thought having her out would lead to Caylee's safe return. But on Sunday night Padilla said he thinks Casey handed off Caylee to a friend, because she was trying to get away from her parents.

He said he knows who has the girl and is giving them a deadline to turn her over before he goes after them.

I hope he relayed that information to LE.

hehehe. I must be the invisible poster. I said this same thing about 3 hours ago.
Put 3 dysfunctional folks in the same house. None of them can live the lives they USED TOO. They are stuck together with all that dysfunction and no where to go.
Something is bound to give. :)

LOl, and now they are all living in a fishbowl... Yikes.. or shark tank as it were..

The best place to hide something is a place that's already been searched.

I be sorry I repeated you :) Please forgive...hopped back off the boards for a couple hours and probably should have read back farther than I did!

The difference now is the added pressure of the media and EVERYBODY knowing that Casey, well, lies her butt off. And their granddaughter, who I am quite certain does mean the world to them, is missing. You clould not pay me to watch Casey 24x7, even for a lot of Padilla's $$$$. You KNOW they are having to be civil and supportive to each other, they got extra eyes watching.

I agree, I believe Casey took Caylee in a huff the eve of the 15th following the fight and they have never seen Caylee since.
See..this is where you and I disagree. (OMG! We nevah disagree! LOL)

I believe Clint House. Clint stated that Casey was with Tony that night sans Caylee.

If Caylee is alive and with her bio-dad (speculation), LE would not sit on this information and allow this person to keep her under the pretense that he has every right to her. Reasons being...

His name is not listed on the birth certificate.
He does not have a court order for custody.
Casey has not been taken to court and proved to be unfit, having her right relinquished.

Comments?

Well since he is not on the birth certificate etc. the only way he could prove he was the father is a DNA test..and we all know how long DNA takes LOL. So he would be in big fat trouble IMO.

OK...I think Padilla's big ol' faker cowboy hat is cutting off the circulation to his brain.

From Central Florida News 13:

ORLANDO -- Bounty hunter Leonard Padilla came to Central Florida to pay the more than $500,000 bond to get Casey Anthony out of jail.

Meanwhile, Casey Anthony will report to the jail Monday to meet with her case manager for a weekly visit.

Ya think? "Mr. Searching For Caylee" cannot tear himself away from his media sleepover, repeatedly refers to CAYLEEas "It" and asks that she be dropped off at a drugstore as if she is a prescription and not a human being, CHILD, INNOCENT VICTIM. Someone needs to drop LP's brain and ethics off at Walgreens because they are like Caylee: hopelessly lost.

Don't get me started on the Leonard Padilla, I was banned for three days for expressing my true feelings to his nephew Tony.

Thanks for listening.

It's an issue for me.

I understand Blinkster Baybee..

I was just trying to close a gap that had been discussed that has been bothering me, so I wanted to try and put it into perspective.

Just mentioning that no one has a right to Caylee other than Casey.... at this point, assuming she was alive. The though was that LE would allow this person to keep Caylee because they would have a right to her. There are no court dockets to back that up.

I know of many time LE has had to place a child right back where they are ordered to be, regardless of where they THINK the child should be. All LE I've ever had dealings with hate domestic situations. The most they can do is send in the information to CPS or Human Services.

I'm the poster child for this case turning people into drunks...be careful be WERY WERY careful.:drink:
Hmm. Well, I did enjoy the agave juice last night. I was much more enthralled, however, by an entire bag of dark chocolate pecan cookies. Since that's gone, I'm sticking to aged agave. I've heard it's medicinal; maybe it will erase the cindyspeak rolling around my brain.

is it true that a rock band pulled up today with a flatbed trailer and played a hate song for Casey.
if so what was the song.. and were george or cindy there..

WHO IS BAEZ???

Three big name cases of his were covered on WESH 2 News.

The most recent was in April of this year when Baez represented Nilton Diaz -- the Lake County man arrested in the death of a popular boxer's granddaughter.

Investigators said Diaz killed Wilfredo Vazquez's granddaughter.

A jury found Diaz guilty on murder charges.

Then, Baez represented Kissimmee Mayor George Gant at trial in 2007.

Gant got booted from office and was forced to resign as a doctor when two patients accused him of touching them in a sexual way during gynecology exams.

The prosecution's main witness refused to testify against Gant and the former mayor was cleared of sex charges.

In 2006, Baez took on Elvira Garcia as a client.

Garcia was accused of kidnapping her roommate's 6-week-old baby.

Police found the infant safe in Kissimmee.

Garcia claimed the baby was hers, authorities said.

Oh, I dunno. If he can get you this riled up - and you're only watching him on TV - I figure he's a few days away from inspiring the white-hot rage of a thousand suns from Miss Casey.

And that can only be a good thing.

Imagine you have a pebble in your shoe, but your hands are full and there's no way to get it out. I look at old Leonard as a pebble in Casey's Payless pumps.

So this "march" or "gathering" planned in Orlando at the Anthony home on Labor Day, will the group say they are there from the internet and they are the voice of Caylee?

News showed Cindy talking at the the vigil tonight and she said she was sorry Casey couldn't attend but it was for her safety. (not sure of her actual words now) And she said Casey was calm and so was Cindy I guess cause they believe Caylee is safe. The LP again says Casey is keeping Caylee away due to the GP's and doesn't care how they feel?? Sorry but when the story finally came on my hubby came in from work talking and the dog was excited and I missed tooooo much! Damn the timing! And so far no websites have updated so damn again. So sorry, that's all I've got, lol!
